Hotel is situated on a quiet street. Is near amenities such as; ATM, Pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants.||Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious. |However, elevator goes to level 5 and need to climb stairs to level 6. Anyone not able to climb stairs, this would recommend to advise at time of booking.|Staff are very friendly and professional. Always happy for a chat and offer assistance when needed.|Jasmin helped plan my trip and put together a customised itinerary to suit my requirements and requests.||Breakfast is included, it's off a simple menue. The food is nice and willing to accommodate.

She provide honest advise about places to visit, ensuring my stay was customised to what I wanted to experience She helped deal with any issues with tours or amend my plans due to issues along the way. This was greatly appreciated and allowed me to continue with my holiday, without the added stress. Staff are friendly , professional and always happy to have a chat. They offered a thicker blanket, as I was cold at night and had to adjust the temperature on the airconditioner. Comming back from a tour they made sure I had the extra blanket. Furthermore, I left some medication in my room. Comming back from a tour, staff spoke with house keeping and returned it to me. The hotel is situated on a quiet street. It is still close to restaurants, ATM, Supermarkets and Pharmacy. All came in handy at some point. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast is included and offers a simple menu. Very delicious and satisfying. I would recommend this hotel, for the price, it offers alot and is clean, comfortable and great location. I plan to stay again on any next visit.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi! It’s tucked away in a cozy, charming area that feels peaceful yet convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was quite spacious for two people, with plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was also roomy and clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest, though we did feel a bit chilly at night because the blankets were very thin. Breakfast here was a true highlight — easily the best food I had during my entire stay. The Pho, in particular, was outstanding and honestly the best I’ve tried anywhere in Hanoi. If you love authentic Vietnamese flavors, this is the place to try it. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, friendly service, and delicious food, all set in a lovely part of the city. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Great location in the Old Quarter, clean rooms with fresh linens, plenty of towels, slippers, and a spotless bathroom. Breakfast is à la carte (choose 3 items) and tasty. The best part? The incredibly friendly staff—special thanks to the lady staff member and young receptionist who made me feel at home. For an affordable stay in Hanoi, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was basic but very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and I appreciated having a small fridge and TV. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer questions or assist with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location was convenient—close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. While it’s a budget hotel, it felt safe and well-managed, which made a big difference for me.

Five stars for the best service I have ever had at any hotel. The staff are SO nice and it feels really genuine. Admittedly, the rooms could probably use a fresh coat of paint, as you can definitely see signs of wear. However, the bed was comfy, the room was very clean and their bedding and linens smelled great too. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and it was honestly better than what I had at fancier hotels. We also sent out clothes out to be laundered and they came back really clean, neatly folded and smelling super fresh. The location was super convenient in the Old Quarter and there were a lot of food and cafe options nearby.

Amazing kindness and hospitality from the staff! My room was always kept very clean. Breakfast prepared for you if you order it. Great location a bit away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to easily walk to most things. Laundry can be done for 40k. AC works well in the rooms. Relatively low street noise. Fridge in room.

Everything went very smoothly from check in until check-out. Everyone here speaks very fluent English and seems to be dedicated towards making the customers feel comfortable. We were looking for fresh Durian to purchase and was given help till we eventually found some. Rooms are clean and affordable. The location is great for getting around anywhere in Hanoi The best part is there is a barber next door, a minimart across the street and massage parlors galore near by. Breakfast if you care to eat in the hotel was sufficient. We chose to order on Grab instead since it is easy to do so and one can try anything he wants.
