We stayed in a twin room and then one of the mixed dorms here at the start of our Trans Siberian trip to Beijing. It was a decent little hostel. Nice clean showers, plenty of toilets, a kitchen and clean bedding. It was also nice and warm which is useful in Moscow! Also had a good little common area with TV and tonnes of films to watch. Would recommend.

I stayed here as part of the Vodka Train trip through Russia. The facilities are perfect and the hostel is clean & well looked after. In winter the steps can be a bit dangerous with all the ice/water so just be careful. The staff were really friendly and spoke English. Its a short walk to the Kremlin and to the local metro stations.

A lovely little place to stay, centrally located and within easy reach of the airport. The kitchen was fully equipped but the shower cubicles were made out of flimsy plastic which felt like they were about to fall apart everytime you shut the door. On the plus side guests are welcome to help themselves to FREE unlimited tea and coffee but I would strongly advise against using their shuttle/taxi service to and from the airport as they charge triple the price as uber or yandex. The staff were very helpful and went out their way to help us 😊.

Not sure why some people say that this is he best hostel. The WiFi is good and the staff speaks English really well but like the walls and ceiling looks grime in some places. Only one toilet and shower on each floor and to get the shower you need to walk through the kitchen. During the World Cup this place cost me around 10 500 rubels for three nights...so expensive for a hostel.

4/5 stars. I compare this with Western Hostels, however compared with other Eastern Europe and Russian Hostels I have stayed in it is a clear 5 Star. The staff were excellent, kind, providing a free tour and traditional Russian food. If your Russian isn't too good, you should stay here.

Staying here in June with two friends. Our room is quite hot at night, but that's more to do with the Russian weather. It's very central with a short walk to the city centre. It also feels a very safe location.

Good hostel if you want to visit moscow on a budget. But you get a lot of noise during the night of guests partying. The rooms are very tiny and they have no mosquito fences in the rooms so you get a lot of mosquitos during sommer. Toilet and showers are ok but not high standard.

Godzilla Hostel in Moscow is one of the best hostel I have stayed in through my travels. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist Julianna, and the different facilities of the hostel were in great condition. And the hostel had a great location. I would definitely recommend it!
