The hotel is located beside a big mall and the ceres bus terminal which is good. The room we had was also okay. Good air-conditioned, there was TV but we didn't use it. There was no hot water in the shower but we didn't mind, bed was comfy and the restaurant in the hotel serves the best meals! Lami kaayo!

Comfy room, great location. Shower door completely missing, water went everywhere in the bathroom. Great blackout curtains - probably the best investment in the rooms. Awesome food at the coffee shack and nice lattes. Thank you staff

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Clean room, silent split type AC, window. There is no elevator, but there are only 2 floors. Robinsons Mall is a few steps away

Our stay at Go Hotel was just okay. The room was decent, but the beddings had blood stains. There was no floor towel on arrival, and the shampoo and soap were the same product. The staff were not polite and even charged ₱200 for an extra towel. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness and customer service.

Feedback on My Recent 1-Day Stay Dear Go Hotels Dumaguete Management, I would like to share my positive observations during my recent 1-day stay at your hotel: Security – The guard was always present at the gate throughout my stay, which made me feel safe and secure. Bathroom Condition – The bathroom was clean and very well maintained. Air-conditioning – The air-conditioning unit worked perfectly, with no unpleasant odors, showing that it is regularly cleaned and well maintained. Room Amenities – The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Staff Interaction – The front desk and other hotel staff were outstanding. They greeted me warmly each time we met and consistently provided excellent service. Everyone was approachable and professional. It is clear that this hotel is well managed and that the staff are well trained. I believe that no matter the category—luxury or budget—every hotel should strive to deliver this level of service. Kudos to Go Hotels Mandaluyong Management for setting such a great example. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dumaguete. Sincerely,

C D

We were originally booked with a queen bed but were switched to a twin room because the air conditioning was not working properly. The AC in the new room works, but not well enough to require us to utilize their blanket considering the hot temperature in Dumaguete. There is no hot or cold shower, but that's okay because the water isn't too chilly. The TV isn't working, but there is powerful wifi. Our room also smells strongly like cigarettes. We were shaken by a slightly severe earthquake during our visit, and I did not observe any motions or updates from their staff for our safety, thus I must say that they are not very visible in case you need them.

Quite a basic hotel but rooms are clean, good choice of TV channels and the staff are great! Oh and the breakfast choice was good, not buffet but you order off a menu

It’s near Robinsons Mall and other places like bus stations but it is not quiet clean. Sheets seems not washed properly. First floor room smells, I had problems with opening it a few times with my key card too. 🥺

Yelp
First things first. When I'm staying at a hotel I'm renting a home for a night. I EAT IN MY HOME I can understand prohibiting smoking because smoking makes everything smell like a dirty ass. Your right to smoke ends at my nose. But eating a pizza in my room is always the highlight of the stay in my rented house. The rooms were relatively cheap at $22 per night. The Wifi was HORRIBLE. If I can't eat in my room I better have an awesome pool to sit beside to squelch my hunger pains and surf the net reminding all my crummy friends that I'm on vacation. NADA. Then my TV went off the source cable box. No big deal. Good thing I'm a genius with electricity. I will get this back up in no time. WRONG! I spent half an hour trying to get that crappy TV on so I could watch the breathtaking conclusion to Pawn Stars. That wacky Chumly is screwing up again. I'll never know if Chumly got Bob Dylan to autograph his LP cover. I can't call the front desk because they will see all my empty pizza boxes. I am tired of Pawn Stars anyway. Time for slumber WTF! !! I'm awaken at 7:30am by incessant hammering. I guess that was the only time they could make the much needed repairs to the hotel. I probably will be back. They are cheap and close to my favorite computer parts store.
