Golden Temple Hotel

Oh my God, of all the places i’ve been traveling to this hotel gave me the most pleasant experience in terms of customer service! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you will have a fantastic time and explore the best of Cambodia. We booked a tour with the hotel, and I am telling you it’s the best decision we made for this trip. The hotel design and aesthetics are also incredible, bespoke and speaks of true Cambodian culture. Shout out to Alice for making sure we have everything we need to make this trip a memorable one! For our driver Muni who patiently attended to all of our needs (gave us fresh cold towels and ice cold refreshments). And the knowledgeable tour guides Kai and Churi. We had the best time of our Cambodian holiday.

The staff make this hotel worth it- they're friendly, personable, helpful, and made our trip very comfortable. This was luxury level service in beautiful surroundings and a short walk to everything. The rooms were fine, though I do wish we had more places to hang things up around the room so items could dry off. The AC was powerful so we did get cool at night. I am still thinking about the amazing massage I got here four months later- the massage therapists here must have the strongest hands in the world! I loved our visit here.

I had an amazing stay at the Golden Gate Hotel in Siem Reap! The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it perfect for exploring the city and visiting Angkor Wat. The rooms were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.||What really made my stay special was the wonderful staff. A big thank you to Roth, who was working in the restaurant – always friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure everything was perfect during meals. Also, Cy Cy at the reception was incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. She greeted me with a big smile every time and went out of her way to assist with anything I needed.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Temple Hotel—and WOW, what an unforgettable experience! We booked the Pool Suite, which was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, private, and offered direct access to the large, serene pool—ideal for relaxing in peace while still enjoying the company of other guests. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like we were experiencing true luxury. Every interaction felt genuine, and it was clear they were dedicated to making our stay special. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday that weekend, and the lovely team made it even more memorable by surprising him with a beautiful fruit cake and singing happy birthday—such a thoughtful touch! Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of variety, and the staff were always on hand to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend Golden Temple Hotel to anyone considering a stay in Siem Reap. The location is fantastic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience was a 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!

Booked a room for 4 nights. 3 weeks before arrival both Vicy and Alice sent me several whatsapp messages regarding transportation from the airport and wishes from our side during our future stay. Stayed in a lot of hotels around the world, but never had a service like this. Thank you Alice and Vicy 🙏. At check in we were greeted by Dana (Diana). I never met a staff member that nice! She explained everything and showed us our room. In the evening and the following days she sent us a whatsapp messages to ask if everything was ok 😊😊. The room was great, breakfast was perfect and the swimming pool was a dream. All the other staff members we encountered were all very friendly. Special thanks to Lyhong, Roth, Phanit, Solang, Nita, Lily and Cicy 🙏, but we have to end with Diana; she made our stay 😊. Thank you Golden Temple Hotel for our unforgettable stay ❤️.

Had a very good stay at the Golden Temple Hotel. The staff were incredibly hospitable and took great care of us throughout our visit. The food was amazing—every meal was delicious. The spa was also excellent, super relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after exploring. Warm service, great amenities, and an overall memorable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Siem Reap! Special thanks to Chandana, Pichii, Lyhong and even the cleaning staff, restaurant staffs and the ladies in the spa and even those people we missed to mention. We truly appreciate all your hospitality and service. We have felt Siem Reap, Cambodia as home.

Awesome experience right from day one , Alice received us at the hotel with her team, she had kept our item art ready for the next 4 days, they gave us so many freebies and discounts which we can’t match in India. Her team mr.Som the guide and Mr ouy the minibus driver were really great.||I have travelled to so many countries but haven’t come across this young and energetic guide som, name anything he made sure we did it and got whatever we asked. Food was awesome, hospitality was mind blowing, they don’t say no for whatever we asked them

We had the best stay at the Golden Temple Hotel. We were greeted with kindness, and a beautiful setup celebrating our special occasion. We had a complementary lunch which was delicious and beautifully presented, and the best breakfast each morning. The teams in the dining area (thank you Roth!) and front desk were very kind and helpful. We absolutely recommend staying at this hotel in Cambodia, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
