On Three Mile Beach in Cornwall, a Low-Key Babymoon | Condé Nast Traveler

"A mid-morning walk through the dunes to the viewpoints around the lighthouse made for a beautiful sunny outing, part of an easy, scenic route from our stay along the coast, and we even spotted a few seals along the way." - Amber Port

There’s a pay and display car park close by with plenty of room, at least when we were there. Some nice walks and a beautiful view of the lighthouse and St Ives on the other side of the bay. We were told you might spot a seal or two but we didn’t see any.

Godrevy Lighthouse is such a beautiful sight! Standing proudly on its little island just off the coast, it looks absolutely stunning from the distance, especially against the backdrop of the sea and sky. There’s something really magical about seeing it across the water – it feels both dramatic and peaceful at the same time. The surrounding area is just as lovely, with sweeping views along the coastline and plenty of great spots to stop and admire the scenery. Whether you’re walking the cliffs, relaxing on Godrevy Beach, or simply pausing to take it all in, the lighthouse makes the view truly special. An iconic Cornish landmark that never disappoints – well worth a visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the national trust site at Godrevy to see the lighthouse. Beautiful scenery and an added bonus was the seals basking in the sunshine.

Absolutely worth the drive and the walk. Make sure to have a sandwich at the National Trust Cafe.

A long walk meant the sun had clouded over by the time i got to the other end of 3 mile beach as near to the lighthouse as i could get, still it was an enjoyable walk even if the lighthouse couldn't be reached because of the sea, it's on an island, why on earth don't national trust build a nice bridge to it. That would be the day. And no Seals to take selfies with either, just a cuddly hedgehog on the exposed Godrevy point headland
