The room is dirty and very small. The bed is very hard. No wifi. The shower is not good.It is not well maintained. We get a plus” free breakfast “but they will give you a 3 in 1 coffee with a food in a paper box and they will deliver it to your room.The pictures in Agoda is very deceiving.The room has no cabinet and no table. The only good in this hotel is the location. Not recommended.We are very disappointed and we transfer to another hotel the next day.

Currently staying here while writing this review, this hotel used to be good, but now it desperately needs a renovation. The rooms look old and dirty, the Wi-Fi is weak and intermittent. I would never stay here again; I'll stick with Hop Inn. I hope they will read this now while I'm still here. The only decent-looking area here is the lobby. I was surprised how bad the rooms smelled and looked.

Go Hotel Iloilo desperately needs a complete overhaul. My recent stay revealed a concerning lack of maintenance. The most immediate issue was the cleanliness – the floors were noticeably dirty, leaving a sticky and unpleasant feeling underfoot. This lack of cleanliness extended to the bathroom, where the sink and faucet were damaged, making even basic hygiene challenging. The overall impression was one of neglect; peeling paint, worn furniture, and a general air of disrepair added to the negative experience. While the staff were polite and accommodating, their efforts couldn't compensate for the hotel's significant structural and hygiene problems. The management needs to prioritize a comprehensive renovation to address these fundamental issues. It's simply not up to standard.

During our stay at GO Hotel ,we found the location to be excellent, situated right beside the Robinson Mall and other business centers of the city. This convenience made it ideal for business travelers. The rooms, though cozy for two persons, were surprisingly comfortable, offering just the right amenities for a pleasant stay. However, this hotel may not be the best choice for those looking to enjoy a family vacation due to the room size. In our case, booking five rooms for a combination of friends and family helped us make the most of our stay at GO Hotel.||It's also wonderful that staff and the engineering team at GO Hotel was very helpful and addressed any issues promptly during our stay. It's always comforting to have a responsive and supportive team available to assist us.

I booked GoHotels Iloilo expecting a convenient and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.||I chose this hotel because they advertised on-site parking, but to my surprise, it is shared with Robinsons Mall. This made finding a spot difficult, especially during peak hours. Many thanks to the hotel security named SG Eraga, who was the only highlight of my stay—he consistently assisted me whenever I had trouble securing a parking space.||I booked a queen room on the 6th floor, but the room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The air conditioner and toilet were leaking, the lavatory faucet was broken, and there were noticeable smudges on the mirror. We reported all of this on the first night, and while maintenance and housekeeping came to check, no real fixes were done—they simply placed a floor mat to catch the dripping water.||The following day, after repeated complaints, they relocated us to a smaller room. While the aircon was working properly this time, the faucet issue and dirty mirror remained, giving a poor impression of the hotel’s cleanliness standards and attention to detail.||What made things worse was the lack of empathy and concern from the front desk when I voiced my dissatisfaction. There was no apology or genuine effort to make things right, which made the experience even more frustrating.||Overall, this stay was disappointing, and due to poor cleanliness, unresolved issues, and indifferent customer service, I will likely not return to this hotel in future visits to Iloilo.

I am staying here now for a day. Reception staff was excellent.Room:just the right space that we need.Not that sparkly clean but pwede na.Linens are arranged neatly.The AC was not cold enough even if nasa 16 C.Staff checked/fixed it but after 2 hours of sleeping napapawisan pa rin ako so I called to ask a fan for augment(at least).I know it is summer but well siguro naman I should sleep in a room na ventilated naman and not a bartolina.Of course for any concerns we just need to inform the management dba.Now the staff arranged to transfer us to another room.They did.I was relieved.But upon walking in to that other floor there was that smell of strong paint/gas.So it naturally entered that room we vacated into.ah cguro below 20 lang rooms dito sa hotel NATO so that wla na talaga available pa.If I complained again baka ilipat na ako sa kitchen.Well...kami kahit Kubo lang bahay namin we wouldn't dare to let our guests sleep in an uncomfortable environment.Respect and hospitality could never be emphasized more.

The room is spacious, considering it is an accessible room. The Wi-Fi is good overall; however, the signal on the third floor is quite poor. There is access to both hot and cold water on every floor, and drinks are available in the lobby. The location is conveniently close to local malls, markets, and convenience stores just up the alley.

Comfortable hotel. Applicable for transient guests. Not advisable for long stay. No fridge. No hangers. No fridge. No microwave. With safe box, flat screen tv, telephone for front desk calls only, and a folding desk for laptops and writing. No water heater. No complimentary bottled water or coffee. If you book with a family more than 4, better to eat out of the room. They provide table and chairs outside the room, near the elevator. Check In was easy. Present id and go hotel membership card for points. Not happy about the shampoo and soap included in the room. Two towels provided. No face towels. Expensive rate if they provide cheap toiletries and limited towels. If you want to call outside number (local or international), you have to go down the front desk and use the phone. Most of the services are upgrade. It means, more expense. WiFi is included. They provide schedule for room clean up, just hang the door sign. Checked in the 5th floor. Still noisy because of the sound system for dinagyang. No breakfast included. If this was not close to the dinagyang stage area, I won't booked at this hotel. Bored? Go down and enter the mall of Robinson's for your JCO donuts and coffee, there is groceries, pharmacy and department store.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever been to. Upon walking in, the lobby was ok and our luggage's were taken care of. This is where everything went downhill. As we were walking to our room, the hallway smelled bad and it wasn't very clean. In the room, the air conditioning did not work and we immediately saw a cockroach crawling on the floor. The room was not clean! There were stains on the bedsheets and pillow cases!! At this point, we were already disappointed. Even worse, we found spiders, cockroaches and ants crawling around the room. The bathroom was not clean and there was a cockroach ON THE TOILET SEAT! The water from the sink and the toilet were dirty and brown, definitely not safe. We decided we were not going to stay in this room so we when to the front desk to have our rooms switched. Turns out the second room was the same but with even more cockroaches under the bed. My group and I were not going to stay here and we transferred hotels. Thankfully the staff was kind enough to give us a full refund and help load our luggage's into the car. MORAL OF THE STORY: Always ask to check the room first before you pay for it!!

This place is a joke! They are calling it a "hotel" but it is even below par to be considered as a "motel". People working there are nice and I know they are just employees and should not be blamed on on how disgusting this hotel is. Our stay in this place was so horrible. We were supposed to stay up to 7 days but we cut our stay short and transferred to another hotel because i couldn't stand it anymore. I was so stressed out abt how small the room was, how small the beds were, how hard the mattresses and the pillows were, how stinky and stained the towels were, and how dirty the bathroom was. They don't have hair dryer and requesting additional towels requires additional pay. They provided a shampoo and a soap just for one time. We stayed there for 2nights but they never give us another soap and shampoo although we didn't need it but it should be given once you requested your room to be cleaned. Oh by the way, we did request them to clean our room but when we got home, our room was still the same, untouched/uncleaned. And before i forget, the air conditioning was not working so we told them and they send somebody to fix it. This handy man climbed up the ladder and "fix" the airconditioning which by the way was also leaking water. That was why we had also a puddle of water on the floor from that leaky aircondition. Yet, the so-called FIXED airconditioning was still the same crappy thing. It was not working and still a leaky damn aircondition. So how will i rate this hotel? Negative 1 star(-1) And for those who work in this "hotel", please find another job... this "hotel" will ruin your reputation.
