Glossier Flagship

It’s a make up shop with sofas on the other side of the store. Feels like you were hanging out on a bar. Never fooled by the icy window that cover the entrance. No window display at all. Enter the door then climb the modern pink grand stairs to second floor. The place is spacious, clean & modern. I wished the serve some booze to complete the bar ambiance ;)

Glossier is a nice brand. But this shop in particular is small. It is on the fifth floor, and there is mostly a cue to get in, as the showroom is pretty small. There are lots of employees who can help you, but you have to ask. The products are good, maybe a little bit overpriced, but it is a good brand. Although I have to say, there are almost more employees then customers in this branch. But a customer is mostly out within 20min as the shop is small They do all small and are friendly.

A great place to try on their products. They have lots of product on display and an area on the side for tutorial. The staffs are very helpful but not pushy so that makes it a very pleasant shopping experience. The store is decorated in the glossier pink tone and smells very good with their rosy scent.

The receipt space of the customer that the first floor did a net order. The second floor becomes the shop. The the shop and service performed show looming of can try a product casually freely and are fun. I call a staff in pink clothes if I like it. It is the check on credit in iPad. I wait for a while in front of a cash register. The product which measures up, and goes down the wall with a machine device from the third-floor laboratory is pretty. I am called and receive it. There is the photogenic corner for sns and seems to be popular if I open a store in Japan or France.

Easy access to disposable lip applicators and makeup removers make trying on the products super easy! Great service. The only gripe I have is that they demand your name and email to buy something from this physical store 😭

Wow ! This was such a fun shopping experience. The product display, and live tester units are streamline and very user friendly. The staff (who are dressed in pink jumpers) were all very pleasant and attentive which I must say was very refreshing. Walking by today, I figured Tuesday was the perfect day to take a peek inside! Passing by on any given Saturday or Sunday their is usually a line out the door! Everything from the Instagramable moments, to the delivery of your purchase was stellar! More beauty retailers should take note of this business model.

If you live for beauty products and /or love Glossier/In The Gloss... You need to come by the penthouse. Beautiful space... Millenial pink vibes with very chic decor that changes every so often. The showroom is filled with all of their great products. You can try out their entire lineup, including the new Body Hero line (highly recommended). They give out stickers and their famous pink bubble wrap zipped bags with each purchase just like ordering on their site! It is a small space, so be prepared to wait on a line outside to get in. It's worth the wait though 😍

If you wanna feel pretty go to Glossier. It’s a whole experience. Starting for the aesthetic design of their stair till all the little details that they have in the store. Such a really nice place to try make up.
