Relaxing outdoor seating, a few tables inside if that’s your thing. Been stopping by here for healthy snacks for several years. Never disappoints. Making healthy food taste good is an art. Worth every penny to feel good after eating.

I've been to enough raw, vegan, and organic places that they've all started to look the same. The 2 people working were super friendly and helpful. Place is small, only 3 tables inside. Even for sun valley the prices seemed high; my vegan burrito was $18 and was only about 6 inches long. Tasted excellent. My wife said her juice (Happy) was one of the best she's ever had. I wasn't a fan, but I don't enjoy grapefruit.

I work next to Glow and I love having an organic healthy option for lunch in the area. I always bring a fresh soup and cheese/dip variety home for the weekend. They also offer supplements, cleanses, and juice fasts that have been very supportive to my health goals. The ladies have a great passion for creating amazing dressings and combinations that make salads and vegetables taste fancy and delicious. Some of my favorites are the happy juice, bright juice, and the matcha (their house made almond milk is incredible). The watermelon gazpacho is my summer favorite and the Asian fusion bowl is the best for colder days!

Google
I just had the worst Acai bowl of my life I almost needed a straw for how watery the acai mixture was. The toppings were practically non existent and the granola felt like I got the crumbs at the bottom of the granola bag. The seating bench was dirty and tables didn't looked wiped down. The waitress looked incredibly out of it and commented to another customer she hadn't been feeling well and had a throat thing going on which is very disturbing when she's touching and packaging food. Too add on to all this the portions were tiny and prices were very high. Don't go.

FAVORITE place in the valley. I come here all the time and the food is so good. Being gluten and dairy free is hard but Glow makes it taste yummy :) Also, the staff is amazing! Joanna is the absolute sweetest and her energy is the best.

We go here several times per week. They always have fresh best tasting food to order including their amazing soups and specials... always organic and high vibration ingredients...

Smoothie machines were shut down for maintenance, so we decided to order juice instead. They didn't have the juice we ordered, so we settled on another flavor and THE JUICE WE RECEIVED WAS 5 DAYS OLD!!! You can see it sitting in the case by the register! I have never been to a shop that serves old juice! We have always watched the juice be juiced in front of us. Weird. I ordered ramen and my son ordered soba. The cooked veggies were almost non-existent in both of our dishes. What was there was way overcooked but they threw a huge pile of sprouts on the top. Sauce was abundant but super runny. Love the concept but, unfortunately, it is not well executed.

Love the food at Glow-what a treasure to have in our town!!! My personal favorites are the Kale Salad for lunch or the Açaí Bowl in the morning-the soups and baked goods are also to die for-make sure you visit this gem when in town!!

Cory M.

Yelp
Went by there today and the business is closed. It's now a clothing shop. If you are looking for vegan options the Mexican restaurants in town will do you right.

Brandi G.

Yelp
Stopped here and got a Açaí and Peanut Butter and Jelly bowl. They were delicious only thing that would of made them better was fresh fruit on top. Staff was friendly and space was clean.

Fran J.

Yelp
Was the first customer but had to wait over 20 minutes for one smoothie well a guy who came in and order 4 after me got them and when I did get my smoothie, it wasn't even blend it all the way had massive chucks of fruit waste of money

Catherine W.

Yelp
Fantastic vegan fare although a bit pricy it was superb. We tried both daily soups and the pasta daily entree made with zoodles and walnuts. My side salad was served with the ginger dressing and it was so good!

Carson M.

Yelp
Don't really have anything positive to say about this place. Way overpriced and poor service. I came here with my family for lunch after discovering that Johnny G's across the street was closed. I ordered the veggie sandwich ($12), my brother-in-law ordered the ramen bowl ($14), and my parents ordered tropical smoothies ($8). The smoothies didn't have any flavor. The sandwich and ramen cane out after 20 min and were tiny. The sandwich was missing the sprouts and was not on sourdough like the menu indicated. So it was a lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and hummus on a small piece of wheat bread for $12. The ramen bowl was about 4 bites and came out luke warm, for $14. I asked the girl working the counter about the missing sprouts and she did not know the sandwich was supposed to have them. I showed her the menu so she then asked the kitchen and they said they were out. I said well it would have been nice to know that before I ordered or before the food was served to me. She gave me some excuse about the produce order not arriving yet, which is erroneous. I'm thinking the tropical smoothies were also missing ingredients as well (pineapple) and they didn't tell us. Definitely would not recommend!

Yelp
A must stop for healthy food, pressed juices and vitamins. My favorites are the Pad Thai with zoodles and the Immunity juice. They also make tempting, delicious desserts!

Dorothea E.

Yelp
Hubby is a diabetic and needed orange juice. The only place close was this and they had juice. Great- or so we thought. However, they don't have prices on the bottles and they charged us $12 for a tiny juice. If you are looking for ways to waste your money, this is the place to go.

Yelp
I've been looking forward to checking out this place because I've heard only positive things, but unfortunately I left hungry and disappointed. I ordered the Sunburger and was shocked when it came out. It was small, hard, and flavor less. I asked for the gluten free bread and that seemed more like a cracker than bread. The salad it came with was lettuce with shredded carrots and beets. I ate it because I was starving, but after spending almost $20 (with tax and tip) on that one meal I left still hungry because the portion was so small. Keep in mind I'm a tiny girl (5'4", 127lbs), i don't need that much food to fill me up. My fiancé got the Thai coconut bowl and that was was nicer, but still on the smaller side. I like that they carry Addictive Wellness chocolates and elixirs. I may come back for that or a juice, but definitely not for their food.

Roland H.

Yelp
Very nice place, a bit hidden around the corner. They have a nice collection of dishes and home brewed kombucha on tap. We had the Glow Burrito with avocado, very tasty. The marinated kale salad was also yummy, the Thai noodle bowl had a very tasty dressing. We tried different kombucha which were all good.

Alma H.

Yelp
We had the opportunity to eat here a few times and try out different meals and drinks - juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, salad, sandwich, red curry ramen bowl (my favorite!!!) and a few awesome treats. The trail mix bar, the raw chocolate cake and the pecan bar were all super delish. Overall, all the food we had was fresh and tasty. It's definitely expensive, but that didn't deter us from eating here.

Margaret R.

Yelp
Love a place that I leave feeling healthy! I ordered too much, everything sounded so good! I had soup- delicious cauliflower leek. I had a breakfast bowl- so fresh! And celery juice to go in a great glass bottle that I will reuse for a long time!

Ashley M.

Yelp
I've been impressed to find most restaurants in Ketchum have plant based options (past the standard salad) on the menu. I headed over to glow when I was ready for a menu full options at her than just one or 2 like what I typically pick from elsewhere. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food came out quick and tasty. I took one star away bc as I waited for my food I overheard the manager point out that an employee had made a smoothie wrong bc it was the wrong color - but then they proceeded to serve it to the customer. Not a great way to run your business.

Lillian L.

Yelp
Wow, what a nice surprise to have found you on our road trip through Idaho. Amazing food and definitely so healthy! We enjoyed the unique store as well as the food very much. We sat outside and had the best dog come visit us from the toy store just a couple of store down. Enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

Arielle T.

Yelp
Hands down favorite restaurant in Ketchum!! Not to mention the healthiest! Fresh raw vegan food with amazing flavors and high quality produce. The desserts and fresh daily baked goods (gluten free) are fabulous also. So grateful to have a vegan restaurant in the valley!

Luci S.

Yelp
Creamy kale salad is to die for also all of their juices are amazing! Spoil yourself and eat here

Cindy D.

Yelp
Soooo excited that Glow is here!!! I go usually 3-4 times a week when I am in town from LA, I tell everyone about it! The chef/owner is amazing at what he does and the food always tastes delicious! My favorite are the Glow tacos and the veggie pesto pizza!!! I cant get enough!! Thank you Glow!

Carrie B.

Yelp
Expensive, but awesome. If I lived here, I would be getting the protein smoothie every day. Avocado toast is NOT like the toast you eat at home. It is messy but delish!!

Coco K.

Yelp
I'm not crazy about the whole raw food movement, and yes I love my steak extra rare, but on occasion a good fresh juice or super smoothie really hits the spot. Glow serves up some amazing raw food that even has my carnivores self coming back for more. The marinated kale salad is fantastic and the addition of avocado and quinoa give it an extra boost of protein and staying power. My favorite though is the Power Smoothie: hemp milk, banana, kale, vita mineral green, macs powder, and goji berries. I feel like a rejuvenated person after this smoothie no matter how hard I hit the town the night before. If your a garlicky person I also recommend the immunity boost juice: orange, lemon, lime, ginger, and garlic. It will give your immunity the defense it needs during these summer months parties, mixers, and get togethers!

Yelp
I love that a place like this exists. I eat gluten free and dairy free for health reasons and love when I find a place that offers that. We came here after biking on the bike path because we wanted a cold smoothie and snack. We got the mango smoothie and strawberry banana smoothie. It was $10 for a 16oz smoothie which I thought was on the expensive side as the smoothies were just "okay". We also got the chocolate blueberry donut (GF and vegan) which was really delicious! (Price was not listed which I thought was wrong but when I find a donut I can eat, I order it!). The total for two smoothies and two donuts was $30. Again, expensive but kind of expected. What really did me in and why I will never go here again is when I ordered an iced coffee to go at the end. It was advertised on the menu as an "energy shot" and priced at $5. Expensive but expected. When I ordered it, the woman at the register said my total was $10.25!!! What?!?! For an ICED COFFEE?! I asked why it was advertised as $5 and she said "oh we changed the size and it's made with our homemade almond milk." I'm sorry but no iced coffee is worth $10. I told her it was too expensive and walked out. I don't like to be fooled, that's deceptive marketing and glow manager, you need to fix this. I then walked down the street to a local coffee shop and bought a small iced coffee with almond milk (albeit not homemade) for $3.25. So again, dear manager of glow, homemade almond milk in an iced coffee (size not advertised) is not worth $7. Please consider fixing your prices. I don't like being deceived or ripped off. P.s. this same coffee shop offered smoothies priced $6-$8.

Yelp
Stumbled on this place walking around Ketchum. I am a Type 1 Diabetic, occasionally I get low and need orange juice or etc fast. So I ran in here and ordered a juice. None of the items had prices. A 12 oz bottle of juice was 13 dollars!!! What a deceptive business. If you are going to charge 13 dollars for juice at least put a price tag on things.

Alison G.

Yelp
This visit I got the Veggie Toast with a scoop of the Pate of the Day on top. Also the Peach Tart, a Mango Cherry Smoothie and the Kombucha. All were fantastic. Especially the kombucha on tap, which was outstanding. There was a Zucchini dish of the day that sounded delicious too. Can't wait to go back and try something new!!

Jay F.

Yelp
...this is not "comfort food"...but you will be very comfortably knowing you are eating delicious organic food...be prepared...the house salad is $12...

Rachel W.

Yelp
Poor customer service. Our açaí bowls were super watered down and super poor quality.

Tyson S.

Yelp
We ordered a smoothie and it had plastic chunks in it. At first the server questioned why we wanted to return it then relented once shown the plastic. Ultimately she gave us our money back.

Maeve P.

Yelp
We came to Glow around 2:15 for a late lunch after a morning of hiking. Although we were the only ones being served (anyone else there had already received their food) it took an absurdly long time to get our bowls. The food was decent, but nothing special--have definitely had much higher quality food at a plant-based restaurant AND at a lower price. Because it took so long to get our food, the employee who took our order offered us a treat on the house. However, when we finished our meals and brought our bowls inside, the employee acted as if he had never made the offer and completely ignored us. All in all, okay food and mediocre service at a price far too high for its quality :(

Ashley P.

Yelp
The tacos and Thai bowl are the bomb! Excellent assortment of vegan food options, a little pricey, but healthy organic food usually is and it feels worth it.

Kristin N.

Yelp
Glow serves amazing raw vegan food in a cheerful, friendly atmosphere.

Kim R.

Yelp
Watch out for little green worms in the salad! I alerted the kitchen. And they seemed unfazed that there was a worm in my food. It was alive and happy. All I was told that the greens are local and they shrugged their shoulders like, that's life. I would have liked an apology in the least, or a free dessert for feeling grossed out. I am not a raw foodist but love trying raw food places for their creativity. I have learned to not order raw food that pretends to be cooked food (burgers, pizza etc). That said, the Thai zucchini noodles were delicious! The sun burger was the expected dehydrated disk. The salad was fresh (ignoring the worm) and the dressings (hemp ranch: yum, tahini:OK) were fun. Kombucha on tap was refreshing. The kids liked the grilled cheese (nut cheese and avocado on some kind of bread that was not dehydrated seeds) outside shady seating in a cute ski town. I would return but would think twice or look deep into my salad before biting.

Ed R.

Yelp
My wife and I stumbled upon this wonder raw - don't be mistaken - vegetarian restaurant while visiting the area. If you want healthy, happy and glowing food this is the place.

William R.

Yelp
Genuinely healthy food. Haven't had a smoothie but they obviously use only fresh ingredients. Don't understand why this place isn't more prominently featured in vegetarian search.

Brent A.

Yelp
So yummy! My wife is vegan and I like vegan food too. This place is fun and has great energy about it. The food is delicious plus they have fresh juices and deserts that are all gluten free. Yum!

Megan C.

Yelp
Oh. My. Goodness. Some of the best tasting food I've had in a long time. We lucked out, heading in here for a late lunch, and the chef still had some of the daily special left, a hearty cashew based salad (basically the live, vegan version of the tuna salad) sandwich. Built with sprouts and avocado and other tasty vegetables on sprouted live bread, simply an amazing sandwich. I got the side salad (which was one of the most baller side salad I've ever had) with the vegan ranch dressing...although my partner had the citrus based dressing...I wanted to eat his instead, the ranch was delicious, but wow, go citrus. To finish it off, despite the fact that we were incredibly full, we had a lemon cream tart that was literally a mouthgasm of citrusy creamy amazingness. the prices were a bit steep for lunch, but the food was filing and absolutely incredible. The chef and front counter staff were incredible nice, welcoming and wanted to chat about all the food, what a great place! Plus one of the current (July 2011) chefs is a phenomenally fast lady on a mountain bike! hope to make it back to Ketchum again so I can have more of this amazing food.

Bromley A.

Yelp
Most expensive smoothie ever, but tasted good. I've had far better (and cheaper) at the Boise Co-Op though (and at home). I think they'd be smart to bring down their prices a bit. Kind of absurd the amount they charge for a juice. Staff was less than friendly. I would like to try their food sometime, though their hours are limiting.

Shigeru Y.

Yelp
their acai bowl was mosty smoothie. there should be more solid fruit chunks and granola, etc. on the top. also the bottom smoothie needs to be thicker. the texture was too runny.

L W.

Yelp
They do not wear gloves when they prepare your food. I REPEAT, they do not wear gloves. I watched a girl touch her hair and then go back to touching the food she was preparing. She also kept wiping her hands on her filthy, food-smeared apron and then go back to touching my food. The salad was tossed with her bare hands, dressing and all. They might have a hand-washing rule but it really goes out the window if you touch dirty things while preparing the food (i.e. your hair, food-covered apron, etc). I've never given a one star review before, but I just found it to be so unprofessional and unappetizing. The food very well might be delicious, but that doesn't matter. They are putting consumer's health at risk and it is very serious. Many diseases spread in this manner and it is not something to be taken lightly. Restaurants will go gloveless sometimes when they toss pizza dough but that is food that is baked at 400 degrees. If someone with a compromised immune system eats here they are at risk of getting quite sick. I also should mention that I saw another girl put gloves on at one point so I know they have them available to use. In addition to all of this, they weren't very polite and the pricing was very expensive. I eat organic and plant-based food more often than not, and I've never been to a vegan restaurant this expensive. I was excited to try this place and left knowing I will never go back.

Rodney S.

Yelp
After a few days straight of pizza and wings, I felt it was time to clean the ol' bulldog pipes. Glow Live Food cafe was just what the veterinarian ordered. The Sun Valley wrap with Quinoa, Hummus and local vegetables was excellent. I also had their Green Juice blend of Cucumber, Kale, Ginger, Apple and Lemon which was among the finest I've ever tasted. Best of all, I wasn't excessively gassy after eating here as can be the case with raw foods and bulldogs. My owners were pleased.

Max H.

Yelp
had the zucchini noodles. they know what they are doing with flavor but it was still a tad spicy at times. still delightful. besides the vegan thing, this place is great. some raw meat/dairy would be nice but I know the market for that won't exist until people realize the healthiest way to eat!

Taylor B.

Yelp
I love this place! If you are looking for a healthy lunch or a hot bowl of delicious, home-made soup, then Glow is your place! The produce is some of the freshest I've tasted around here. Staff was super friendly too!

D T.

Yelp
This on surprise my wife and I. The toasts on the menu are phenominal as well as the veggie wraps. I'd seriously eat an entire loaf of their live bread in one sitting if it were on the menu. We also had a blueberry smoothie that was perfect and not the sugar loaded stuff you get at most places. I do have two non-food recommendations though. 1. I notice wheel chair bound people have to enter the main door from the side squeezing between a pole and and table where people may be sitting. Maybe improve the slope to the door where they can come straight in. 2. Place the menus somewhere other than at the cash register so customers waiting in line can more easily access them.

Diane T.

Yelp
I am not a Vegan or vegetarian; however, when I'm on the road I want alternatives to pizza, burgers etc. I had the "Southwest Greens and Grains" salad. It was very good; at the end of the meal, the server brought the water. However, I would still recommend it as a great alternative. It is closed on Sundays.

Peggy B.

Yelp
Best organic, fresh, Vegan food in Ketchum! The Glow Rolls and the Famous Amos' Tacos are among my favorite menu choices. Make sure you save room for one of the fabulous desserts. In addition to the Cafe, Glow also offers a great selection of Premier Research Labs supplements and raw superfoods. If you are in a hurry you can always grab something from their 'to go' case.

T J.

Yelp
The food at glow is great, but I did not care or appreciate the service. I found everyone who worked there very short and extremely un accommodating.
