Hotel is not operating
We called 2h in advance but phone number was not in operation.
We arrived 9:30 anyways as we followed recommendations from Google assuming it's large reliable hotel.
Doors were open but lights at the ground floor lobby were off. Security guy seating in a chair at the door not letting us in.
All the lights upstairs are also off except first floor where we can see some public areas lights are on and people inside.
Security tried to call up children from a square nearby to help translate, but ultimately we didn't manage to communicate.

Decent prices for what you get. The rooms are clean and thr staff are friendly. Located in city limits of Dalzangrad. Could use an update on outside decor and advertising so it can get more business.

I had lunch at Sands restaurant on the 7th floor a couple of times. This is our usual final food stop before heading for the Gobi dessert. The food is decent. I usually order local food such as lamb soup or lamb noodles. Check them out if you're in the area.

Best reasonable option for a place to stay in Dalanzadgad. Hot water, a strong shower, a comfortable bed. What more could you ask for after 10 days in the Gobi? And they held rooms with a phone call. Beware, restaurant closes early (before 9p for food).

Besides dirty washroom, rooms are well heated, great view, and fast Wi-Fi.
