Very disappointing stay. We arrived at the hotel around 11PM, already tired from traveling, but were unable to enter our room because the door would not open. This happened twice, and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes before the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the problems continued once we entered the room. The hygiene was unacceptable — the pillows and bedsheets had a strong unpleasant smell, there was a lot of hair on the bed, and there were many mosquito-like insects inside the room. It clearly did not feel properly cleaned before our check-in. For a hotel of this standard, this experience was extremely frustrating and far below expectations. I hope the management seriously improves their cleanliness and maintenance, as this stay greatly affected our overall trip.

Location and front desk is great. Room size is ok u get what u paid for. Only down side is the room is quite dirty. Many kamitetep at the ceiling, lots of dust on the aircond and hair on bedsheet. Skip if u have sinus or allergy.

I booked Gold 3 Boutique Hotel for 3 days 2 nights, 27/12/2025-29/12/2025 but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The toilet was not clean ( asked cleaner come to clean the toilet, he cleans the toilet bowl only, the toilet floor are oily and the wall is dirty ) there were ants, and the shower head was dirty and could not stay in position while showering ( even though after repairing)which made it very inconvenient to use. The shampoo dispenser was also extremely slow when pressed. As this was a family trip with my 3-year-old and 6-year-old children, cleanliness and safety are very important to us. Due to these issues, I regret booking multiple nights and am still considering changing hotels. I would not recommend this hotel ( should be motel instead of hotel) to families or anyone who values cleanliness and proper maintenance.

The location is excellence but not for the rest of the area which need improvements.1. As the room is with window view, all the aircon compressors are installed on the same wall. This causes me a sleepless night as the compressor was making very loud noise and the bed is just next to the wall. So if you are choosing a room, try avoiding room with window.2. I used to stayed here 10 years ago but when revisiting this hotel, it seems like the room is not well maintained. The shower head is replaced but is placed at the chest lever, you have to hold it when washing your head.3. Hair dryer is placed so near to the basin. It blocks me when washing the face or rinsing mouth.4. It was found gaps between 2 pieces of the vynyl flooring, how could this happen and not well finished?In overall, with the condition of the room and aircon compressor next to it, this room is overpriced in my opinion. I booked for 2 nights but I did not continue my stay on the next day, too noisy form the compressor at night. I hope the management could take my feedbacks seriously.

For the price we paid in a very strategic location in bukit bintang, it's an ok place for the non fussy. We got the window room with queen sized bed. Room is small with the queen sized bed just a foot away from the toilet door. The shower head could have been better, but glad there was a hose bidet. Appreciated that soap and shampoo dispenser was provided however the pressing mechanism were not smooth to dispense the soap - so pls bring your own toiletries. They do provide the standard toothbrush and tiny toothpaste. Towels are provided but no floor mat - would have been better if there is especially since the distance frm toilet to bed is only a foot away. Appreciated there is little space to "tuck in" our luggage or else there really is no space to open up my big luggage (2 sizes bigger than cabin size). Room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable, location is very strategic and surprisingly its quite quiet during the night - so for non fussy travellers and not staying more than 2 nights, I would recommend.

Location is unbeatable. Right behind Lot 10, located at Bukit Bintang area. Room is rather small, as you open the door, the beds are right in front of you. Shower are does not have rack for you to put extra or own toiletries items. Overall not much to complain of due to its price and location.

Location is very central to Bukit Bintang malls and easily walkable to MRT. Service is quite responsive and helps you keep luggage. Clean beds but the washroom has a lot of stains - it’s an old hotel. Floorboards are uneven, no slippers provided, no hand and face towels provided so you might have to ask for extra towels, no hand soap, no shelves in the washroom.

Great location — super convenient and easy to get around! The only downside was the cleanliness; the room and bathroom could’ve been tidier. If they improve on that, it’d be a perfect spot to stay.
