Their rooms are below average and need to be upgraded their furniture ASAP. One out of two locks of the room door was functional. Electrical switches need to be upgraded. If they are providing toiletries, then they need to be in a proper way.

Extremely small rooms. Shows some bigger ones in the pictures. The beddings were totally dirty and the bathroom had water issues multiple times. Extremely disappointed

Worst hotel in kolkata. Staff and manager are rood. They had checked in saying we ll provide u a better room at 11 am .. bt they lied.. ac not working. Very horrible staff . Kindly do not stay at this place.

Delux room is very small. Not maintained in good condition.

Please don't stay here this hotel is very waste. Totally waste of money and time.

Horrible experience with this hotel. rude stuffs, non cooperative, dirty room, bed, toilet. just not acceptable.|even they dont to change bed sheet daily unless you request so. lots of insects inside the room. dirty and smelly bed sheet and pillow covers.

Convenient place from the bus stand and new market. Although rooms and furnitures are a bit old, their service is good and staffs are welcoming.
