Gloriette Guesthouse

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite at Gloriette Boutique Hotel, and from the moment we arrived, the location absolutely blew us away- stunning views in every direction! The pool was hands down the best part of the stay- immaculate, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Total relaxation. I’m a picky eater, and they did a great job accommodating my dinner request, which I really appreciated. The cocktails and food were delicious, and the vintage-inspired decor throughout the hotel gave it a unique, cozy charm that made the whole place feel special. That said, a few things fell short. Some of the staff didn’t seem very engaged- minimal eye contact and not much warmth, which made parts of the experience feel less personal. Also, while the hotel is listed as dog-friendly, there was no water station for dogs, no offer of a water bowl during breakfast or dinner, and no small touches like treats. It would’ve been nice to feel like our dog was just as welcome as we were. Lastly, breakfast, while tasty, was exactly the same each morning—a bit of variety would’ve made it even better. Overall, it’s a beautiful boutique hotel in an unbeatable location. We would definitely go back- it just needs a few thoughtful tweaks to make the experience truly exceptional.

Staying at this hotel was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food was truly chef-grade—each dish was a delight in both flavor and presentation. The service was impeccable, with staff always attentive and friendly. Every corner of the hotel, including the stairways, is beautifully designed, reflecting careful attention to detail and style. The highlight, however, was the rooftop infinity pool offering a breathtaking view of the Dolomites—an unforgettable sight that perfectly capped off a luxurious stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed for four nights in the Deluxe Suite with fireplace. Firstly, the whole property is stunning - stunning location, 2 minute walk to the cable car to Bolzano and train to Collalbo, free Rittenpass included. Stunning views over the Dolomites - the view from our room was breathtaking, and from the breakfast room or spa, pretty much anywhere in the hotel had an amazing view. The property itself is spotless and just beautifully decorated with lovely touches everywhere. Very boutique. Staff is excellent, always accommodating and willing to make your experience better, be it in English, German or Italian. |Room was great - large bed overlooking the Dolomites with a balcony too, large walk in shower and then a seating area with a fireplace. Really nice amenities too. They also provided a blanket for our dog, as well as a water and food bowl. Gym was great - lots of equipment, nice size, we were alone apart from the last day, when we had 3 other people. Spa is great, the sauna overlooks the mountains and the steam room is awesome, if small. Lots of seating areas to relax and rejuvenate. |Great parking under the hotel too, enclosed and safe. Breakfast was included and was superb - lots of bread and pastries, cold cuts and cheeses, egg dishes cooked to order or waffles or porridge if you prefer, fresh juices…we were spoiled for choice. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and the food was excellent, locally focused and beautifully presented. I had deer on the last night and it was delicious. |We spent 4 lovely days here, wish it were more. Just a lovely spot to relax and treat yourself well, it never felt too crowded or rushed, everywhere you look is spectacular. Andy and team, thank you so much, can’t speak highly enough about this place, highly recommended.

This is a review on the restaurant. One of the best salads and rib eye steaks with veggies i had in a long time. Excellent and no frills service in relaxed atmosphere.

Absolutely wonderful place! Starting with the truely amazing staff over the lovely rooms to the really excellent(!) food. Hope to see you soon again.

What a gem! Such a lovely place, beautiful accommodations, an incredible wellness spa for guests with the most tranquil infinity pool. Excellent breakfast. Spectacular views. I’d stay a million times again. My only complaint was a strong odor in our room which smelled like spilled cologne or perfume. It was horribly strong and we aired out the room with open windows for quite some time but it never dissipated. We told the staff but they didn’t really say or do anything. We could have made a bigger fuss about it but we were happy with everything else so we just dealt with it. Not sure if it’s an air freshener they’re using or what but we met other guests who didn’t smell anything in their rooms so I think it must have been a previous guest who spilled their cologne or something. Probably a freak thing. The loveliness of the hotel made up for it!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was truly unforgettable. The views were stunning, and the room was not only clean but also exceptionally extraordinary, adorned with charming vintage items that added a unique touch. The service was beyond any expectation. every staff member was kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was impeccable, with portions that were just right. This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. We can't wait to return!

Never in my life have I had a hotel stay like this one. At age 67, that's saying a lot. I have spent hundreds of nights in hotels. Every member of the staff seemed to be genuinely dedicated to the enjoyment of our stay. The reception, kitchen, spa and cleaning staff were all amazing. They made everything so easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The views are amazing. The food is prepared with care and skill. I rented a bike that was perfectly maintained. I had the best massage of my life. The architectural and design features were surprising and we'll conceived. The sauna, steam room and pool helped me relax and restore. I know I sound like a gushing fan boy, because I am. This place is in a league of it's own.
