Amazing Stay at Gold3 boutique hotel!" I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gold3 boutique hotel and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby! The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere. I especially loved the lounge area — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location was also ideal. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay, which really made it feel like home. I highly recommend Gold3 boutique hotel for anyone visiting the area — it’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!

Very small room (to be fair, I could have booked a larger room). So if you want a bigger room, DO NOT book a windowless room. Though a queen bed, the room was way to small to accommodate 2 persons. There was no floor mat in the bathroom to dry the feet after shower. Very very close to shopping area, just behind Fahrenheit. Very good location. But book bigger room

For a low-cost hotel, this place delivers. The room was spotless & comfortable. It was located in the best place in KL if you’re looking to walk/shop around the Bukit Bintang area. Will surely go back here for my next stay in KL. The staffs were helpful & they grant my request for a late check-in in the afternoon, thank you again for this!!

Hotel was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. What really stood out was their attention to detail — they even remembered us when we returned a few weeks later, which made us feel genuinely valued.

Accommodation near Pavilion. The room isn’t very spacious—you can’t fully open two 20-inch suitcases at the same time. The app mentioned a RM50 deposit, but there were a few extra rules not clearly explained. Specifically, there’s an additional RM10 per night tourism tax (cash only, so it’s a good idea to have RM10 notes ready). The front desk staff on the first afternoon seemed slightly irritated when I didn’t understand the extra RM20 tax charge for a two-night stay—I was just asking since the app only mentioned the RM50 deposit. However, other staff members on different days were calm and helpful. I was especially impressed by the staff who helped store my luggage, as well as the doorman and the front desk staff on my checkout day—they were very patient.

Gold3 Boutique Hotel is a good and recommended choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay in a prime location. It's clean, comfortable, and just steps away from shopping malls and food spots in Bukit Bintang. Ideal for short stays, solo travelers, and anyone wanting easy access to the city’s attractions.

Getting into the hotel room, I honestly felt like I was in prison — no windows and everything looked and felt so unsanitary. Then even added a DIRTY (yes, dirty) throw pillow in our bed. I fear for everyone who checks in here might catch something. With the price of their rooms, you can get cleaner and better hotels around Bukit Bintang. Please skip this one.

I am aware this is a 2-star boutique hotel. I stayed there for 4 nights. It's really very cramped. One person walks at any pint of time. We had twin beds. At any point in time, only 1 person can walk around. The bed was alright, but the sheet were not clean. Can see the previous person's hair on both beds when we moved in. Got smell too. They were alright when we asked for a changed of bed sheet. No room service provided throughout the 4 days. We had to go to the reception to collect 2 bottles of drinking water everyday, toilet roll and floor mat. The shower holder was spoilt, hence there was no place to hold the shower head. The shower water was spraying out from the hose, and we asked the technician to fix it. It was loosened. I wonder how the previous tenant used the shower head. Toilet was just 1 step away from the bed. I woke up everytime my mom goes to the toilet. Aircon was noisy but luckily functioning. The location was good. Once you walk out, it is opposite bukit bintang and near the metro line. They were flexible for the room extension up to 1pm and they have a security guy that opens the door for you after a long day. All in all, if budget constraints this place is still an option, but if you can afford a better one, maybe choose another one will be better.
