Golden Pearl Tangalle Beach

Luxurious hotel with great views! Great hotel in amazing location, our room had a fabulous view of the beach. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff (even at low season) who were always happy to help out if needed. The room was large and well equipped and we had a great balcony to admire the ocean view. Golden Pearl is a short stroll into Tangalle and the staff are happy to arrange day trips if needed. Highly recommended!

Very good place to stay in Tangalle I and my husband stayed at Golden Pearl Tangalle for 3 nights and from here we explored the town and the region around. The location is perfect - directly on the beach and 5 minutes by walking from Tangalle Center. It is very quiet place, you can here the ocean 24/7 😊 The people working here are very friendly and helpful and our breakfast was delicious. We can recommend staying here if you search for anhotel in Tangalle.

I want to return to this hotel Excellent hotel, located right on the shore, and within walking distance from the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly, no request is left unattended. The room is clean, cleaning every 2 days or on request. The room has a safe, refrigerator, TV (without Russian channels), hairdryer, toiletries, Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the hotel is excellent. Very pleasant impressions of the hotel, everything is homely and cozy. I want to come back here.

Absolutely terrible stay – avoid if you want to rest! We arrived and the place was overrun with people because of a wedding – no one told us in advance. At 7 in the morning, they started playing drums and we couldn’t sleep at all. Then in the afternoon, loud music blasted again so we couldn’t even take a nap. Breakfast was a joke. They had no bacon or cheese, even though both were listed on the menu – not on the first day, not on the second. Just a total letdown. And when we tried to go to the pool, it was packed with the wedding guests. Again, no one warned us there would be a wedding. If we had known, we never would’ve booked this place. Not relaxing, not peaceful, not worth the money.

Great. Great room, double bed, modern and comfortable hotel. Well equipped. Very nice and attentive staff. Large and pleasant pool. Sunbed feet in the sand. Not too far from the center but at a reasonable distance from the large beaches nature.
