Golden Hour

The intention and vision that went into the creation of this space are felt immediately upon entering the gates. The outdoor garden and water features are peaceful and welcoming, instantly creating the feeling of "leaving the grind behind". Upon entering the doors to the tea room, you are enveloped in the warmth and organic feel of a very well-designed space. The collection of teas are carefully curated and beautifully displayed, and the ones I sampled were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I genuinely loved the "Mud Water" products, which are light-years beyond other mushroom-based coffee alternatives (meh) I've tried elsewhere. The tea room doubles as a yoga space when all of the furniture is moved out of the way. This is a special place. Come and see for yourself.

What a lovely place! The tea house vibes are so peaceful and there is a beautiful courtyard where you can relax in the sunshine! The kombucha jug I brought home was also amazing! This is sure to become a regular spot for my family!

Everyone is so kind and welcoming and very knowledgeable about their teas. Beautiful and relaxing environment that I find myself coming back to time and time again! I have yet to try a yoga class but I am looking forward to trying soon. Truly a hidden gem in Pensacola that more people should know about

Supreme vibes all around. Walking up to the gate feels like you’re entering a tropical paradise (you are). The inside is beautiful, it always smells so good in there, the lighting is natural, there are plenty of spaces to sit and hang out. The staff is so friendly. The teas and kombuchas are delicious and consciously curated / served. The yoga classes are great. I love every thing about this space. I am so happy it exists.

Golden hour is golden every hour. I have loved the space in the morning yoga classes, looking out at green palms while practicing my asanas. The tea shop is lovely in the evening when the sun is setting and the space literally glows. Everyone is warm and friendly. Such an inviting place. This will be my new meeting place!

I had such a good experience at this beautiful yoga studio. The class was the perfect refreshing flow—energizing, grounding, and just what I needed to reset for the weekend. The space itself is so peaceful, and you can really feel the love and care that’s gone into creating it. And the cherry on top? After class, we were offered some Kamba—such a cool and tasty drink I’d never tried before! Felt like a little treat for body and soul. Highly recommend this studio if you’re looking for good vibes, a great flow, and a lovely start to your day. 🌿🧘‍♀️✨

This space was designed with such intention and beauty! Stopped in for some jasmine green tea (which was delicious) and my husband had some of the kombucha. We attended yoga in the same spot the next morning and greatly enjoyed the space again! Sunlight pours into the room and the outside view is so beautifully lush that I forgot I was even in Pensacola lol The owner Sydney has such an amazing, grounding, and welcoming vibe. So glad we have this spot in East Hill and can't wait to try out more classes & teas.

Golden Hour is exactly what our community needed. An aesthetically beautiful space that exudes tranquility, kindness, and an assortment of teas and kombucha for every palate. The yin yoga led by Sydney is thoughtfully curated and feels like a bespoke experience. Entering and leaving this paradise tucked away in East Hill feels like a sacred experience. Support local and don't walk but run to grab your spot!
