I booked GoHotels Iloilo expecting a convenient and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.||I chose this hotel because they advertised on-site parking, but to my surprise, it is shared with Robinsons Mall. This made finding a spot difficult, especially during peak hours. Many thanks to the hotel security named SG Eraga, who was the only highlight of my stay—he consistently assisted me whenever I had trouble securing a parking space.||I booked a queen room on the 6th floor, but the room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The air conditioner and toilet were leaking, the lavatory faucet was broken, and there were noticeable smudges on the mirror. We reported all of this on the first night, and while maintenance and housekeeping came to check, no real fixes were done—they simply placed a floor mat to catch the dripping water.||The following day, after repeated complaints, they relocated us to a smaller room. While the aircon was working properly this time, the faucet issue and dirty mirror remained, giving a poor impression of the hotel’s cleanliness standards and attention to detail.||What made things worse was the lack of empathy and concern from the front desk when I voiced my dissatisfaction. There was no apology or genuine effort to make things right, which made the experience even more frustrating.||Overall, this stay was disappointing, and due to poor cleanliness, unresolved issues, and indifferent customer service, I will likely not return to this hotel in future visits to Iloilo.
