Even tenants have to go through the carpark management company to book monthly parking lots which are fully occupied by cars without plates parking there for many months. For those who are considering renting an office space here should pay attention to this as you might not be able to park your car here. If you pay daily rate, it is easily $30 per day from about 9am to 6pm.

Sadly it will be closed by next year 2023. Hope the new venue has better facilites than this old timer building/pickup point. Best place to board your Singapore to Malaysia coach services

Too much smoking, not really able to visit because of the amount of people smoking in there on 2nd and 3rd levels.

We stopped by here to take the coach to Malaysia. This is a place that is long past it's prime.
