Glossier Brooklyn

Lovely person helped me! I really like most of the make up I bought. I especially like the eyeshadow and the blush. I bought a cheek highlighter that I am also into. They all last all day. I also bought concealer, but I tend to mix that with other concealers so I can’t tell if the mixture is improved by glossier, but I do like the texture and color. I’m older and did not care for the lip pencil, but I will probably use it in the center to make my lips more long lasting.

I went to a private event this evening and I had the time of my life trying everything and everything Glossier offers! Mia was amazing, she knew everything there was to know about every product and was very helpful! I enjoyed my time at the event and was grateful to have such a wonderful person such as Mia to help me navigate my way around the products. I will definitely be back!

Sam, girl! You were such a treat! Had the greatest experience here!! She took care of us right from the start! Helped me out through all my lip makeup questions! Glad we came in during the rain!

The store is beautiful! Nice corner location in Williamsburg. Service from Sam was super lovely and she helped me out with all my questions. Went away with a heavy bag of glossier goodies, a lighter wallet and big smile 😆

Order the product by talking to the staff and pay to them. And wait the counter call your name to take the product. But cause it is purchased from the clerk, the clerk will not check carefully, and when there is no one in the store, you still have to wait for the product to be prepared for more than 15 minutes! not very efficient

I mistakenly placed an order for pickup at the SoHo location, forgetting there was more than one physical store, and went to pick it up at this Williamsburg storefront. I was directed to the pickup window and asked Marlowe for my order. They kindly informed me the order was actually at the other store and on the off chance I asked if there was any way to exchange the order since the item I bought was on sale when I made the purchase, but not on sale anymore the day of pickup. They called over the person who had helped me at the front door—I wish I had a name; on the short side, long curly brown hair, glasses, cherubic face—and between the two of them they found a way to make sure I still got the product I wanted without having to change prices or travel to SoHo. All in such a short amount of time that I didn’t go over my 20 minute break from work which is already a 6 minute walk away! That’s the kind of customer service that sticks with you. I’m glad Glossier has held onto that.

Glossier did the damn thing again with another amazing opening in Brooklyn! Nestled at the corner of N 6th Street, this newest gem fits right in to the Williamsburg of today. The store had its grand opening on 11.05.22 and I had the opportunity to attend and partake in the block party. The store opened at 11am but some patrons were in line at 5am. Now listen, there's nothing on this earth that I'd stand in line at 5am for, BUT, this goes to show how the Glossier following just won't let up. As if that not crazy enough, the line was wrapped around the block for over 10 hours. Even when they closed at 7pm, the line was still down the block. I mean, I don't even think Apple could ever pull a line like this anymore but Glossier did it!! While folks stood in line, they were served free treats such tacos and rice bowls from the amazing food truck, the most delicious natural juices from Toms Juice, donuts, water, hot cider and much more. Folks also had the opportunity to get their Glossier Candles engraved from Marie (@maidenseptember), the best calligrapher on the east coast. As far as the store, it's much smaller than the Philly store but it's meant to be your typical neighborhood store so it has to be small. The energy in there is great, nonetheless, so it's worth stopping by and checking out the products.

Just wanna say Marie should get a promotion and a raise or whatever they want because they were so genuine and helpful to me!

I've loved glossier for years and hadn't been into a physical store since before covid so I finally decided to check out the Williamsburg location. I will 100% be going back simply because of this beautiful human I met named, Reihan. My friends and I left smiling ear to ear because of how wonderful the service was and how incredibly friendly and helpful they were. We felt like total queens leaving the store. Glossier please give Reihan a raise!!! Rare that you find someone who knows exactly how to make a customer feel special :')

DO NOT GO HERE. EVER!!! My family and I just purchased multiple products in store. After you purchase the products, you are supposed to wait for your name to be called and pick up your stuff at the front of the store. Well we stood in line waiting for our bag of stuff to come off of the stupid conveyor belt for AN ENTIRE HOUR. AN HOUR. None of the employees even acknowledged us. Finally, we asked where are products were and we're informed that they were out of stock. Are you KIDDING ME???? THE NERVE. Used to love and respect this brand. They're a joke. Stick to Sephora and forget glossiers mid products, employees, and stores.
