Finally had a chance to check out Glow Birth & Body and had an amazing experience! I was able to snag a same-day appointment with Dr. Shannon at 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant—nearing my due date and definitely in need of some relief. This massage was everything I needed. I’m already feeling so much better, and it’s clear the staff here are true experts in pre- and postnatal care. I also love that they encourage donating to ChiBirthWorks, supporting Black birth workers for Chicago families, in lieu of tipping. I donated to the organization on their behalf—such a beautiful mission and thoughtful touch!

I have been to Glow Birth and Body multiple times now and every time is an amazing experience! I have been for postnatal and they are very aware of my needs and challenges post baby. I go to Camille and she is also very friendly and gives a great massage! She checks in with me to see how I am feeling and any needs beforehand and afterwards she gives me suggestions to keep feeling loose. The facility is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience with Camille. This was my first prenatal massage and was 36 weeks pregnant, and Camille made it so comfortable, and relaxing! I would definitely recommend and return as a client!

I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to Glow! I opted for a standard massage as I am not currently pregnant, but hope to be in the near future. My massage therapist, Victoria, answered all my questions about how prenatal massage works, why they use a side-laying technique and the way they address some of the typical aches and pains associated with pregnancy. I'm a self-proclaimed massage junkie and have tried techniques from basic relaxation and deep tissue to trigger point therapy and Thai massage. Victoria had a knack for getting into the tender spots without using her body weight for force- no intense downward pushing. It was great for me, and I can only imagine how welcome it would feel for third trimester sciatica. I will definitely be back- with or without a bump!

I had a wonderful experience! I felt so relaxed after and relieved from the pain and stress that I had on my body. I can’t wait to book my next appointment. Very nice and clean! A great gift for expecting moms.

Just do it!! I’m not the type to spend money on services like this, but now that I have, I can’t imagine making it through my pregnancy without these massages. I bought a package so I could start getting massages in my second trimester through my due date. I have had two massages so far and they have both been incredible. I find myself counting down the days until the next one. I’ve seen Courtney and Nia, and they are both amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a prenatal massage. I feel so cared for!

I had my very first massage today with Courtney. It was an amazing experience! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable! She is incredibly talented, she used the perfect amount of pressure and checked in several times to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend!!! I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been in so much pain but after my massage I left feeling so so much better. Thank you so much!!

Victoria is incredible. I went to see her at 33 weeks and honestly wish I would've found her sooner. I had terrible sciatica and this massage was 10/10 the best I've had this pregnancy (I've had 3 others). I prebooked with her before I stepped out the door for my next appt. The office is clean, serene, calming, and welcoming. Absolutely loved it

This place is a god-send. I learned about it through my doula's company, Chicago Birthworks Collective, and I have been coming here monthly throughout my pregnancy since. Whatever ailment I have, it's resolved by the end of the session. My message therapist, Nia, is very accommodating, welcoming, and peaceful; it's hard not to feel her zen energy right when you meet her. The environment is clean, the pillows are abundant within the massage room (a must in the latter trimesters, haha), and the comfort comes quickly. My only gripe is that it's not around the corner from where I live, but I won't dock them for that.

There is calming sounds in the background. The room is kept chilly but the massage table is heated and they place warm towels on you, which feels absolutely divine. I have had 5 massages here with a few of the ladies here and have not had a bad experience and always feel better when I leave

I absolutely loved this place! It was so warm and welcoming! I had my first prenatal massage with Camille, she was super sweet and her hands were like magic. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing lower back pain and a lot of fatigue in my legs. Camille took her time and worked on those specific targeted areas, I left feeling so relaxed. I scheduled another appointment before I left, can't wait to go back!

I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with Victoria on Sunday. I myself am not currently pregnant but wanted to see what they offer to pass along to my doula clients. Victoria was not only amazing and intuitive with what and where to work, she was really fun to chat with and super easy to get along with. She made me feel extremely comfortable. The owner Sara is a massage therapist herself and a doula which is super great! She has these cute birth cards with positions and tips for you and your partner. The space itself is very chic yet simple and calming. I joked to Victoria that they should come decorate my house for me. I cannot wait to share this place with my clients and group of doulas but more importantly I cannot wait to book my next massage here! Thank you ladies so much! *sidenote they had street parking which is great and a Starbucks down the block *

Amelia gave me an absolutely heavenly prenatal massage! She addressed pain points, and made arms, legs, and back all feel better. Ambience was very relaxing as well.

Had my first prenatal massage with Courtney and it was AMAZING! Didn't even realize I needed it, immediately made an appointment to come back. I booked the 60 minute massage and now I'm wishing I would've done longer. Great attention to detail from the masseuse, I felt welcomed and safe, the rooms and table are heated and the supporting pillows help you feel super comfortable the whole time.

I had a great experience with Mary. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my neck and shoulders have been bothering me from having to sleep slightly upright due to pregnancy heartburn.She gave my neck and shoulders extra attention and it felt amazing. It is truly deep tissue, she really worked some key pressure points, leaving parts of my body feeling better than they have in a while. Late in pregnancy I've just become accustomed to my hips and back feeling off so it was almost jarring to walk back to my car with less pain. The bed is set up really well, they know what they're doing with pregnant clients. I was really comfortable the entire time. It is really nice, after so many months of getting poked and prodded at the doctor, to be treated very gently. I'll definitely be coming back, hopefully both before and after I give birth. They have no cancellation fees if you book and are unable to make it because you go into labor, which is really nice. It's definitely pricey but it's worth the money. An overall great massage, if you're pregnant and thinking about getting a massage, this is the place to go.

This place is a hidden gem! My husband bought me gift card for a prenatal massage for Mother's Day (fabulous idea for any partners out there!) I was fairly early in my pregnancy then so I saved it until I grew pretty big and my back pain was excruciating. The place itself is very cute and welcoming. My massage was with Katie and from the moment I walked in she was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was INCREDIBLE, and the ambiance was so relaxing I definitely fell asleep a couple times. She helped me turn over to my other side with my big ol belly and really worked out all my knots. I didn't even know how much pressure I was carrying in my shoulders and neck until she worked them out. I left on cloud 9, so relaxed, and my extreme back pain was relieved. I wish I was a better writer to really drive home my amazing experience here. I can't wait to go back and they do postpartum massages too! 12/10 ! Go! Get your prenatal massage! Other notable items: They do not accept tips, even though I tried lol There is a rest room and after you discuss the massage and areas to focus on there is time to empty your tiny pregnancy bladder before the massage starts They will walk you through parts of the massage, or when its time to move/switch sides but you are not talked to the entire time so you can really relax I found pay to park street parking directly outside the business on a saturday AM around 10am without a problem. The bed you lay on has special pillow for your head, under your arms/hold your belly, and a pillow between your legs for support when on your side. And the bed can be propped up when you lay on your back for added comfort.

If you are looking for a massage place while pregnant this the place to go ! I had such an amazing experience and Mary was awesome ! You will definitely leave feeling great , 100 percent worth it !

Oh M geeeee!!! This new Roscoe Village sanctuary is the cure-all of quarantine... especially for women! Although I am not pregnant, I tried the side-laying massage table and it was miraculous. My miracle muse, Lauren, had the most beautifully blended technique of fantastic tissue pressure AND relaxation. The oil/lotion that Glow uses is PHENOMENAL! It's like being hugged by a smooth, warm, calming blanket. The store front decor and ambiance are top notch. Serenity in real life! I am so grateful for this experience and have already booked my next 90-minute massage with Lauren. For any/all women (whether you are on the pregnancy journey at absolutely any stage or not) this is the dose of self-love and care you've been dreaming about :) PS: The Glow staff does not accept tips but instead, supports their birthwork partner: @ChiBirthWorksCo ... Hands down best prenatal massage ever with Regina! The place is fresh, super clean, and welcoming! Great relaxing treatment rooms and ambiance. The table was comfortable and at 37 weeks pregnant, comfort doesn't come easy these days. The positions Regina had me in were great- I felt at ease and she had great access to ALL my pregnancy aches and pains. I didn't skimp and went for the 90 min treatment which was perfect. My body feels so much better and relaxed. I'm already booking another appointment for next week and if I'm still pregnant one for each week thereafter. Mamas if you're pregnant...go! You will not be sorry. This will probably be my go to after pregnancy as well because as a mom of three, lord knows I'll need it ;)

Glow Birth & Body has been my saving grace during my pregnancy! Katie is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her techniques in order to ensure all the lovely kinks of pregnancy are worked out. It's also a beautiful, calming space. Highly recommend to any pregnant mama - the perfect gift as well!

I had my first Glow massage yesterday with Tawanna. Tawanna did an amazing job - her pressure was just right. I have had a stressful couple of weeks and Tawanna's massage was so incredibly relaxing - exactly what I needed.

I just had a massage appointment with Regina, she was fantastic!! She was one of the best massage therapists I've ever had in Chicago. She was incredibly friendly upon arrival and then very respectful of me wanting to be quiet during the appointment. I asked for medium firm and she was spot on. In general, the facilities were super nice and calming. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good massage. I am 3 months post partum but I wish I came here during pregnancy for a pregnancy-natal massage.

Not huge on writing reviews, but this is the best massage place I've ever been to! The staff is always friendly and attentive with a lot of great resources to help you through pregnancy. They've honestly made my pregnancy so much more enjoyable, since I get thorough relief for my back and body. The prices seem high at first, but it's genuinely a wise investment for feeling good. Plus the tips are already baked into the cost.

Amazing prenatal massage! So relaxing and every aspect was clearly well thought out to cater to my pregnant body. Jaz was terrific. I will be back and would highly recommend for any pregnant or post-pregnancy mamas! Worth every dollar!

Had the most amazing prenatal massage with Nia. I'm 27 weeks and starting to feel tense. The massage was just what I needed. So relaxing and calming. I left feeling incredible. Cannot recommend more. I will definitely be back!

My wife went for a prenatal massage at Glow. She's 23 weeks pregnant with our second and had a great experience. Check-in was seamless. It's a small space but clean and quiet. The room was peaceful, lighting and scents perfect, and the massage therapist Mary was pleasant and considerate. She checked in periodically to make sure my wife was comfortable and if she needed more or less pressure. It was her first prenatal massage and she says she'll definitely be going back.

Katie is the absolute best! She asks questions to understand your needs and has a really amazing technique. I am 35 weeks pregnant and had such a wonderfully effective and relaxing pre-natal massage. I scheduled another one the moment I was done and referred another pregnant friend of mine too. Highly recommend Katie!

The space was extremely clean and welcoming. The massage bed and pillows were comfortable and heated. I've had 3 prenatal massages during my pregnancy and this one was the best one yet!

I came into Glow Birth & Body and first thing I noticed was how spotless and calming the space is. I received a 90 minute massage from Katie and she got me back to feeling 100%. I felt that I was in good hands and was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Katie asked me for specific areas I'd like more focus on and she delivered into easing my aches and pains but still paid attention to the rest of my body. This was definitely the best massage I've ever gotten, therefore, I will be back. What I also appreciated is that there is no front desk area which means no noises or phones ringing! I highly recommend Glow Birth & Body!

Today, I had Regina as my Therapist and I have to say she was FABULOUS! The moment I met her I had an amazing connection talking to her and feeling super comfortable. She explain how my maternity massage was going to be step by step which I thought it was so helpful, do that it was my first maternity massage. I was so comfortable and relax during my entire massage. 10/10 will recommend and will be coming again!!!!

I had the BEST massage experience with Lauren today! I'm a girl who loves a good massage and i can honestly say this is one of thee best massages i've had. i've never had a massage where i lay on my side and she made it so comfortable, she was super on top of asking about pressure (i like maximum pressure), not to mention everting was super clean and calming. just wow... i feel like a new woman! thanks so much Lauren. please, go check her out!! you won't regret it.

It's not often that I make space in my life for something special just for myself. The massage I had today created a wonderful space that lasted much longer than the 90 minute massage I received. My massage therapist was Lauren. She provided wonderful pressure and guided me through a sidelying massage. I actually now prefer this position supported by pillows. My movement afterwards was more free. Thank you Lauren for this blissful space. I highly recommend Lauren and Glow Birth and Body. I will be back!

31 weeks and I desperately needed some me time! My husband found this spot randomly and they were able to squeeze me in same day! Amelia came in her day off and she was amazing! Very personal person as well! Amazing experience overall! I will def be back after I have baby #2 for some more me time!

My prenatal massage with Katie was amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knew exactly what points to help ease this mama during the last few weeks of pregnancy. The location is simple and clean - perfect setting for a relaxing massage. I will absolutely come back after baby arrives, but maybe even again before he's here! Thank you for the best experience!

Wonderful experience getting a 90 minute massage. The spa was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. No front desk which makes total sense because of COVID. The two therapists met my wife and I as we walked in and showed us to our rooms. The massage had just the right amount of pressure and my therapist was very kind and checked in with me ever so often which is great because different areas of the body can tolerate different pressures. Will be returning! One thing to watch out for is although there is plenty of parking on Belmont you cannot park from 4-6 so be careful or park around the corner if your treatment overlaps this time.

By far the best prenatal massage I've had. Victoria was so intensional and precise with her massage and I felt so great leaving there. I'm already in my last month of pregnancy and with this place was open in chicago earlier. I also wanted to mention that the massage table and pillows were so comfortable and I appreciate not having the massage table with the whole for your belly as every belly is unique and those are no the most comfortable. This place had the table that reclines and moved in multiple places which I appreciated. Will be going back postpartum.

I just had my first massage at Glow, and what a treat! First off, the space is absolutely beautiful. I felt an immediate zen immediately upon entering the studio. Secondly, my therapist Regina was amazing. She made me feel right at home, dug into my problem areas with me, and then went to town. Finally, the team at Glow made the entire experience seamless and hassle-free. It was so easy to work with their booking system, online paperwork, etc...which also added to the "zen" experience. I highly recommend Glow to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and an utterly relaxing experience. Can't wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at Glow Birth and Body. Victoria not only provided a great massage but was very in tune with me and my body from the beginning. I'm 2 months postpartum and breastfeeding she offered side lying instead of face down. Acknowledging that even though the belly is gone, it's still not the most comfortable for new moms. This allowed me to relax from the beginning vs worrying about the pressure on my chest or leaking on the table. I definitely recommend and will return!

I'm 3 months postpartum and had a 90 minute massage with Evelyn. It took me a little while to relax, since I'm not used to taking time for myself right now, but once I did it was the best experience. She talked me through some gentle stretches with breathing and it really helped open up my chest and hips. I also loved the lavender oil she used and the music was perfect to let my mind go. Highly recommend!

I am so thrilled to have connected with the team over at Glow! I had a really beautiful experience trying out the side lying massage, and while I'm not pregnant, I am a doula and my body definitely felt the benefits. Lauren was so kind and welcoming and created a lovely relaxing environment while still giving the deep pressure that my upper body needed. Obsessed with this place!! Went in this morning for a 90 minute massage and walked out on a damn cloud. First of all, Victoria is a hand wizard -- easily the best message therapist I've ever had. She is so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions throughout the treatment about why she was doing something a specific way/how it was benefiting my body/what I'm doing in my everyday life to make my body angry :) Just generally so knowledgeable and good at her job? I am not used to this from most places-- felt so spoiled and can't go back. Second of all, just want to call out that I'm not pregnant, this is just a dope women-owned, women-centered business and I really felt taken care of by my fellow ladies. Also, I know the idea of getting a skin-to-skin massage can be a little weird in Covid times, but it felt very safe, super clean, and Victoria was super respectful. 10/10 would recommend!

I had such an incredible experience at Glow! I went at about 36 weeks pregnant and saw Victoria. The team that was on-site was so sweet and made me feel so welcome. Victoria asked about my pregnancy-specific and regular massage needs, requests, and preferences. I've had some pretty significant foot and back pain throughout pregnancy and she took so much time and care to address those areas. She checked in the perfect amount re: pressure and comfort. It was just what I needed to get through this home stretch. One of my first "me" time activities away from my baby may just be a trip back to Glow. Thanks again to Victoria and the whole team!

I just had THE best experience. First off it was so easy to book online. The space is incredibly decorated, so clean and my massage therapist victoria was amazing. She really focused on exactly what I asked her to. One other thing that I thought was neat is they don't accept gratuity there. They suggest supporting their birth-work partner, which I thought was an amazing idea!! I will be back 100%!

The facilities were very welcoming, modern and clean. And my therapist, Lauren, was wonderful. She did a great job understanding my preferences and areas of focus and left me feeling relaxed.
