I stayed a couple of days in June 2023 with my family and the hotel did not have water throughout our stay. When we complained that we were not informed of this, the receptionist was unapologetic about it. We moved out a day earlier and sent an email requesting a refund for the last day, with no response. I am currently staying with my family for the new year’s long weekend, and we were given one of the rooms with the bed that falls from the foot end. When we complained about it, we got the same attitude from the receptionist of “there is nothing we can do about it”. The facility is good, but don’t expect good customer care, to avoid disappointment, as the receptionist treat you like she is doing you a favour, when you pay to keep them in business. Management don’t care to respond to emails either. Please pay attention to Google reviews on this hotel in general, you would notice that management only responded to positive reviews!
