"The Best Beach on Corfu Island Just 10 miles from Corfu Town, you'll find Glyfada Beach. With its long stretch of white coastline, you may even opt to stay here a night or two. The entire area is covered in cafes, hotels, restaurants, and nightlife options."

This beach was the spot for the perfect beach day in Corfu! Soft powdery sand. Water so clear that you can see the sand resettle and follow the fish. Just the right length for a nice walk on the beach. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to take care of your needs. There were rentals for jet skis and raft rides to take advantage of. Several places to rent a sun bed and umbrella or lots of space to bring your own. This beach has it all! You will not be disappointed.

Quite a big beach , full of white sand. As a Greek who have seen a lot of beaches in Greece, this particular has to offer everything a beach can offer. During peak months parking is difficult tho and the beach near the center is very crowded.

The beach is very pleasant to visit with children. Smooth entrance to the water, soft and clean sand. There are bars and cafes. The sea is clean and clear

Glyfada beach is a nice sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Visited in July 2025, quite crowded but very wide. Parking spaces are not enough so if you are coming after 10AM enjoy. Suitable for families, kids and adults alike. Lifeguard posts present. A lot of eating and drinking available as many restaurants are around. You can sit freely on the beach or take sunbeds around 15 EUR for two with 2 bottles of water included. All in all the beach is nice if you are up to a 45-50min ride with the rental, scooter or taxi. July is very hot with 35-36 in scope so plan a hat, sunscreen and water.

Clean Beach well maintained. Clear water like a tear... The water was cold like on the entire west side of Corfu. The only weak point is the parking lot like everywhere else... Overall one of the best beaches in Corfu 🇲🇰🇬🇷

One of the nicest beaches in Corfu. The road is a bit mountainous, but worth the visit. Parking was topped, we had to park at the side of the road. If you are with kids, go early to find better parking spot. Water is a bit colder compared to the other side of the island, but expected. Pleasant experience

We visited many beaches during our trip to Corfu, but I have to say Glyfada was my favourite. The long stretch of sandy beach and crystal-clear water make it perfect for swimming and relaxing. You can even snorkel around the rocks at both ends of the beach. There’s also a great kayak and stand-up paddle rental at the southern end, called “Marysol Surf in Corfu” — highly recommended!

Gorgeous sandy beach with facilities. The water is crystal clear. There is a mini market at the entrance which is very reasonably priced but the taverna and beach bars are very expensive.
