Exceptional Service and Heartwarming Surprise at Golden Temple Hotel!* My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Golden Temple Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel's staff, led by the wonderful Mr Karem, went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. But what truly touched our hearts was the surprise belated birthday celebration they prepared for my wife! It was a thoughtful and kind gesture that made our stay even more memorable. A huge shoutout to Mr Roth, who went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met at the restaurant. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness and warm hospitality made us feel like royalty. The hotel's facilities and amenities were also top-notch, but it's the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff that truly sets Golden Temple Hotel apart. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming and memorable stay in Siem Reap. Thank you, Karem and the entire Golden Temple Hotel team, for making our stay so special!

Genuinely perfect stay in every way. I would always stay at this hotel when in Siem Reap. The staff are absolutely brilliant. This is a place where you need a bit of help with booking Ankor Wat and getting to the airport and the staff were just brilliant! I’d been struggling for over an hour to sort these things out and went to the front desk in desperation, and Alice had everything sorted within 3 minutes! Tuk tuk booked, sent me the link for Ankor Wat bookings, and return bus booked straight afterwards to take me to the airport. I cannot recommend highly enough. They’re brilliant. The room, bathroom, pool and food were all exceptionally good, too. I would recommend any friends and family going there stay at this place. It’s the perfect location. Easily walkable into the very centre but also very quiet and a good nights sleep assured. Air con worked great, and lovely shower too!

I stayed at the Golden Temple Hotel for 4 days in September 2025. From the minute I have arrived, until I left staff of the hotel continually provide me with an exceptional service - they helped me to coordinate all my activities and took care of all transportation needs. I have enjoyed few meals at the hotel using the coupons they have provided and meals were not only tasty but also tastefully plated. Services across the board - from concierge services, to restaurant staff, to spa services were exceptional. It was also centrally located - within walking distance to many places. We had am amazing expericene. The hotel is perfect. Beautiftul design, great location, a quiet place a short walking distance from the center. The stuff is so nice and dedicated. They think of everything you may need and give it to you bofere you even ask for it. Alice the manager reached out to us before we arrived and arranged all the things we wanted to see and then some with a very professional and nice guide. We highly recommend the hotel. They made our time here perfect.

We stayed at this very central hotel, which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The value for money is excellent. The staff were always kind and attentive, especially Diana, who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely a highly recommended hotel.

The staff make this hotel worth it- they're friendly, personable, helpful, and made our trip very comfortable. This was luxury level service in beautiful surroundings and a short walk to everything. The rooms were fine, though I do wish we had more places to hang things up around the room so items could dry off. The AC was powerful so we did get cool at night. I am still thinking about the amazing massage I got here four months later- the massage therapists here must have the strongest hands in the world! I loved our visit here.

Golden Temple Hotel is a True Gem in Siem Reap for an unforgettable stay. We spent a full week at the Golden Temple Hotel, and I can honestly say it ranks among the best experiences I've had while traveling. As someone who’s stayed in many hotels across different countries, I was truly impressed by the outstanding level of service and quality offered here. Everything was simply impeccable. Our Twin Bed room was beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and layout made it a relaxing space to return to every day. Housekeeping was meticulous and done daily with great care. The only minor downside was the walk-in shower, which lacked a handheld showerhead. A small inconvenience for those with long hair, but it hardly detracted from the overall excellence of the room. The pool and restaurant areas were just as inviting, designed to encourage relaxation and a true sense of escape. The food was excellent, with an impressive variety, especially at the breakfast buffet. We were lucky enough to enjoy a complimentary lunch, and the chef’s dishes were absolutely sublime and worthy of a fine-dining restaurant. Each plate was full of flavor and beautifully presented. One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its exceptional team. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Alice, who was incredibly helpful even before our arrival. Her support via WhatsApp was invaluable as she helped us craft the perfect itinerary: 3 days exploring Angkor Park, a full day at Kulen Mountain and the Roluos Group, an Apsara dinner show at Golden Temple Residence, and an evening at Phare, the Cambodian Circus. On top of that, we enjoyed numerous perks: a free 60-minute massage for each of us, a complimentary lunch, and vouchers for discounts at the bar, spa, and more. Heartfelt thanks also go to Diana, Daneth, Lyshun, Cicy and Karem, whose care and kindness made each day seamless and special. From thoughtful conversations to preparing a surprise fruit birthday cake (even though my birthday had already passed), their gestures deeply moved us. We were even gifted traditional kramas at the end of our stay. Such a beautiful way to conclude the experience that made us emotional! Thank you as well to Sam and Roth in the restaurant, both incredibly kind and professional, they made every meal a delight. The massage team also deserves praise for their amazing skills. They worked wonders on our sore muscles after long days of exploring. A special mention to Bon Chem, our guide arranged by the hotel. He was extraordinary: knowledgeable, insightful, and deeply respectful of the cultural and spiritual significance of each site. He guided us through Angkor, Roluos and Kulen Mountain with the perfect balance of history, realism, and calm, always making sure we had the space to enjoy everything at our own pace. I do recommend him if you stay there ! Ask for him, you won’t regret it 🙏🏻 Finally, a sincere thank you to our drivers and all the behind-the-scenes staff whose names we didn’t catch, your efforts didn’t go unnoticed. In summary, this stay was truly magical. The value for money is incredible considering the services and benefits provided. The Golden Temple Hotel is a reliable, professional and peaceful oasis. We had a wonderful few days seeing some of the highlights of Siem Reap, including Angkor Wat at sunrise on the Autumn equinox. We were well looked after by our guide Sinet, and our drivers. They made sure we learned about the temples and other places we visited and Sinet took some great photos of us in all the best spots. Our vehicles were very comfortable with air conditioning, cold water and cold towels always on hand.
