Golden Art Hotel

Five stars for the best service I have ever had at any hotel. The staff are SO nice and it feels really genuine. Admittedly, the rooms could probably use a fresh coat of paint, as you can definitely see signs of wear. However, the bed was comfy, the room was very clean and their bedding and linens smelled great too. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and it was honestly better than what I had at fancier hotels. We also sent out clothes out to be laundered and they came back really clean, neatly folded and smelling super fresh. The location was super convenient in the Old Quarter and there were a lot of food and cafe options nearby.

The location is good, and they let me check in at 3am. Each person can choose their own breakfast, and it was the best I've had in Hanoi for 10 days. However, it's old because it's old. You can see the water level, but the kindness is 5 stars. I stayed for 0.5 nights in a hurry.

Amazing kindness and hospitality from the staff! My room was always kept very clean. Breakfast prepared for you if you order it. Great location a bit away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to easily walk to most things. Laundry can be done for 40k. AC works well in the rooms. Relatively low street noise. Fridge in room.

Everything went very smoothly from check in until check-out. Everyone here speaks very fluent English and seems to be dedicated towards making the customers feel comfortable. We were looking for fresh Durian to purchase and was given help till we eventually found some. Rooms are clean and affordable. The location is great for getting around anywhere in Hanoi The best part is there is a barber next door, a minimart across the street and massage parlors galore near by. Breakfast if you care to eat in the hotel was sufficient. We chose to order on Grab instead since it is easy to do so and one can try anything he wants.

We had this please recommended to us and we’re not disappointed. Situated in the middle of the old town of Hanoi was a very good location. The staff were incredible Ha and Jasmine were both fantastic and could not do enough for us. We spent a lot of time chatting to Ha while we waiting for taxis or sitting in reception and she was a font of great information and a real asset to the hotel we got to see and experience stuff we would not have seen. Hotel was clean and considering it was in the middle of the old town it was quiet and we had great sleep.

Great accomodation. Fantastic location central to The Old Quarter. Lovely clean rooms, daily water bottle provided. Simple breakfast with delicious omelettes. Extremely helpful staff, thank you to Jasmine and the team who helped us out, provided transfers and answered all of our questions.

On the 1st look hotel seems just like any other run of the mill budget hotel. But the staff is extra helpful. They understand and communicate in English quite well, breakfast food here is amazing, pancakes aren't the fluffiest but they sure taste amazing. Their Pho ga( chicken noodles soup) is comforting and nourishes the soul. Clean bathrooms and the housekeeping is also very efficient and tidy. It is located in the heart of old quarter with a walking proximity to almost everything

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The receptionists were incredibly welcoming and one lady spoke excellent French, making communication so easy. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel is tucked away off the main street, so the room was incredibly quiet—perfect for a peaceful night’s rest. On top of that, the room was spotlessly clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
