The manager is horrible, they are not humanbeing. We went there for classes, they said the classes full. We kindly requested for another class if possible, cause we were 6-7 person. The answer should be YES or NO, The manager started arguing suddenly, she said ' are you the manager or I m? What kind of relationship is this. BE KIND, BE HUMAN ...

It is AMAZING, what they do here. Great place, good location, good scenery and a restaurant for when you are hungry. Their library has some incredible books... And I also love the fact that they collaborate with groups et al to organise creative activities that is helping the Ghanaian Creatives and those from the diaspora.

Nice and amazing scenery. Their library is just incredible and you can walk in during working hours to have a read of any book there without having to subscribe to anything. On the other hand, you have to subscribe before you can take a book out. Good space to book for small group events and meeting. They also have German classes and exams here.

This review is in fact for the Fair organized at the Goethe Institute the first Saturday of each month at the Goethe Institute. It's a must go event. You can have German and local food and buy art stuffs.

It open to public, there is a restaurant, platform for performances and those interested in learning the German language are welcome.

The name 'anything German' is here vividly feels synonymous with topnotch art of orderliness. From the entrance to the trance of its aesthetics, one is taken to a world of consciousness of what's suiting and soothing to the soul. I mean, beauty. Yes, that what it does. I particularly was enthralled with the floors. I recalled 'german floor." To step in to München where I read the book #TheLastCarver at PaGya (a literary festival in Accra), I noticed the seashelled floor with pebble embroidery. Oh yeah, that's a marvel; but let's quickly check the #Library. A collection of amazing books from all over the world set on shelves grandiose and inviting. The furniture and especially the tables are magical - they could form a single lengthy table at once; but could be separated via the diagonal cuts so one can make a hexagon table with few. Close by the library is the restaurant. Eat here and eat here always. Other things are one learns everything about Germany here, travel, school, living and working in Germany etc. WiFi, Virtual Reality, art work, flowers and great service by professionally trained personnel including the locals who work here. There are ramps for easier access for physically challenged. Meanwhile, the Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany with numerous institutes across the globe. One of its central mission is the promotion of German as a foreign language. In 1961 it opened its doors in Ghana (last part copied from the flyer titled EXPERIENCE GERMANY).

The Goether Institute has more mosquitos than any other place I know. It is a poor representation of German culture, and the cafe is the worst. The staff is rude, and they do not allow people to wait there but demand of you to buy something. Otherwise you are kicked out. Funny story, they are now blocking all the entrances to the cafe with plants. They seriously don't want customers to see their dirty tables.

They have very very poor customer service and rude staff . I’m yet to start classes there and I made a phone call to the customer service since I was having problems with the registration, I tried explaining what exactly the problem was but instead of him to listen and give the appropriate help all he could do was say he doesn’t have time so I should keep quiet and listen to the very instructions he has repeated countless times which has been of no use . He then decides to hang up when I call him out on his behaviour and hangs up whenever I call . If there’s something less than 1 star that will be more appropriate for this institution’s customer care. Honestly need a lot of training.
