For the price we paid in a very strategic location in bukit bintang, it's an ok place for the non fussy. We got the window room with queen sized bed. Room is small with the queen sized bed just a foot away from the toilet door. The shower head could have been better, but glad there was a hose bidet. Appreciated that soap and shampoo dispenser was provided however the pressing mechanism were not smooth to dispense the soap - so pls bring your own toiletries. They do provide the standard toothbrush and tiny toothpaste. Towels are provided but no floor mat - would have been better if there is especially since the distance frm toilet to bed is only a foot away. Appreciated there is little space to "tuck in" our luggage or else there really is no space to open up my big luggage (2 sizes bigger than cabin size). Room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable, location is very strategic and surprisingly its quite quiet during the night - so for non fussy travellers and not staying more than 2 nights, I would recommend.

My first experience staying here was disappointing. Although the price is quite expensive (around 2-star level), the place is cramped, the linens are messy, the color looks dirty, and the service is poor. I found several cockroaches on the bed and in the bathroom just disgusting! On the second day, the Wi-Fi was down for a full day. The only good thing was the front security guard, who quickly opened and closed the door every time we arrived or left the hotel. The location is good because it’s attached to Fahrenheit Bukit Bintang. But I strongly suggest not staying here if you’re going to KL. First, it’s dirty. Second, the bed and linens are bad. The bed even made my body ache when I woke up.

I highly recommend Gold3 boutique hotel for anyone visiting the area — it’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!

very great service by Hasni in the front desk. the room is what you need for a short trip to KL, very compact and cozy, but make sure to choose the one with windows. great experience overall!

One of the best place to stay in Bukit Bintang. Room was clean, quiet. Location wise is very strategic. Less than 3 minutes walking distance to lot 10, pavilion, and many viral restaurants 🥰 Great staff service by Hasni too. Friendly and helpful. They even let us put our luggage in storage area even after we check out. Overall we will recommend this hotel especially for those want to go explore kuala lumpur.

Very small room (to be fair, I could have booked a larger room). So if you want a bigger room, DO NOT book a windowless room. Though a queen bed, the room was way to small to accommodate 2 persons. There was no floor mat in the bathroom to dry the feet after shower. Very very close to shopping area, just behind Fahrenheit. Very good location. But book bigger room

Hotel was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. What really stood out was their attention to detail — they even remembered us when we returned a few weeks later, which made us feel genuinely valued.

For a low-cost hotel, this place delivers. The room was spotless & comfortable. It was located in the best place in KL if you’re looking to walk/shop around the Bukit Bintang area. Will surely go back here for my next stay in KL. The staffs were helpful & they grant my request for a late check-in in the afternoon, thank you again for this!!
