Go Inn Manaus

We stayed here after coming out of the rainforest and heading to Rio. Rooms were very small and a little dirty. However, the hotel has a great location. It was fine for our requirements - to shower, and rest for a few hours before a flight home. check-in / check-out took a little longer than I would have hoped.

St as fr are very friendly and knowledgeable, even speaking some English. The breakfast has a good Brazilian selection, including the cheese puffs. Rooms are generally clean and well cared for. My only complaint is the size of the elevator could be bigger to accommodate international travellers.

One of the worst hotels that I ever been!!! The cleaning is terrible seemed like they just put the bed sheets up, some days it wasn’t even clean at all! The night staff is ok, but during day seemed like your asking them for a favor! Sometimes I passed through the reception and greet them good morning they would get their phones look to the other side and ignored me! The breakfast is poor quality every day the SAME THING OVER AND OVER no real coffee no fresh juice, the only ‘good thing’ was the white cheese. But over all a lack of creativity, because Manaus has amazing food when we talk about breakfast it’s a shame and a lack of vision not showing their clientele the great food Manaus has to offer. I had no other hotel option when I was in Manaus, so unfortunately I had to stay in this very unpleasant and stressful place! I don’t recommend it to anyone they offer nothing good and overcharge you! Um dos piores hotéis em que fiquei na vida! Infelizmente durante a minha estadia em Manaus não tive outra escolha. Geralmente quando vc fica em um hotel o mínimo esperando e uma limpeza descente e um bom tratamento. A limpeza do hotel deixa a desejar totalmente, vários dias o meu quarto não era limpo, e na maioria das vezes uma limpeza que nem a cara deles! O meu quarto alagou uma das vezes devido alguma infiltração molhou toda a minha mala e roupas. As vezes a limpeza do dia consistia em malmente esticar o lençol usado na cama, mas o chão sujo percebia se muita sujeira. O pessoal que trabalha durante o período do dia muito mal-educado, passava pela manhã cumprimentando e era propositalmente ignorada por uma funcionária que pegava o celular e virava o rosto, à noite um pouco mais educado e cortez. Foi um ambiente super desconfortável e estressante, existem várias opções de hotéis ao lado muito mais muuuito melhores! Não recomendo pra ninguém passar pelo stress que passei nesse hotel!!!

We liked our family room. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located to Central Manaus.

Perfect location. One block from Teatro Amazonas. Easy 9 minute taxi ride to the river port. Basic hotel. very clean. bathroom is small but okay. We had breakfast and lunch in the lobby which were very good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and they allowed us 1pm checkout which was perfect as it allowed us time to explore the city before going on the Iberostar cruise

Budget friendly but very thoughtfully designed. Firm mattresses, helpful staff, clean, and a nice breakfast. Rooms are small but that is to be expected in this part of the city.

As we drove up to the hotel, many areas seemed scary and unsafe. But we asked our taxi driver and the receptionist at the hotel and both said it was fine. It was. The hotel is clean, modern (for Brazil... Manaus), clever technology for lighting, and we'll decorated. The rooms are simple but sufficient for sleeping and keeping items safe (coded safe in room). PROs: José at reception is amazingly helpful; free Internet and breakfast; outdoor garden patio; gym; Laundry service ($); & close to Opera house, sites and shopping. CONs: not all staff helpful; bathroom had hair in shower; and curtain in shower has mould. Parts of floor under beds not clean.

great value for the money! simple hotel in a very good location to explore the old city center! walking distance to great restaurants and the theatre! our pick to stay in Manaus!
