The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Even the room quite small but its comfortable. Reception staff also very friendly abd ready to assist. This is my go-to place for Pavillion Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur which is the best in town.

Before book this hotel, please google the review first. Stupid Aircond. Not cold at all. Kaki lima lagi sejuk daripada bilik I (can adjust, but didn’t work) . Aircond macam kipas, kipas rumah I lagi sejuk. The most hot hotel I ever stay. But I no complain with the reception. I just stay for 1 night. I think the hotel PIC won’t give us the “broken” room. Then need us go complain just help us change the room. If ady know the room got problem, then please don’t open to guest for stay. Later got bad comment just say guest no let u all know. Not very clean, not so dirty. Just soso…Very small room (super small room). End corner lot, 3rd floor. Very good location. Service also soso… just soso… Will never stay back. Tq.

There was nobody at the reception when we check in and had to wait for around 10 mins. When we check into the room there were DND hanging on the door knob, it turns out housekeeper didn't remove it. The hair shampoo was finished but we didn't bother to ask to refill. There were mouldy smell on the top bunk bed. The location is really good.

This hotel deliberately cancelled the order and when I called for inquire, they said they had no idea and it was Agoda's problem... When I checked, I found that the price had been increased. Agoda's customer service said that they would not cancel customers' orders without reason, and it was the hotel that cancelled it themselves in order to sell it at a higher price.

Booked twin/double bed to get a small bunk bed room. The hotel receptionist claimed that it was Agoda’s fault who passed our order to another travel agent. I’m not really sure. After complaining, the receptionist did not help at all and asked us to call the Agoda ourself. Since Agoda did not answer fast so we decided to pay more for the upgrade, and after we did that, the hotel gave free upgrade for a night to a queen bed room (it was midnight so why they didn’t do it faster tho, we are tired and mad already). Worst experience I’ve ever been in a so called hotel. Room was full of mold and smelly. The sound of the air conditioner is too noisy for light sleeper. The hairdryer is not working normally at first but they initiated to change the hairdryer. It feels like they have weak security too, since anyone can come and go freely without access card on the elevator. Moreover, our trust issue with the hotel staff increased since the receptionist is careless with our situation. I booked 3 nights and did checkout after sleeping for a night only. The only good thing about the hotel is the accesibility.

The best hotel ever! I love the staffs & service here! Definitely my fave hotel. Only 5minutes walking distant to pavi from this hotel.

A few years ago, this hotel was very clean, but my recent stay was extremely disappointing. It was obvious that the bedsheets hadn’t been changed, which was unacceptable. This made me both upset and frustrated, and to make matters worse, I developed a skin allergy after sleeping on the bed. I will not be coming back again.
