Goa Science Centre & Planetarium and it is an excellent place for families and kids, especially for learning through fun and interaction. The science centre has many hands-on exhibits related to physics, space, energy, and everyday science concepts. Kids really enjoy experimenting and interacting with the displays, while adults also find the explanations informative. The Planetarium (Taramandal) show is well presented and educational. Shows are conducted at fixed timings, so it’s good to check the schedule at the ticket counter in advance. The 3D show and science show are additional highlights and are worth attending if you have time. Ticket pricing is very reasonable: Entry ticket: affordable for individuals and families Separate tickets for Planetarium, 3D show, and Science Show Package tickets are available and offer better value The premises are clean, well maintained, and organized. Staff is helpful in guiding visitors about show timings. It is best to plan at least 2–3 hours to cover everything comfortably. Overall, a must-visit educational place in Panaji, especially if you are visiting with children.

Today we visited the Goa Science Museum, and it was a very good and knowledgeable place. We took tickets for the 3D show and the Taramandal show—both were excellent and worth experiencing in a single visit. The science museum itself was impressive, especially the mirror section. The ocean segment was also very good. The satellite information, Vikram module, and all the science experiments were informative as well as fun. Overall, it is definitely worth visiting for every age group

Goa Science Centre & Planetarium is one of the best places in Panjim for learning, fun, and exploration—especially for students, families, and science lovers. The outdoor science park is enjoyable, and the 3D shows are exciting for kids. The planetarium is the main highlight—sitting under the dome and watching the universe unfold is a beautiful experience. You get to learn about stars, planets, galaxies, and space missions in a simple and engaging manner. Overall, it's a refreshing break and a smart place to spend 2–3 hours discovering science in a fun way.

Place is good to get your kids to teach them about science in daily life...

Great collection of exhibits based on scientific concepts to inspire curiosity. I would highly recommend visiting this place if one is visiting Goa with children. The 3D theater needs an upgrade, the show itself was good but all equipment and maintenance seemed dated. The rest of the facility is maintained to the highest standard at least three hours can be spent here with both the planetarium and 3d show.

Goa beyond beaches, for tourists! A unique experience, especially if you have children with you. Kids above 10-12 years will surely be able to relate to the science concepts explained practically here. Lots of time required to go through all the experimets they have displayed. Good thing is that you can also try attempting those experiments to understand the concept. If in goa, do take out around 2 hours to experience this place. It is worth the time spent. The upkeep and maintenance can definitely be improved.

It's nice to take your childrens, it's fun and learn some things at same time

We have visited the science centre situated near Miramar beach, Panjim Goa. The campus is BIG with amusement park with science theme and inside all the science models are working with its miniature working models. We have seen the 3D show as well as attended the science show there. Science show was fun for my kid. We all have enjoyed overall visit of this place. Recommend if you have a kid age 8-12 years, he / she will find it Interesting. Now new inaugurated planetarium is available to visit. Enjoy… Parking available for Cars & School buses too.
