Food Review: Gobble is a customizable bowl establishment, for $12 you can get a regular and $15 for a large. You can pick from a variety of proteins, 2 sides and a sumptuous sauce. After mixing and matching 4 different bowls, we recommend you definitely try the fried chickpea, they are crisp and golden, it put chickpea in a whole new light for me. However, we were blown away by how juicy and tender the chicken was. It was incredible. Of all the sides, if you are looking to be stuffed, we'd recommend the lentils mixed with the roots (sweet potato, potato and carrot) its a great complimentary meal with iron and protein. If you are looking for a lighter meal, we'd recommend the daily salad, as @gobblevancouver tries to support local as often as possible, and we love that . DID YOU ALSO KNOW THEY HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OPTION? Hello? We love inclusivity . Honestly, there was no winner for the sauces, you have to try them all. They are all so different that it really depends. Salad verde was my bias, but for an extra dollar you can add extra sauce (which is what I'll most likely do). The store opens up beautifully with tables outside to appreciate the gorgeous weather, and pairs perfectly with the meal.
