Golden Hour Yoga and Tea House

What a beautiful, serene place. I originally stopped by for a dessert pop up and I absolutely fell in love with Golden Hour. You walk through a lovely garden alongside a soothing pond as you make your way inside. You remove your shoes at the door and walk in to another sweet oasis. The lighting is soft and you feel a sense of calm as you make your way to the tea bar. There is quite a selection of teas and kombuchas for you to choose from and everyone is so friendly and helpful, such a beautiful vibe. Once you order, your tray is set up and you are free to take it either outside to sit or anywhere you would like. They also offer yoga classes including classes for expecting mom's, chair yoga, kids yoga and more. Come, relax, enjoy.

What a lovely place! The tea house vibes are so peaceful and there is a beautiful courtyard where you can relax in the sunshine! The kombucha jug I brought home was also amazing! This is sure to become a regular spot for my family!

Golden Hour has become such a safe haven for me in this little pocket of the neighborhood. Sydney’s Yin class is unlike any yoga class I’ve taken before. Her guidance is deep, intentional, and somehow nudges me to explore the harder parts of myself while making me feel completely supported to do so. I’m so grateful for the community Golden Hour has given me. Every class leaves my mind feeling more peaceful & connected to my body as a new Mom (when that connection so often gets lost). I look forward to trying more classes at GH ✨ also the tea house is an absolute delight! What a cozy and welcoming space to be. The kombuchas are perfectly balanced (with new flavors to try!), and the tea selection is HUGE! There’s truly something for everyone to savor.

Golden Hour Studio is truly a gem. The moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the beautiful, calming atmosphere — it’s bright, clean and inviting. The space has such a peaceful energy that you immediately feel at ease.The instructors are wonderful: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I always leave feeling aligned and grounded.Their kombucha is incredible — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. My favorite flavor is Indigo.And the cookies and teas? Exquisite. Every visit feels like a treat for the soul. I’m so grateful to have found this studio. Highly recommend!

The intention and vision that went into the creation of this space are felt immediately upon entering the gates. The outdoor garden and water features are peaceful and welcoming, instantly creating the feeling of "leaving the grind behind". Upon entering the doors to the tea room, you are enveloped in the warmth and organic feel of a very well-designed space. The collection of teas are carefully curated and beautifully displayed, and the ones I sampled were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I genuinely loved the "Mud Water" products, which are light-years beyond other mushroom-based coffee alternatives (meh) I've tried elsewhere. The tea room doubles as a yoga space when all of the furniture is moved out of the way. This is a special place. Come and see for yourself.

Perfect tea house (and the kombucha is phenomenal)! Also I started attending prenatal yoga classes with Mukta and really love her classes. Very serene and beautiful location too!

Everyone is so kind and welcoming and very knowledgeable about their teas. Beautiful and relaxing environment that I find myself coming back to time and time again! I have yet to try a yoga class but I am looking forward to trying soon. Truly a hidden gem in Pensacola that more people should know about

Supreme vibes all around. Walking up to the gate feels like you’re entering a tropical paradise (you are). The inside is beautiful, it always smells so good in there, the lighting is natural, there are plenty of spaces to sit and hang out. The staff is so friendly. The teas and kombuchas are delicious and consciously curated / served. The yoga classes are great. I love every thing about this space. I am so happy it exists.
