Golden Temple Hotel

I recently spent three delightful days at this hotel, and I was truly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. The facility itself offers a range of excellent amenities, including a relaxing spa, delicious breakfast, convenient transportation, space and clean rooms. The location is ideal for exploring the area, with main attractions such as the old quarter, night market, and pub street just a short 10-minute walk away. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to fully enjoy their stay. It truly enhances the overall experience.

Our tour guide Phirum was excellent. Informative and knew just where to get the best photo shot. Likewise he was able to find a quiet corner away from the crowd so we could enjoy the magic of the place. Our driver Ned was ever present when we needed him. Part of his service included a cold towel and bottle of water which was much needed in this heat. I cannot recommend these two more...they just made for a comfortable experience.

It is very close to Pub Street and the service is excellent. Friendly staff and good spa facilities. It has a nice swimming pool and an inside restaurant, making it convenient to use. It is close to Angkor Wat, making it convenient to move around and suitable for enjoying tours. If a friend recommends a place to stay in Siem Reap, I will recommend it to the Golden Temple Hotel... ..... If you make good use of the luggage storage service and airport pick-up service, you will be able to enjoy your trip to Siem Reap at a very cost-effective price. It was nice to be able to enjoy it in a good environment.

The hotel is in a good location, very clean. The pool is wonderful and the staff are especially helpful, friendly and efficient. The decor is very attractive with local flare and the rooms are spacious. We were able to book many tours and their recommendations were always on point.

Location is close to Wat Bo. The hotel and restaurant were very well presented along with the stunning pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were spot on however the chicken breasts were overcooked slightly rendering them a touch dry. This may have been a once off occasion. Overall quite a pleasant place for a meal. Pricing is at the higher end of Siem Reap for its category.

We travelled to Siem Reap in December 2023 and enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Golden Temple Hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious and refreshing welcome drinks accompanied by a small local snack. The reception staff checked that our accommodation booking and other special requests were properly noted and helped us to our rooms. We were able to book tours, transport and activities directly with reception and they arranged everything for us. Even when we were late arriving back after a tour, they arranged for our Khmer tasting lunch to be moved to a later time slot. The management and staff are to be commended for excellent customer service.

From the moment you walk into this hotel not only is it beautiful, but the service from all staff is just amazing. Then step into the rooms and they are exceptianal. The bed and pillows were so comfy. I would highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to come back again. |
