Came here relatively early on a sunny weekend and managed to grab a table outside. The first time I came here I perhaps made the wrong decision food-wise, but the menu had changed by my second visit and honestly, my friend and I were blown away by how tasty our experience was! The vegan tacos were a taste sensation.

Conveniently located up and coming hipster (in the good meaning of the word) place. It does get a bit crowded and hard to get around with so many tables (but I understand they’re trying to fit in as many tables as possible to accommodate their clientele) and a bit drafty, when the door opens. But let’s talk about the service and the food. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food comes quite quick and it’s delicious! Not your usual brunch selection, but both meals I ordered were on point! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We enjoyed their delicious Turkish eggs and breakfast baos. Highly recommend these dishes as well as the ice cream sandwich! There's plenty of tasty vegetarian options as well which is always a plus.

Hands down the best breakfast I've had in Glasgow. I've been to some pop up events here but never actually Gnom itself. What an absolute delight! Lovely staff, chilled out vibe and a brilliant menu. Great selection of sweet and savoury options and some lovely cakes on offer too. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Google
Amazing food and coffee as always. Two of us had the spaetzle today which is sort of like a decadent mac n’ cheese with mushrooms and pancetta. Delicious. Wife had the bao buns which were also very tasty (had them a few times before - always a crowd pleaser). Another friend had the porridge which was plentiful and looked incredible. Cannot daily the staff - always friendly and eager to please. Not shy for a chat either - I like that! Keep up the amazing work Gnom!

Cozy restaurant in the south side, Stuffed roti was excellent and the coffee is very nice too. Lamb is halal. Friendly staff and good service.

Yelp
Lively and friendly new cafe in Strathbungo, definitely worth visiting. Bright and creative interior with lots of space and light. Staff are cheerful, efficient, relaxed and helpful. Busy throughput with lots of coming and going, chat and laughter. And the food is really excellent, eclectic and different menu, to suit all preferences and exciting non-meat options. The Turkish eggs are particularly good as is the sourdough bread. We will be back again to work our way through the rest of the menu. Thanks to everyone involved, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Yelp
Hitting it out of the park in week one with customers already queuing at the door, the newly opened Gnom Cafe in South side is my new favourite place. From a small but perfect formed menu we chose a Turkish pide pizza topped with an egg, pork belly breakfast bao buns, and the vegan mushroom bao buns. Perhaps the steamed bao buns served in bamboo steamers are a nod to their street food roots. I don't know what coffee beans they are grinding here but their coffee ranks among the best I have ever tasted. Hats off to the Barista. Open 9 til 4 Tuesday to Sunday I suggest beating as path to their door. The earlier in the day the better. Well done to the staff who were all lovely and kept their cool despite the overwhelming number of customers. Good luck in your new venture and thanks for being the highlight of my Saturday. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Yelp
I had a flat white and the Pork Breakfast Bao which were both great. The breakfast Bao had pork, a gorgeous runny egg and a really delicious gochujang ketchup which added a little spice to the dish. This was followed by an amazing orange tart with a black coffee. A very enjoyable morning all in.

Yelp
Amazing lunch spot. Short but wonderful menu. Beautifully presented food. Very affordable. Vegan/Vegetarian options available.

Yelp
Brilliant food and cracking service. We had the pork bao breakfast bun and butternut squash pizza. Would recommend both. Worth a visit
