How to Plan the Perfect Ski Trip to Niseko United in Japan

"A fast-serving ramen venue where orders are placed on a tablet and steaming bowls arrive quickly; recommended dishes include the classic Hakata Tonkotsu ramen and a creamy vegetarian soy milk and Japanese broth version described as a silky, umami hit. The write-up also urges ordering 'a cup of rice to sop up any leftover broth (it’s too good not to).' " - Alison Fox Alison Fox Alison Fox is a Travel + Leisure contributor. I went in with my daughter first and asked for a table for five. While we stepped out to use the restroom, our table was given to another group 😅 There weren’t many menu choices, and the food didn’t taste like what I’ve had at Ippudo. I hope they’ll improve in the future.

The vegan ramen was delicious! The soy milk and kombu broth was extremely flavourful and umami, thoroughly enjoyed this meal.

Chicken wing is a must. Ramen really good. Kimchi better then Korea🤣.

Definitely my fav place to eat in Niseko-yo / Niseko. The food was fantastic especially the ramen and prices reasonable (unlike everywhere else I went in Niseko which seemed way over priced). Fast great service truly 5 stars. Enjoy!

Ramen is delicious. The chicken wings are perfectly breaded and are juicy. The only issues are with the front door being left open for long periods of time which chills the restaurant where everyone is wearing jackets and the kitchen hood not being strong enough so the whole place smells like smoke. I thought we were at the yakinuku restaurant when I first walked in because of how smokey it was.

A nice and comfy restaurant. Services were excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. Do note the dinner menu has more variety of food than lunch menu and there is 1 exclusive niseko item only for dinner. For lunch we ordered 2 meals, tonkotsu ramen and aburi salmon rice. The Ramen taste decent and you will find it has a different taste than ippudo in singapore. Broth taste subtle and light. Charsiu and pork belly are soft. Aburi salmon rice taste surprisingly delicious, did not expect it to be that good but the size a little bit small. For dinner, we had a niseko specialty quaill egg. Its served with cold quaill egg, nori and butter, the ingridients served separately, the way to eat it by putting the quail egg and butter to the nori. Taste just fine, the butter too salty for my taste, do note to taste the butter first before mix the food. Overall taste is decent, but the hospitality is amazing.

The food was decent; however, the behavior of the Caucasian staff was highly unprofessional, rude, and disruptive. For a restaurant serving overpriced ramen, I expect the staff to maintain professionalism, refrain from swearing, avoid mocking customers, and certainly not discuss drug use. This conduct does not reflect the essence of Japanese culture. I recommend avoiding this establishment.

Best Ramen we have eaten in Niseko , recommend to try their Kogashi ramen or Tonkatsu ramen. ramen powered by Ippudo so that is good.
