Feedback on My Recent 1-Day Stay Dear Go Hotels Dumaguete Management, I would like to share my positive observations during my recent 1-day stay at your hotel: Security – The guard was always present at the gate throughout my stay, which made me feel safe and secure. Bathroom Condition – The bathroom was clean and very well maintained. Air-conditioning – The air-conditioning unit worked perfectly, with no unpleasant odors, showing that it is regularly cleaned and well maintained. Room Amenities – The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Staff Interaction – The front desk and other hotel staff were outstanding. They greeted me warmly each time we met and consistently provided excellent service. Everyone was approachable and professional. It is clear that this hotel is well managed and that the staff are well trained. I believe that no matter the category—luxury or budget—every hotel should strive to deliver this level of service. Kudos to Go Hotels Mandaluyong Management for setting such a great example. I've stayed at several hotels in downtown Dumaguete, but Go Hotels Dumaguete stands out above the rest. This has become my go-to place every time I'm in the city, and I always feel like I'm coming home.||While the property may be a bit older, the rooms and interiors are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It's a simple hotel, but the cleanliness and comfort easily exceed expectations.||The staff are absolutely amazing – incredibly kind and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the gentleman at the front desk, who consistently goes out of his way to assist. Even the security personnel are very accommodating, always willing to help you get a tricycle or assist with anything you need.||What really sets Go Hotels apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a returning guest, I truly appreciate how everyone treats me like family. It’s a place where you feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for.||Thank you once again for the exceptional service. I had a great experience at Go Hotels Dumaguete. The rooms were neat, well arranged, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay.||The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and always ready to help. I want to commend Security Reggie Manaytay, who was very attentive and went out of his way to assist us whenever we needed anything.||Also, a special mention to Trixia at the front desk, she was full of joy and made us feel truly welcome with her cheerful and helpful attitude.||Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. So we stayed on 2 rooms, my room has issues. No table, the sliding window for the bathroom is missing, then the air-conditioning is not cold. At night it was not cooling the room properly, placed the temperature to 16 then at max air flow. It still not able to cool the room. Perhaps the ac is blocked or not cleaned, had to use a hand fan to give the cool air to circulate There was another problem and that was one of the cards doesn't work. When placed it will flash red or at one time it will show blue but doesn't open the door. It was 12am and I need to get some water on the dispenser outside, I was unable to get in the room, had to ask for assistance to open it. The other room had ac issues as well, but it has a table on it. If you're given 121 or 119 double check the AC if it can cool the room and the cards. Otherwise change to a different room.

The service was great! The rooms and other amenities are top notch. The staff are courteous in attending the guests. The hotel is also strategically located beside Robinsons' mall and terminals, making it easier for shopping and travelling. Overall, the experience was unforgettable. It makes the stay in Dumaguete City more enjoyable.

From the moment we stepped into Go Hotel Dumaguete,we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from Ms. Jamaica. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a fantastic stay.||The hotel’s location was ideal.,close to Robinsons mall and easily accessible. Despite being near transit hubs, the room was quiet, allowing us to relax without any disturbances. It was the perfect choice for a short but comfortable stay.

Room is decent for two people. Friendly staff and free water. I’m not sure if this goes to all the Go hotels locations but I wish they had storage areas where you can put your clothes and things. And I hope they improve the shower area because the faucet handle keeps falling off whenever we take a shower. Overall stay is nice since its a budget friendly accommodation!

Location-wise, Go Hotels Dumaguete is in a very convenient spot. It’s close to shopping centers, restaurants, and just a short ride from the boulevard and other tourist spots. Despite being near the city center, it was peaceful and quiet inside, so I got great sleep every night. If you’re visiting Dumaguete and looking for a place that’s clean, affordable, and has excellent service, I highly recommend Go Hotels. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and value. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
