Golden Eye Clinic

I have always heard good things about Golden Eye Clinic. My visit was great they are very thorough and all the employees are absolutely fabulous. I hate it took me so long to establish care there but so glad I did.

We are always so pleased with our service at Dr Golden's office. The staff is friendly, the doctors listen well and are caring and the people handling glasses are all kind. Tim helped us find a pair of glasses that fit great for my son and was very encouraging when he wasn't sure about getting glasses. Great atmosphere, highly recommend.

The clinic and the people that work there themselves are very nice, no issues whatsoever. However, I do have an issue with the lab/provider they work with. I ordered my lenses on November of 2024 and I am barely getting them on March of 2025. During the wait, the ladies who work there did provide me with 2 monthly pairs of lenses but these were not the brand that I regularly use, and I had a hard time adapting to them. I just hope they can get a different provider for some of their lenses because having to pay full price after a 3-month wait was not what I was expecting.

I recently had a traumatic eye injury and Dr. Ihlo and the employees at Golden Eye Clinic helped me tremendously throughout the entire process of recovery after my injury. They not only worked me in their busy schedule on the day of the accident to evaluate me initially and assess the damage, but they followed up with me daily as well throughout my recovery process. I was extremely anxious and distraught over the injury, but the care I received to help me heal and to relieve my worries was absolutely phenomenal. The experience I had with Dr. Ihlo and the team at Golden Eye Clinic was top notch and I highly recommend them.

Everyone was really nice and talked me through the whole process. They explained what they were looking for in the pictures of my eyes and even showed an example on Google. When I went to pick out my new frames they were patient and helped me decide on the perfect frames for me.

I needed a new optometrist. I found the folks at Golden Eye Clinic. They have a caring staff and all the equipment of a very expensive optometry department. They are now my favorite eye care Clinic. I won't ever waist my money at the one hour eye care places. These people are fantastic.

I was displeased. When the lens were not correct. So to fix it they wanted to charge me an extra 120$ . TF. Plus it will be more to renew my eye configuration . Highly suggest a different Eye Dr. Especially when they only use interns

I went in for my yearly exam and knew I needed new glasses. Glasses got ordered and it took about 2 weeks to get them. Since it was a new prescription I knew I needed to get used to them. After a month the right lens was blurring my vision so they rendered the lenses. The lab, I was told, used the wrong prescription. It's been another month and the right lens is still way off.

I moved to Center a few years ago and was a little concerned about seeking out an optometrist in the area... would he/she have the resources and availability of current and state of the art equipment? What about keeping up education and knowledge? And, what would be the level of professionalism for the doctor and the staff? Well, Dr. Golden and the whole staff at Golden Eye Clinic not only met but, exceeded my expectations! Yes, he does have the fancy equipment but, more than that is Dr. Golden has the knowledge and experience to accurately diagnose and treat your eye conditions. I have been 'seeing' Dr. Golden for about 2 years now and would highly recommend him and everyone at his office.
