Google
They have such an amazing selection!! Real antiquities! This is hand down my favorite antique shop. Everywhere I looked there was something I wanted. And they have a really large space. We easily spent an hour looking around at everything. And I think the prices are reasonable too

Wish there were stickers. Bought some honey. Hope it’s good. 👍🏻

Google
What a fun place this is. It's a cross between a junk store, and estate sale, and a bonifide antique store. Some of the stuff is just junk, which is fine. One man's junk is another man's treasure. But some of the stuff is very cool. My favorite part? Antique perfume! Also, they have one room dedicated to vintage Corning ware - casserole dishes and more - and it.is.awesome. I bought five different casserole dishes and now I'm set for life! GO!

Google
Simply the best antique store we have ever visited, and we have travelled to over 29 states in the past dozen years. It is also one of the largest we have seen with a huge variety. Since we had flown into Las Vegas, I had to purchase a large suitcase (which they also had) to fill with all the items we wanted. As others have mentioned, Boulder City is a friendly, clean, casino-free, picturesque town and worth a visit by itself.

Google
Very large store with thousands of items to check out. Expect to stay awhile if your looking for specific collectibles like me. Not many vintage toy’s except 90’s boxed Barbie’s. Lots of locked curios to scan through, tons of smaller items like figurines and some vintage clothing. Large cabinet of stones and some fossil collectibles. I bought a couple sharks teeth and a hand carved wood sculpture. Something for everyone; we will be going back.

Chris N.

Google
Went into this place thinking it was a lot smaller than it actually was and not only that but it’s jam packed with stuff wall to wall! We were in there for over an hour looking around just because there was so much stuff you had to look it over multiple times. This is a true definition of antiquing 100 percent!

Google
This is a amazing antique store. So much to see and I had to leave before getting to look at everything. I could have spent hours browsing!

😱😱😱🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖 I love antique store!!!! When we come to Boulder City I always go to the Antique store . I don’t care if I’ve been there 10x but I must visit and stop 🛑 hahahahaha hahahahaha…. Always finding amazing goodies- I did bought a few things .

Yelp
Love going to Goat Feathers, great selection of vintage and antique items. One of my go to's for antique shopping in Boulder City.

Denise M.

Yelp
Cute boutique in the heart of Boulder City. They had nice selection of jewelry and tchotchkes and some clothing

LeeAnn G.

Yelp
I collect art glass and I was able to find a couple of nice pieces here. The selection of antiques/vintage is pretty good and the staff was very nice.

Alexis K.

Yelp
most overpriced antique store ive ever been to. teacups for 20$ a piece and records i might as well have bought from a zia in maintown.

Daisy R.

Yelp
Very rude staff. They won't even acknowledge you or greet you at all. I recommend visiting the surrounding antiques stores as they are more welcoming.

Christian A.

Yelp
I've visited Goat Feathers several times over the past dozen years and would normally give them 5 stars ... but this time I give them only 3. The reason is that during my visit this past Saturday, they were playing LOUD "Hip-Hop" and "Rap" music over their music system. Given that it's an ANTIQUE store, it would be logical and nostalgic that they play music from the 40s through 70s. Not only was the music redundant and obnoxious, but at least a couple of other customers looked at me and commented on how terrible and distracting it was. I normally love this place, but this time I could hardly wait to leave. Sure I have gray hair, but so did 75 percent of the other customers in the store, as well.

Yelp
Super cute vintage store. Things are priced well and it's filled with charming antique and lovely handcrafted items

Steven W.

Yelp
My wife just loves to meander around this large shop, looking for a deal. Me... I sit on the couch & patiently wait. It is a large two story place stuffed to the gills with memorabilia & quite a bit of handmade knick-knacks. Those of us from the local area visit Boulder City quite often & each time, we know to stop in at Goatfeathers. The merchandise changes often, as do the vendors. Each time we visit my wife finds a new treasure to admire. Generally speaking the prices aren't too high & it's possible to get a discount. If you have a particular collection, want to find a dinner set, have a new decorating idea for the home, I'd bet you can find something here. Good luck & enjoy your visit.

Janet W.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic! Great selection and take your time and don't be afraid to look in every corner.

Lisa P.

Yelp
I am a avid teacup and tabletop clock collector so we ventured over to Boulder to give a few on their shops a look last Sat. Goatfeathers has a lot to look at. Everything from buttons and matches to beautiful pieces of antique furniture You could easily send an hour just looking at their items.. most is priced reasonably but as you would expect some of it is priced way too high. I would go back to look for my teacups but not in the near future I have a feeling the inventory doesn't change very often.

Frances S.

Yelp
great place to find exceptional antiques at realistic prices lots to choice from great customer service Very pleasant people

Michelle R.

Yelp
Lots to see in this antique store. We weren't looking for anything specific so we're just browsing. I bet this would be an antique hunters bonanza.

Meghan W.

Yelp
This place is so great. A combination of antiques and handmade items, the shop is clean and well lit. We found some holiday items this trip, and have found fun treasures on previous trips. Unlike many antique shops, I never feel cramped or claustrophobic in here and I feel I can move around easily through the booths. I'll definitely be back on my next trip through Boulder City!

Kailisa M.

Yelp
Goat feathers is one of the nicer antique stores in Nevada. It's got a ton of space, good finds, even better prices. As someone who often spends the entire day thrifting In the many Boulder City antique stores this is often one of my first or last stops because I spend a ton of time here. :)

Felecia S.

Yelp
My husband and I love to come and walk through the store after breakfast at the Boulder Dam Hotel. This time I hit the jackpot! I normally don't go upstairs thinking it's the same stuff as before. I have started a collection of tabletop Christmas trees. I was so excited to see so many different trees that were not only glass but they lit up too! I think I bought 6, and they were all on sale! My collection continues to grow, thank you Gary & Cathy Allen at Goatfeathers Emporium for making my Christmas beautiful & bright! Be well!

Nelson Q.

Yelp
We returned to GFE to check out treasures from the past and possibly see if I could add to my collection of vintage and retro toys or food collectibles...no luck this time but I did see a few cool things like an Edison Phonograph, Vintage Humidifier and Cigar Cutter, and a seriously overpriced Vintage Ice Cream Scoop from Japan priced at a whopping $93 dollars!?!? Lucky for me, I already own the same one which only cost me $8 on Ebay...:P Stop in if you're ever in Boulder City and wanna take a trip down memory lane, you just might find something you like!....ALOHA!!! Yelp
By far my favorite antique store in Boulder City- and probably the largest, too. Lots of variety, carefully curated into distinct sections and styles. Plenty of stuff to search through, but their jewelry is awesome! Vintage earring selection is on point, necklaces and earring sets are not even necessarily antique but retro-style and great prices: $10 for a pair of earrings that can totally make an outfit; $13-18 for a necklace-earring set that will elevate a simple black dress to A-List status. Lots of various collectibles here, but my favorite section is their Scrabble area: tiles divided into consonants and vowels, along with game boards and the trays, to customize into crafts however your heart desires! Anyone who loves Scrabble as much as I do automatically gets mad respect. Staff is busy but friendly, love that they don't follow people through the store or endlessly try to make pointless chitchat- sometimes I just want to browse without being bothered!

Tammy V.

Yelp
I usually love shopping here and has many items picked today. I left and did not purchase due to the staff and many customers NOT WEARING MASKS. I will not be back to shop as they are not helping keep everyone safe by supporting state mask requirements. My business will be with other shops that follow safety protocols.

Melly M.

Yelp
This store doesn't really have good deals. I feel that vendors definitely price on the higher side so I don't really spend too much there compared to other places in Boulder City. Also... it's annoying that Fox News is always on upon walking on. That didn't deter me from entering but I thought about skipping the place on more than one occasion. I cringe listening to that BS.

John L.

Yelp
Boulder City is a timeless town. Should you ever visit this place just 30 miles outside of Las Vegas I recommend you visit this antique shop of timeless memorabilia. Ironically their odd name is associated with references meaningless distractions. Personally, I prefer to think of any type of antiques as meaningful attractions. These timeless items possess the power of recall. Recall of the first time you saw Gone With The Wind. Or the first time you saw the iconic movie poster. The first time you were introduced to Mickey Mouse. Your first metal lunch box. Your first hardcover book you read, or never quite finished reading. Your first record album you listened to. Your favorite childhood doll you spent many nights with. The original kitchenware set you grew up with. The wooden furniture you saw everyday in your grandparents home. Although these material possessions at one time or another may have been labeled Meaningless Things. They indeed hold very meaningful memories. Goat Feature Emporium is much more than an antique shop. They are the modern day keepers of our greatest memories. Memories that float around in our subconscious endlessly like feathers. In some ways, a most fitting name as GOAT could easily represent our Greatest Of All Tine memories. Therefore, do not worry if you no longer own these items of De Ja Vu recall. ConsiderGoat Feather Emporium the modern day ICloud of your very own Greatest Memories. And you can revisit them any time you wish. A recall as simple as a picking up the phone and calling your mother or an old friend. The number never changes for recalling safe keeping.

Yelp
I must say, out of all the thrift stores in Boulder City I used to think this was one of the better hidden gems, but not from my most recent visit. It seems like the pricing in this store went way up. And there's a lot more "newer" or "reclaimed" stuff in here then before. When I go thrift store/ antique shopping I'm looking for that old one of a kind vintage find, not this new crap you can find in your local boutique. I still like this store, but the next time I come out to visit NV it's no longer a must to drive out this way for over priced goods.

Sue G.

Yelp
We have stopped here a few times over the years. This place is crazy big! And amazing! You could spend hours in here!! There is just about everything you can think of. My husband loves seeing old stuff and he could spend forever in these kinds of shops. Sometimes a little too long lol I love seeing the stuff but I am not looking for too much and don't want to buy something just because. I need to bring stuff here! :) But it is enjoyable to just browse. It is fun to see all the stuff people have collected and each area has so much to see and even a upstairs with stuff! If your a collector you will love coming here. The prices are not bad either. Every time we go to boulder city we stop in here just because!! Make sure to check them out. Staff is friendly and helpful if you are looking for something in particular. There is also another Goat Feathers in town make sure to go there too!

Melanie T.

Yelp
We came across this place while walking around downtown Boulder City and OMG it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and I could literally spend hours walking around this place seeing all the amazing finds! Even got a sweet pewter unicorn that I love. Can't wait to go back!

Bob N.

Yelp
Funny...I thought the mask mandate was mandatory. Guess not in this store. Lady at the counter couldn't see the lady 6 feet in front of her without a mask. Thanks for risking our health.

Mary Rose F.

Yelp
During our journey into the unknown, THE CITY OF BOULDER aka Boulder City, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I didn't know what was in store for me, until I saw all of the antique shops! ANTIQUE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! I had no idea we'd be going antiquing that day, but out of all the shops we got to explore, this was my favorite one! As we were walking towards it, I spotted a Goat and the sign "Goat Feathers." I had no idea what it meant, but my friends and I were so intrigued by the name of the place, we HAD TO GO IN! This giant emporium had to be closest to the most organized! From the antiques, giant movie posters, old school typewriter, candy, handmade jewelry, vintage clothing and furniture, I was like a kid again! We had to have spent nearly an hour in there looking through everything! Such a fun experience! I am a sucker for accessories, so the next time I hit up Boulder City, I'll have to buy a few more cool earrings and necklaces! My friend did find the coolest little thing ever! It was a little Tea dropper in the shape of a little house. You put the looseleaf tea inside the little house and submerge it into your tea cup, and so you get fabulous tea!! I'm so sad there was only one!! So, the next time you step into Boulder City, make sure to check this place out! HAPPY ANTIQUING!

Michael R.

Yelp
Large selection of items. Prices reasonable. A great place to walkthrough and kill time while waiting for breakfast. If you are looking for man-cave products, this is the place to come. It's a step above others. The other big plus - It's massive!

Chez A.

Yelp
I absolutely love this shop. I see something interesting every time I come here. This time buying a beautiful teapot. Give yourself plenty of time to look around. The staff is helpful and friendly, prices are nice. The shop itself is pretty big. Be careful of the sofa near the register, it's super comfortable!

Rachel S.

Yelp
Went here yesterday after finding that Antique Depot, my jam, was closed for the day. Dang it! When I go to an antique store, I'm on the lookout for two things, and two things only - 1: furs 2: old kitchen utensils. This place had both, and a fur cape that I was considering getting but decided against it. Why? Basically, I wanted to sleep on it, and I don't want to support a business that jacks up its prices. I saw an 1890's Enterprise Manufacturing cherry pitter that I wanted but they were charging $56 bucks for it! WTF?! An equally sized, same cast iron, with a table vice grip mount meat grinder goes for $10 at other antique stores (which I bought back in CA.) There's not a chance in hell it's worth that when they're selling for $5-$20 elsewhere. This place is huge but I can't support a place that tries to sell an old wall mounted coffee grinder for more than $250. They have some cool stuff but they're pricing their items for way more than they're worth.

Jordyn G.

Yelp
I like this store, and the vibe of the store a lot. I could walk around for hours. My only complaint and reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is I feel the vendors are priced on the higher side here.

Aly S.

Yelp
You won't find a hidden gem as golden as Goat Feathers. If you're a sucker for cute and unique antiques, then this is the place for you. This store is neat in the sense that no two items are the same. You don't find that often nowadays!!! My perfect day: spending a girl's day in Boulder City shopping at Goat Feathers- admiring the hidden treasures around every corner - and then chowing down some food at a cute BC lunch spot. Perfection!!!

Amanda D.

Yelp
This place was awesome!! As soon as you walk in there is so much to look at and so many little gems. It's really neat because there are different vendors so that makes for a wide variety. Also the staff was very friendly and more than happy to help with any questions we had. I will definitely be back soon for some new finds.

Essential J.

Yelp
One star, strictly for vinyl records. Rest of store might be excellent but they sell records at 3 times what you'd pay online for the same quality. While I'd prefer to keep my money local, a shop has to be in the ballpark of sanity. The selection is good for a thrift store but the prices make it impossible to buy anything.

Tanya G.

Yelp
LOVE this shop...wide variety of antiques, hand crafted items, and vinyl! Went home with the most beautiful little antique pincushion doll, and a couple of fabulous old lps...prices were perfect, and I'm a happy camper. Stop in town and have lunch while you're there - Boulder City is a friendly, relaxed little town!

Riea Z.

Yelp
As a native from Las Vegas you learn were to shop for deals and Goat Feathers Emporium is a great place to find nice Antiques at fair prices. I was introduced to the owner Gary by my Neighbor also named Gary and let me tell you he is a down to earth stand up individual and has that same reputation around around town. If your looking for fair prices on consigned items this is the Best place in Vegas or Boulder City to shop . You have a large selection of items and great prices. I believe the owner does this more as a hobby to keep busy thus the lower pricing . Very nice place to shop that the items haven't been screened and picked thru.

Treajetta S.

Yelp
Goat Feathers is a place you not only want to get lost in but can. It's big enough to get lost in time and space, as strolling through ages gone by and original artwork by local artists. I've made two trips this summer and have another planned next week - hoping to finally take it all in! An antique lovers paradise!

Mark B.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I have lived in Vegas nearly 40 years. We've been through Boulder City many times but never actually stopped anywhere other than to get gas. Today we decided to play tourist in Boulder City. This was one of the first stores we stopped in. Actually we stopped in Goat Feather Too. The woman working the story was very friendly and helpful. When she heard we were from Vegas and that this was our first time actually checking out the town she went out of her way to tell us all about where we should visit. Although this was our first visit we were impressed enough with all of the antique stores that we plan on coming back when we need to do some gift shopping. These stores have something for everyone. This will definitely be one of the stores we revisit. Thanks again for making our visit fun!

Jessie B.

Yelp
As far as antique shops in Boulder City go, it doesn't get much better than Goat Feathers Emporium. It's more organized, better stocked and most items are more fairly priced than the other stores that I have gone to in the area. Goat Feathers is mostly located in a two story building, although they have a second building with mostly antique furnishings open now as well, with each of the booths/rooms filled with items being sold by different owners. Personally, I love to look for vintage apparel and accessories and I have found everything from 1930s wedding gowns to Louis Vuitton handbags to bedazzled cat eye sunglasses all at very fair prices. On many visits I do not buy anything, I just peruse the offerings and daydream about being born in another decade. If you love retro, vintage, kitschy items years past, do yourself a favor and stop into Goat Feathers Emporium.

Amanda B.

Yelp
If you go antique shopping in Las Vegas or Boulder City you will tend to find that most stores are expensive and stocked for women who collect dolls, glass, and vintage clothes (nothing wrong with those but the husband was less than impressed). Goatfeathers is not like this. Goatfeathers has various sections made up of different people's collection of wares for sale. The trick is finding that particular area that speaks to your interest. If you want to find something very specific talk to the staff - if you are waiting to be inspired walk around and wander. Highlights -Old beer/alcohol labels and crate labels for .75 a piece great for decoupage -Tiny old medicine/alcohol bottles for around $3-5 a piece for jewelry making -Keys for $3 a piece that will be turned into jewelry -Antique bullwhip for my husband for $35 (Paid a little much for a non working condition one, but it was so cool like an Indiana Jones whip I couldn't resist -The place is clean, the items are clean, and nothing has that antique funk smell Most likely if you are a diligent etsy/ebay buyer you will find things cheaper than Goatfeathers. For tourists from actually older parts of the country you will find cheaper prices where you come from. For a market which is historically marked up for tourists and lacks many antiques due to the recent history of the area this is a great antique store and my husband and I plan on going back.

Jen G.

Yelp
I wish I could live in this store. Vintage-y EVERYTHING that I wish my day job was to create masterpieces at peoples homes with items from this store. I scored sweet scrabble pieces that are 10/$1.00, perfect for displaying sweet sentiments in my bedroom. Blue mason jars which are my obsession, were found everywhere in this store. Vintage signs, cookware and bakeware, eclectic items, vintage Christmas decor.. you name it, you can find it here. Prices are reasonable and encouraging. No buyers remorse here! The staff is always friendly. I can walk the store for hours and feast my eyes without anyone thinking I'm a stalker and/or thief.

Dana C.

Yelp
I love to come to Boulder City with my parents and look through all of the antique shops. That was until we found Goat feathers and all else went out the window. Goat feathers is unique without being kitschy. It is full of vintage items and antiques but with a modern flair for decorations and placement. The building is a huge old warehouse that has beautiful murals on the outside. You can walk around for hours and hours without getting bored. I usually find the most unique items, the must haves for my collection. Each booth has a different owner so, shopping within Goat feathers dreamy walls, is like shopping at 50 handmade and vintage stores all at once! When you go, you MUST try the vintage candy and make sure to go upstairs and check out those booths as well! If you are like me, and an avid collector of antiques, vintage toys, handmade items or pieces of true Americana, look no further than Goat feathers in the heart of historic Boulder City.

Aundie M.

Yelp
We were ready to drop a few hundred dollars in there. When it came time to get some assistance, they were not friendly and not helpful. We left. I guess business it that good to where they didn't need our money. I'm sure if these two ladies were only employees or the owners. There are many antique shops in Boulder City who are very helpful. Don't pigeonhole yourself to this place.

Nadia M.

Yelp
Nice location and plenty to see , worth a stop . Price range from low to high, several dealers This area has grown in the last 10 years with Antique stores and if you like the Collectible ,nick nack style Antique shops it is worth the drive from Vegas!

LJ B.

Yelp
This place puts the A in Awesome! Full of fun items, from vintage everything to artisan jewelry items. Old cds, quality vtg clothes, books, home décor. You name it. The element of surprise is on an all time high here. If you prefer the unique and unusual check this place out.

Jack Q.

Yelp
This place has so much stuff you could spend days looking at it. Some of the items are very vintage. If you looking for that unique gift you can find it here.

Mandie M.

Yelp
The store is amazing so many items so much to see! Great prices and such friendly staff. Will be back a lot just to see whats new. A must stop when in Boulder City

Andrea H.

Yelp
This store is adorable. I love the little talking chicken that welcomes you to Goat Feathers when you walk in the door. It's just so kitschy. I grew up in the Midwest, so this place makes me feel like home - lots of homemade tchotchkes and useless junk. Just like my parents' house in good ol' Missouri. Sometimes things are really overpriced, but it's always fun to look anyway.

Donna R.

Yelp
This place is incredible! Very eclectic. They have something for everyone. The staff is attentive and extremely friendly but not all up in your business. It's a huge place with so many goodies in every nook and cranny. I'm looking forward to going again soon.

Sharon M.

Yelp
My daughter recently visited. We are Vegas natives and I have decorated much of my home with great finds from this store. However, Sunday I saw a light fixture hanging made with galvanized steel egg baskets. Asked if it was for sale, made an offer, offer accepted but she said she didn't have a ladder to take it down but she had another one in back...brought it out and it wasn't the same as one hanging. Needless to say I'm very disappointed. If the owner of this light fixture reads this please contact me if you'd still like to sell it at my offer and you have a ladder, lol. Uan2@aol.com

Denise S.

Yelp
Goat Feathers Emporium is such a fun place for browsing and finding unique gift items. The talking chicken that greets you at one of the entrances adds to the fun of the store. They feature handcrafted jewelry and alpaca items made by locals in addition to antiques GALORE. The older dish sets and home accessories showcased are like a step back in time and right into my grandparent's home. It's well worth a visit out to Boulder City, Nevada to see the fun and quirky shop Goat Feathers Emporium. ANOTHER sweet treat is that if you are looking for nostalgic, old fashion candies they have barrels of them too!
