Golden Horn Beach

The beach is amazing and the sea is very clean — you can even see the bottom. It's just a little cold. The view is fantastic, with the sea on one side and mountains and greenery on the other. You can swim while enjoying the beautiful scenery. There are plenty of cafes and bars around, and the prices are average. If you want, you can rent a sunbed. I really liked it — it's definitely a place worth seeing.

Gorgeous beach, loved the non rocky feel! Waves were awesome for playing in and pretty strong. It was a little packed though, not much personal space. Still had a good time, just wish it was less crowded.

The beach is very beautiful, the water is clear and warm and its particular shape is interesting to visit. But unfortunately it has become way too tourist-oriented for my taste, everything is insanely expensive (compared to prices on other beaches on the island), it’s very crowded throughout the day, the only natural shade area is under the pines in the center of the beach, where there are also located countless food and drink trucks, and you get to lay down in a smell of gas and fried food. Although the natural beauty of the beach is undeniable, overall the day spent there turned out to be the least fun day on the island.

The nicest beach I’ve found in all of Croatia hands down! 1# is the oodles of shade available! The center triangle of the horn is completely shaded by beautiful pine trees. #2 is the cleanliness and accessibly! For real, if you have someone in a wheelchair, no problem. They can even get into the ocean with what looks like a brand new lift chair. The pathways leading to the beach are completely shaded and not a car or a car/truck sound in sight. This beach is truly a relaxing and inviting oasis!

Magnificent beach, famous for a good reason. Various low or high adrenaline beach activities are offered. Or you can just relax and enjoy! 🙂 Nearby place of Bol and surrounding area offer accommodation, restaurants, bars, daily boat trips, windsurfing and other activities.

Got the ferry over from split. 80 euros return for both of us. Had breakfast in Bol, walked to the beach maybe 20 mins. It was already very hot 9am July 25. Plenty of sun beds. 39 euros for 2 beds and unberrella Went to the bar for a nice cold drink. Nice atmosphere. Nothing is cheap, remember this.

Naturally amazing. Place is not only swimming and bathing in pristine clear waters but experience of profound connection with mother nature. It is very well organised, clean and well maintained. All possible facilities for fun, food, drinks etc available 😀. Enjoy lifetime experience.

This beach and place is not worth to visit in the high summer season. It losts it's length from the past, is heavily over crowded and the tourist trap starts with the first big parking by the main route where they ask 20€/day while going a bit further back and down you'll find parking for 8€/day... prices as per 08/2025
