Glossier Miami

Amazing location. Interior is phenomenal and beautiful. It’s hard to find but that’s what makes it unique. Love how you can see the view of the shopping district. The blonde worker was super sweet and greeted me with a gorgeous smile. I love the products. Especially the lotion. I really loved visiting here.

First of all the design district is absolutely amazing! My daughter went crazy when she seen the glossier store! Customer service is absolutely the best! Thank you for making our time so fun and inviting! We will return when we make it back to Florida!

i absolutely love glossier's brand itself and have been buying online from them since 2020. i'm so happy they opened a location in miami. it was such a cute store with vibrant green accents (which was a beauitful color for a miami themed store) with their signature baby pink. the store is very clean and the employees are very sweet. they also have their little picture room which was aquatic themed and was super fun to take pictures in. honestly its funny to say this but i hope i run out of my products soon so i can come back and repurchase in store!

Awesome location. The design is very miami. Staff were super friendly and it had a full stock of products — my wife loved it. Highly recommend popping in here if you’ve never tried Glossier. I’m a guy and I love their balm dotcom.

amazing service! as soon as you walk in you’re greeted by an employee and they explain how to order whatever you’d like if you’re not familiar with it already. there are samples for everyone to use as well if you want to test out the product before purchasing. besides that, the store is very neat and clean and you receive your orders very quickly. if i wasn’t an 8 hour flight away i would go everyday

My girlies have always loved Glossier products and usually order online. While on vacay in Miami, visiting the Glossier's main hub was a must. It's literally like a kid in a candy or make-up, store.

Shopping online is so convenient especially if your nearest store is over an hour drive. There's nothing like an in person Glossier experience thoOf course if you're visiting Miami and happen to be in the Design District, no visit here is complete without a mandatory YOU LOOK GOOD pic and all the aesthetics of this store. It's so fresh, clean, crisp and a girls (and guys) dream. Also, girl therapy IN PERSON herself. I was already stocked up with my faves so I didn't need anything for this visit but I was so excited to try some of the products. I was curious about their lip tint which I loved. Also, getting to smell the candles and also completely obsessed with their hand cream. It's just so fun trying products and getting to experience these IRL.

I would take any excuse to go to Glossier! :3 I love their makeup products. Every products blends so well with my skin tone and looks so natural and innocent + their lip balms are just the best! Their location at the Miami Design District is so adorable! I have been shopping online at Glossier for a long time but I truly prefer to drive to their store only because of the interior! It's honestly every girls dream! If you are at the Design District, definitely go to Glossier! From the interior, to the packaging to the products, everything is just perfect! I will drop a lot of photos below my review, but you just deserve to see this space!

No visit to the Miami Design District is complete without a quick stop in the gorgeous Glossier store. Just take the escalator up and you're sure to spot their pretty pink aesthetics. I don't own many Glossier products because I hate shopping for cosmetics and skincare items online (I never know what to buy, what shade to get, etc.), so I always take advantage of the in-person experience. It's a chance to ask all the questions and try the products in real life before buying. During my last visit, I was looking for something along the lines of a tinted moisturizer that I could wear with or without makeup to give my face that dewy look and help with redness/dry areas. After giving this description to one of their beauty consultants, they were able to immediately recommend a newer product called "Futuredew" which is an oil serum hybrid. After testing it out, I was sold pretty quickly. It comes in a pink opalescent bottle and only ran me about $26 which is honestly less than I anticipated for a fancy skincare product. They ring you up right there on an iPad/tablet and then your order comes out within a few minutes. In the meantime, you'll want to head to the back and check out their fun little photo-op inside a cave for that iconic "YOU LOOK GOOD" selfie. After about 2 weeks of using this new product, I am loving the results I am seeing and have even gotten quite a few compliments on my glowy makeup-free skin.

I am a huge fan of glossier and their products, and have been buying from them when they were only a few products out. So it is safe to say i was very excited to see their new store in miami, and i am absolutely taken away. The service here is beyond amazing, everyone is so nice and amazing and they have everything laid out nicely so you can try out products before purchasing. They even have a space to wash your face using their products, if that's not great marketing than i don't know what is. I will definitely buying all my glossier products in person now because this experience is worth coming back for!

Welcome home, Glossier Miami! Unlike their pop up in Wynwood a few years back, this store is here to stay! Of course I had to drop by opening weekend. Although I went during lunchtime on a Saturday, there wasn't too much of a long line or wait. They only allow a certain amount of people in the store so a line did form to enter. Glossier is famous for their "no make up" make up products along with skincare. These IRL stores provide a great way to test out their products since you typically can only order them online. Now, with their home in the Design District, you can find them on the third floor of the Design District plaza near Mia Market. Just go up the escalator and the next two flights of stairs and you're there! Once inside, a Glossier staff members explains the concept with their store having certain sections and a flow. They have a wet bar for products that require water- body wash, exfoliating bar, etc. Then skincare then makeup. When you try or touch a product, you put them in the sanitation section for them to clean and sanitize so it's safe for others to touch and try. After trying all the products you want, you can place an order with anyone walking around with a pink jumpsuit and tablet. When your order is placed, you can pick it up in the front- they'll call out your name when it's ready. Don't forget to go to their "underwater" room for a photo op & reminder that "You look good"! So happy Glossier found a home in Miami!

I'm from NorCal and wish they opened up an SF location so I don't have to go to the LA one. Was surprised to see they have a Miami store. Great location though! It's with all the other high end stores. Glossier is located on the top floor. Their products aren't anything special but what I love most is their pink pouches! The LA store was able to sell me their pink pouches and was hoping the Miami store could as well. Unfortunately they didn't have a way to do it but they did give me an extra with my order. It's affordable makeup if you think $10-$12 for a balm is worth it. They do a great job with marketing cause their packaging and aesthetics is what gets me! I did have to wait in line, about 30mins but it moves fast and they do a great job of sanitizing everything and explaining how it works if it's your first time. All their products are out on the floor to sample and when you're ready to purchase you just find a worker and checkout via tablet. All CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS. Waited another 5 minutes for them to prepare my order. Quick, easy, and would go back again if I had more time on my vacation.

Adorable store! Super aesthetic and modern. If you like simple/natural makeup and skincare products this is the place for you. Employees are so nice and helpful. They answered all our questions and even opened the door for us. Every item they sold you were able to try on first which was really nice to know if you liked it or not before buying. I got a clear gel spf sunscreen. The formula was super smooth and went on clear which I love. Good vibes definitely fun to check out.

I've been to the Glossier locations in Chicago, New York, and Beverley Hills. Always very kind in the past but this location is the exception. They are not aware of what there sales actually are and there employees act like you're saying something dumb and they don't wanna be there. Not friendly or inviting at all if I didn't have a gift card I wouldn't of bought anything.

What an absolutely disgusting experience and I never even got inside the store. We arrives at 550 cause we knew exactly what we wanted to get. Ten minutes before closing but just wanting the eyebrow gel should have been a quick transaction. As we got to the front door a girl with way too much attitude greeted us, clearly annoyed. she explained they were closed ( even thought it was 10 minuted before closing) and we told her we knew exactly what we wanted. She then rolled her eyes to the back of her head, wile pulling out a pad from her back pocket to make our purchase. I have been in customer service for 20 years, and her attitude was horrific. all she had to do was say " unfortunately we are closing early but if you would like to make a purchase through me I would be happy to assist' but no instead she was a total C u next Tuesday. I have a large social media platform of almost 400k and will be posting how she behaved even as I confronted what I thought was a super rude interaction . It's ok to close early, its ok to not be able to tend to guest, but what is not ok is treating ppl who want to spend Money at your store like they are an inconvenience or there are respectful ways to say no in the customer service industry and this employee did not have it. Even if she was having a bad day there was no reason to be so rude. I'm sure its cause I wasn't wearing brand names or labels. My mother in law was going to buy me eye gel for mothers day and now I will gladly have her buy it somewhere else. if we were rude to her I could understand, but filling her eyes at being asked simple questions is disgusting

Over priced. Customer service isn't their top priority. Ive ordered online and bought from the store, better chance actually receiving all your items in the store but they don't always have what your looking for

I had a good experience until I looked into my bag and realized they charged me for a cloud paint AND DIDNT PUT IT IN! i'm so upset I visited Miami just for this store and didn't even get everything i wanted UGH.

This store is amazing! Although it was opening weekend, the store was very organized and clean. They followed strict sanitization protocols. The entire staff was very welcoming and very knowledgeable regarding their products. So happy to have such an amazing brand close to home now!
