Golden Temple Hotel

I rarely take the time to share my opinion after a trip, but the experience I had truly deserves it. The Golden Temple Hotel in Siem Reap is a high-quality establishment with a team and service that are simply exceptional. I’ve traveled extensively across Asia, and I have never experienced such attentive, thoughtful service anywhere else (in Asia or anywhere else, for that matter). The reception staff, restaurant team, driver, masseuses—everyone delivered service worthy of a luxury 5-star hotel. If you are traveling to Siem Reap, this is, in my opinion, the best value for money you’ll find. The rooms are spacious, the pool is pleasant, and both the breakfast and the restaurant’s cuisine are excellent. The hotel also arranged several excursions for us. A special mention goes to our guide, Som, a well of knowledge who made our stay even more memorable. Finally, this review wouldn’t be complete without thanking Alice, the hotel’s front manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel. To all travelers: you can stay here with complete confidence. You won’t regret it.

Definitely they deserve 5 star review. The place is very clean and you just have a feeling that someone planned it well. The person responsible for the good administration of the hotel - Alice was always available and she had put a lot of effort to provide the best possible service. The restaurant has good meals and you should just go to enjoy the view from their terrace. Additional services provided by the hotel were offered at reasonable price level, although it is a hotel. I would definitely recommend to go and relax after visiting the Khmer temples. Quiet but central location.

Considering I’m a very picky person. I could say this is a super clean and quiet hotel. Really love the hotel. Amazing service from everyone. Pichii is the best. I felt very good and safe staying here. Had lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was reasonably priced, tasted good too. The two remarks I could say to improve was the massage was not my favorite. I felt that maybe the massage therapist was tired and she was rushing to finish my massage 10 min before the time. And laundry service is charged per piece. It’s much higher than the laundry store next door so I could say why not just bring the laundry there instead.Overall it’s a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Super central and walking distance to all the restaurants.

We booked the two day magical tour and it really lived up to its name! Our guide Sinet was super knowledgeable and also a lot of fun! He even acted as a kind of private photographer and knew all the best spots for photos. We saw all the major sites in the perfect order to avoid the crowds. Our driver Moni kept us comfortable with cold towels, cold water, a clean car and AC. On the first day we were served a beautiful multiple course lunch by a chef from the hotel. We felt like celebrities! Overall, this was a once in a lifetime experience and all the hotel staff really made it unforgettable.

Impeccable service. Wow. My partner and I were astonished at how kind, helpful, and genuine the staff here is. The lobby is GORGEOUS. I left it feeling inspired by their interior design choices. We were offered a delicious complimentary iced tea beverage upon entering, as well as Cambodian seasoned roasted peanuts and fresh banana chips. The music is top hits of calm, popular Western songs, mixed with calming spa music. It is quietly in the background and very soothing. They really care about your experience here. The resort was clean, quiet, and close to amenities as well. The friendly service and stunning design choices make this hotel stand out, though. After having traveled to 27 countries, I can honestly say that this is the best service I have ever received outside of Canada (where I'm from). Do not hesitate to book here. It has been, thus far, the most beautiful experience and treatment I have received to date in my life. I cannot believe how perfect this has been. 100/10 service. These people are pros at customer experiences. Such a lovely safe country and location to be in.

This hotel provides excellent service! Small boutique hotel that is very comfortable and excellent location! Cannot say enough about the staff, all excellent, made to feel like family! Great restaurant and massage also. Would highly recommend The Golden Temple Hotel. We have stayed in many hotels and this one is among the best. Alice, Roth, Harry and all the other staff make this place an unforgettable experience. Your wish is their command. It was our wedding anniversary and we got some special attention: our room was decorated as for a honeymoon. But the decor in general is beautiful with plants and artifacts everywhere. Also the breakfast buffet very generous and the restaurant food is also delicious. Do not hesitate to book this place. It’s a piece of heaven.

This place is amazing beyond my wildest expectations. The Temple Hotel group's staff here goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect for you. Alice has been in communication and helped us book things via WhatsApp weeks before we even arrived. Phanit and Roth are exceptional with their service, kind, and always smiling and helpful. The tour guide Alice booked for us was incredibly knowledgeable and we loved spending two days with him. We also had the same driver, Jackie, all 3 days and he provided outstanding service, always offering water and cold towels. The property is beyond stunning. Once you see the temples, you'll recognize small touches in the hotel that bring the temples to you. This place is beautiful!
