Golden Horn Beach

Such a beautiful place. For the best experience its better to rent a bike or a car to reach there. The journey is so amazing. The beach was not at all crowded when we went there. There are no strong waves, or can say no waves at all) so it will be safe for taking a dip. Must visit place if you are visiting split.

This is the largest and best known beach on the island. It is similar to a long horn, which gives its name. The beach is mostly made of pebbles and there's almost no sand anywhere. The beach itself is free to visit but two sunbeds and an umbrella were €40 when we visited in September 2024. There are a couple of bars and restaurants on the beach and there is a small adventure park and a massage parlor with 2 beds.

Really nice beach, different to others. You have green at the back, mountains and two sides, one is windy the other one is very calm Most comment say that it's not worth in high seasson, too many people but we visited this beach end of October. Weather was good, water temperature ideal. Easy to park. We had a great time

Pretty amazing beach! Like many of the beaches in Croatia it has small pebbles instead of sand. You can sit on either side of the horn to look south east or south west. We waked to it early in the morning to look at the sun coming up. Beautiful. It gets very busy during the day.

Parking by the beach extrime prices. 5€ per hour or 15€ for the afternoon! Toilets paid. Bar on the beach. Changing cubicle on the beach. Beautiful, pebble beach with quite deep access to water. We went on windy day, one side of the beach was with very aggressive waves, but the other side with plenty sunshine and hidden from the direct wind.

The finest time to see Dalmatia's natural beauty is in September and October. Brač island and this dynamic Golden beach are daily discoveries that are truly treasures. If you're a party animal, sporty, lazy, or family traveler, you may see yourself here.

Beautiful pebble beach with clear sea and fish when snorkelling. Bring water shoes if you have sensitive feet.

Go out of peak hours and on a good tide to get a decent view of the horn. Peeble beach is good for families. The cafe bars are good, they are just a bit too close to the main tourist feature, that they encroach on the experience.
