Terrible experience. I got my flight cancelled due to bad weather (red alert) and these people denied refunding or even move my reservation to another day "citing their policies". Even Booking.com could not do anything to deal with this stubborn people.
You should not reserve here, there are better options around the area, so don't risk your money with this "hungry for more".
They preferred stealing 250 euros and losing more hosts. If the owner is reading this, you should better clean your nastiest parts with those bucks.

Fantastic place, my wife and the kids absolutely loved it. My little so. Mohamad had such a great time, so did my wife fatiha. We loved the place. We usually never drink alcohol because of our religion, but the vibe was so good that we had to do it. I highly recommend this place for a nice experience in dublin

Great Place to stay with friends.|Clean and organized. The location is a plus, heart of Temple Bar area.|The staff is really friendly and ready to help anytime. Reception 24/7.|The breakfast is free and honestly, the best I ever had comparing with other hostels.

I asked for an exceptional cancellation for tonight, due to the unexpected storm (which cancelled my flight),because when I booked I didn’t take the assurances options. Someone from the hostel was kind and comprehensive and told me to call Booking so they can accept my request, what I immediately did. But the hostel finaly refused to help me, refunding me or changing the date. I don’t understand this attitude ☹️

Where do I start should have known it was going to be bad when they tried to seat us in the bar as we were having food. Couldn’t hear yourself think but they sat us upstairs and it was a lot better just some background music playing. Then it went really downhill fast I ordered a Guinness when I took drink it tasted stale how the hell does that happen in Dublin. My wife ordered the fish & chips I ordered the bangers & mash my meal was fine but my wife’s was a disgrace the mushy peas were over salted the gravy was from a packet and the fish why oh why did they say it was haddock when it was salmon. Please if you are ever in the Temple Bar Area don’t go here for food

The most amazing Pub we saw in Dublin. Very central location near the first Temple Bar. There was traditional Irish music, everyone was singing along and dancing, and it was packed to the rim. We were unable to find a table to eat, so I cannot speak about the food, but it was fun to just walk in, maybe sit at the bar, and listen to the music. I will most definitely be back, perhaps earlier to be able to sit and enjoy the food.

We had sooooo much fun in the pub. It was one of the main highlights of the trip to Dublin.
Great band and atmosphere, friendly staff and funny people.
A must do while in Dublin!

We stayed in the apartments on the roof. Amazing views of Dublin, and not too loud for being right in temple bar. Loved the patios both of our apartments had. The only possibly bad part, was that to get back to the stairwell from the apartment you needed a key card. To get into the apartment you needed a key card. So if you accidentally leave your apartment without your key card, you are stuck on the roof. Additionally, while we were there, our key cards to our apartment suddenly stopped working, so we found ourselves in the situation of being stuck on the roof. Thankfully, I had a spare key card for our friends apartment next door that still worked, so I was able to use that to get back to the stairs and down to the lobby, where they were able to make new key cards for us easily. If I were them, I would recommend changing that door setup somehow to prevent a situation like that. Other than that hiccup, absolutely incredible value and place to stay.
