What a disappointing stay!
- dust mites and bed bugs
- 2 broken beds in 2 different rooms: after the first night, we were moved to another new with ANOTHER broken bed making that #3
- bathroom amenities weren't changed/replaced from previous guests
- lack of management skills is evident at front desk: no communication happened between different shifts, we were bothered day after day about proof of payment when this was sent well before our stay AND AGAIN THRICE to different shifts at reception
- Complaints were brushed off as if they did not matter
A formal complaint was laid after our return home, and a discounted rate was offered on our NEXT stay as an apology. Tell me, why would we choose to come back to your establishment? Our stay was unpleasant and uncomfortable. As much as we appreciate this form of apology, why waste more money to endure round 2.
