GOLDEN APPLE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

This is easily the worst hotel I have ever visited. The place is a total dump and looks nothing like the photos online. The rooms are filthy, smell terrible, and are infested with mosquitoes and houseflies. When we complained, the brainless staff sprayed "Kala HIT" inside our closed room and expected us to sleep in the toxic fumes. The manager is incredibly rude, arrogant, and has zero concern for guest safety. We were forced to check out at 10 PM just to escape this nightmare. AVOID this place at all costs unless you want to get sick.

Bit Costly but people are good. Located 15min walk from the Esplanade Station and 5min walk to the Indian Museum. Rooms are clean but compact. Overall nice hotel

We recently stayed at the Golden Apple Banquet Hotel in Kolkata, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. While the location is convenient, we faced several issues during our stay. Basic amenities like footmats were missing, and the bathroom lights were not functioning properly, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we had booked 3 AC rooms, but surprisingly, only 2 AC remotes were provided, and they worked for more than one room due to identical AC brands. This could have been a major issue if the ACs were from different brands. The hotel has potential, but attention to these basic facilities and better maintenance would greatly improve the guest experience. We hope the management takes this feedback constructively for future improvements.

They have put a white bedsheet, and it was clearly visible that big girl/women hairs were on the floor as well as on the bed and blanket. I had spent around 10 mins to clear up those. The floor was having dust also. Rooms are much smaller than in the picture; the room size may be 40–50 sq ft. It's a sin to pay more than 500 rupees for the room. I have paid more than the double.

Never go to these hotels. If had negative points I would have given it for there poor services.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Delicious food, great amenities, and a perfect location. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay. Will definitely visit again!

This is the most worst hotel I have ever stay in my life. Don't go there. So many hiden charges... Over all very bed experience.

Their rooms are below average and need to be upgraded their furniture ASAP. One out of two locks of the room door was functional. Electrical switches need to be upgraded. If they are providing toiletries, then they need to be in a proper way.
