The staff was very friendly and helpful and this review is no reflection on them. The room was old, stains in the roof and walls, opened up the bathroom cupboard to put items in it and it was suitable with exposed wiring and no shelves just bare concrete. The pool area was unmanned and no towels present. And the pictures of the nice seaside restaurant must be from a long time ago as there is nothing there now.

im here for the gym i personally think its more like private gym for the guests but they open for public cheap and not crowded, but you have to pay to park (free, if you ask for the stamp on your parking ticket at the receptionist)

For a hotel carrying an international brand name, this level of communication failure is especially disappointing. The lack of response through any channel suggests fundamental problems with their customer service management. For potential guests considering this property, the complete absence of communication response makes it impossible to recommend. If basic pre-stay inquiries are ignored, it raises significant doubts about the level of service guests might expect during an actual stay. Don't think twice to choose this Hotel... You will see how they give you excellent service from the staff... Securty, front desk, restaurant staff and the staffs who clean your room. Rooms are spacious with good ambience, and have nice views... City view and pool view. For business or family leisure... They can handle it well. For the last... Maybe you have to plan to expand your restaurant with the spacious ones.

Blood stains remained on the pillowcase and the bedding didn't look clean. The cleaning condition wasn't bad, but it seems to be old. Maybe because it's the room next to the main road, it was noisy with cars and motorcycles at night. Soundproofing doesn't seem to be good either. Breakfast was neither good nor bad.

This is my first experience staying here. nice place. the room is comfortable. The food is delicious. and what I like most is because the location is on the seafront with beautiful views

This hotel is old hotel i guess, room was so spacious and not so clean. There are some stains in the blanket and bed. Toilet was clean. The most annoying thing is the staff in restaurant, especially in egg section, she is not polite and seems not happy with her job, please be nice to your guess.

Not quite good place to long stay, if you plan for long stay, i prefer choose other. The reason were quality of bedroom and bathroom. Then you need extra patient when waiting a lift, just 2 lifts and take so long time. Even though there was lack, the breakfast was good and delicious, the scenery was beautiful sea. Just share my experience 👍Hope the hotel can improve more.
