I stayed in Total of 5 nights , used this property as a hub while I was visiting different places in vietnam. The kindness attentiveness patience and ability to organize and solve problems is as good as you can expect. If it is in organizing tours or advising on one or organizing transportation bus or motor bikes was spotless. I enjoyed my stay not only calling it my home away from home but the location was spot on. Rooms my need a touch of face lifting specifically the bathrooms and I hope they will address that. Free breakfast from 7 to 9.3 choices are great .

Stayed for two nights at the Golden Art Hotel in Hanoi. A small, inviting boutique hotel with a genuinely warm atmosphere. Our room was spotless and comfortable; the shower was modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We chose the smallest room, which still suited our needs perfectly. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the Old Town, close to all major points of interest and surrounded by great street food. Breakfast was enjoyable, with both Western and Vietnamese options. The highlight of our stay was Jasmine. Her English is perfect, and she was constantly available with help, advice, and a welcoming smile. Even after we checked out, she continued assisting us throughout our trip across Vietnam, helping us book transportation and accommodation on the go - always at better prices than what we found locally. Next time we’re in Hanoi, we’ll definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights total inbetween a Ha Long Bay cruise. This is a simply wonderful place to stay in Ha Noi Old Quarter and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent in a small quiet street that is in the middle of the Old Quarter so simply walk outside and you are in the middle of the bustle but enjoy a quiet space at the hotel. There is a small grocery store across the street and dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops as well as a self serve laundry right around the corner. The rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and the bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful! It starts early so plenty of time to eat and head out to explore. They offer local and Western options and it is cooked to order so always hot and delicious. What makes this hotel special is the people. They all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We arrived at 1am in the morning on our first night and there was someone there to welcome us with a big smile. Whether it is an extra pillow or recommendations they are always available and happy to help. My husband left his power bank in the room after we left and they arranged for it to be shipped to us overnight in Hue. The people here make this hotel a go to location for a trip to Ha Noi.

I booked 3 rooms here, but one room was given on the 6th floor and the staff said that the elevator only goes to the 5th floor and to get to the 6th floor you have to use the stairs, of course we objected and asked for another room and the staff said the room was full and he offered to help lift our luggage and the next day they would move us to another room and the next day they were moved to another room and the staff also offered to help us move our luggage to the new room, very good service 👍 The hotel location is very good and close to the night weekend market. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very delicious, especially the fried rice and omelet, also given yogurt and fruits. Drinks include juice, tea and coffee. For people who are easily woken up by noise, this room is perfect because the room is very quiet.

Jasmine helped me plan my visit before I arrived. Finding tours to suit my needs and requirements. She provide honest advise about places to visit, ensuring my stay was customised to what I wanted to experience She helped deal with any issues with tours or amend my plans due to issues along the way. This was greatly appreciated and allowed me to continue with my holiday, without the added stress. Staff are friendly , professional and always happy to have a chat. They offered a thicker blanket, as I was cold at night and had to adjust the temperature on the airconditioner. Comming back from a tour they made sure I had the extra blanket. Furthermore, I left some medication in my room. Comming back from a tour, staff spoke with house keeping and returned it to me. The hotel is situated on a quiet street. It is still close to restaurants, ATM, Supermarkets and Pharmacy. All came in handy at some point. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast is included and offers a simple menu. Very delicious and satisfying. I would recommend this hotel, for the price, it offers alot and is clean, comfortable and great location. I plan to stay again on any next visit.

Friendly staff, breakfast is ordered from a menu and cooked to serve (not a buffet style) which was really nice. Rooms were well maintained and suited our needs perfectly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hotel is situated on a quiet street. Is near amenities such as; ATM, Pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants.||Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious. |However, elevator goes to level 5 and need to climb stairs to level 6. Anyone not able to climb stairs, this would recommend to advise at time of booking.|Staff are very friendly and professional. Always happy for a chat and offer assistance when needed.|Jasmin helped plan my trip and put together a customised itinerary to suit my requirements and requests.||Breakfast is included, it's off a simple menue. The food is nice and willing to accommodate.

I stayed in this hotel with family. Experience was terrible. It can not be called a hotel, rather it's like a substandard dormitory. However it charges you like a 5 star hotel. Very small hotel with almost no amenities. Worst kind of hospitality you will receive. Bad smell all over the hotel. We were provided with room on 6 th floor whereas lift reaches only upto 5th floor. Old ACs, No blankets in the room. Pathetic breakfast with only ala carte options. That too limited to 2 items only. Only positive is it's location, otherwise you are paying for a 5 star hotel, but its value is only if a roadside dormitory. All the photos shown in internet are fake. They have some understanding with Make My Trip and Goibibo that's why they are promoting this hotel and cheating customers. Be very careful.
