Alan and Misty truly go above and beyond to ensure they provide the highest quality products and customer experience. When we discovered our initial design would not be possible due to glass sliding door weight limits, Misty was extremely patient and helpful in finding alternative options for our shower door. During the install they were very mindful to not cause damage or other issues. Halfway through the install they discovered the manufacturer didnt include all the nesscary parts and drove back across town to their warehouse so they could finish the job by the end of the day. They also provided plenty of info on how to clean the door and some tips for keeping the glass free of water spots which I appreciated. Most recently they covered the cost to replace a door handle which had a cracked enamel covering which we believe arrived damaged because that piece is hand tightened so they were unsure how that would have occurred. They also fixed an issue with the door sliding on its own by adjusting the sliding door bar which had become slightly unlevel. It is clear that they stand behind the quality of their work and endeavor to provide 100% satisfaction for any of their customers. I highly reccomend their services and will definitely use them for any of my future projects.

I needed a frameless glass shower door to replace my shower curtain so I could enjoy looking at my beautiful new shower. Golden Glass did a great job and the door was installed a week earlier than promised. highly recommend!

We are in the process of restoring a 30+ year old house and had a set of a five "awning windows" with crank handles about 15 feet up that wouldn't open. We called several window repair businesses to obtain quotes, but ONLY Golden Glass was willing to come out and look at them. The other guys either couldn't be bothered to try a repair (they would only replace them completely) or wouldn't even call us back. Golden Glass, however, was at my house less than 24 hours after my initial call to check out the problem. Not only did they diagnose the problem immediately but they fixed all five windows in a very short time and charged what I considered to be an extremely reasonable rate for an on-the-spot repair. They didn't try to gouge me for the work even though the windows were old and probably out of date and they also provided me options to think about for future upgrades. Top notch!

Great Job!!! They just did my Master Bath glass shower enclosure and a huge wall mirror with cutouts for a sconce and an electrical outlet. The original salesperson I worked with months ago was no longer there when I went to place my order but they honored the quote. The shower is fantastic looking and the installer was a artisan in the way he work to fits it perfectly with two building wall that were not plumb - Two glass walls and a pivot for at a 45 degree angle between them was installed. The original 8 foot by 4 foot mirror they found in the shop had pin holes in the back coating so they rejected it. Certainly glad they did not install it. The final mirror is great they even provided a mirror electrical cover plate and fitted it as well and installed the sconce. Very clean and thoughtful installer. Could not be more pleased!!

So, after the EPIC FAIL with Windowman (see that review for more) I called this place to get my window fixed. Golden Glass came out the next morning, they fixed it in about 30 minutes and charged me less than I was originally quoted by the other place. Win. Bravo. I should have called these fine people to begin with. Professional, courteous and fast. Nothing but love here.

My home was recently broken into and were in need of a glass panel for our door. I called at least six companies and Tower Hill, our insurance company sent Dryer's DKI. Golden glass was always on time and his bid came in four times less than Dryers. In a time like this you feel venerable and the last thing you need is to be taken advantage of. Call Golden Glass for all your glass needs. Amazing people!!

I had a large kitchen window that needed to be partially replaced after an incident with a lawn mower and a rock :) Called Golden Glass and they sent a guy out to give me an estimate within a couple of days. The repairman was very nice, took all of the measurements and said the office would get back to me with an estimate. Except no one ever called. I called the office about a week after the guy came out and was told that it was too soon to get an estimate (really?). So, I called another company in town (Windowman). They came out the same day, gave me estimate right away, ordered the replacement glass and completed the job within 10 days. Still haven't heard back from Golden Glass with that estimate, 3 weeks later. Can't recommend them at all.

Best service, friendly and knowledgeable people. I needed a custom size mirror for the bathroom. Only place in Gainesville who answered the phone. Price was better than anyone else (got couple of quotes in Jacksonville). Mirror was ready on time. Told me what to use to install, adhesive vs. clips, gave pluses and minuses of both methods. Showed me how to install. I had forgotten blankets or card board etc to place in my van to carry the mirror. They even offered their own tarp to place my mirror on.

We contracted with Golden Glass and Mirror to replace all of our windows and two sliding glass doors. George Deffenbaugh, one of the owners, is knowledgeable and professional and was very helpful with design selection. The work was completed on time with attention to detail. Amazing company! I recently remodeled my master bathroom and needed a frameless shower enclosure. Since the enclosure had some abnormal angles and two walls of glass, it took some engineering to make my vision a reality. Golden Glass worked with me side by side to design and install the perfect frameless enclosure. Other companies would not even attempt the frameless because of the difficulty level, but Golden Glass knew they could handle the task and did so beautifully!
