A great location with a fun and functional space! Large enough for two couples with all the necessities there for you. The small patio is a nice touch! The front desk staff was so welcoming and kind! They did everything they could to make us welcome and even offered us a room early! The location is just steps away from the hustle and bustle! The apartment was clean and well stocked with towels and supplies!

We had a brilliant time here from start to finish. The gentleman on reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great and plentiful.|I was a bit concerned about the noise mentioned in other reviews but we didn't experience this. We all slept well. It's in a great central location where the atmosphere is buzzing. I would definitely stay again if back in Dublin.

I found the location of the hostel very convenient as it is in Temple Bar which is where most of the nightlife occurs (in my opinion as a tourist). The room itself was vey humid and smelled awful. Opening the windows did not help. Keep in mind the hostel is associated with bar, I believe (I could be wrong). But the alarm did go off once in the middle of the night because the smoke alarm was set off at the bar. Thankfully we were not evacuated but it did go off for quite a while and the hostel did not make any announcements of what actions guests should take. I walked downstairs and overheard a staff member tell another guest that it was okay for us to stay in our rooms. I did feel safe and comfortable in the room though. My only thing is that there was one restroom in the bedroom that has 8 beds, which is not ideal but I think there are a couple of restrooms outside the room (in different floors) for anyone to use. The staff I encountered were very kind and helpful.

Located in Temple Bar which is ideal if you're visiting. There were some issues I won't get into, but the staff were otherwise as accommodating as possible within the hostel policy. Some of the rooms lack convenient outlet locations. Only hostel I've been to so far that has a useful elevator. Breakfast is pretty minimal but at least it's offered.

Great atmosphere, very clean room and bathroom , got upgraded due to available space . Very friendly . Breakfast is provided and it was good nice few options. Only thing is it’s beside a bar so it will be a bit loud. It didn’t disturb me as I’m use to a busy environment in my own home. But if you a very light sleeper maybe consider asking for a room on the other side away from the street. Would recommend it for the price.

Went to the pub and had the best stew I have ever had. Paired it with their Rockshore Lager and it was perfect. The atmosphere is fantastic! Two gentleman were singing and had fabulous voices!! It’s a definite must visit

Stayed 2 nights for the rugby in June, and it was more than adequate. Staff were lovely, rooms exceptionally clean and the location great. Noise on the street at night did need ear plugs, but that is expected when in Temple Bar. The room was very hot however, this was not the hostel's doing and due to the very rare hot weather in Dublin. If you need a bed for the night in a clean room with pleasant staff, I would recommend.

Nice environment with live music, but the service on the floor with the bar was sub-optimal. The two servers were too busy socializing and standing around the bar, while ignoring the limited number of patrons for minutes on end. In fact, we waited nearly 20 minutes before our order was taken. Bottom line, the environment is great but the service needs to improve.
