Golden Tulip Nizwa

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times for work. It is such a wonderful authentic hotel with great facilities. The pool is a delight, the spa offers great massages, the food is very varied and of great quality. ||The jewels in this hotel’s crown are the staff. Reception, managers, IT support, housekeeping and restaurant/room service staff are all welcoming and kind, genuinely wanting you to have the best stay. Nothing is ever a problem. One of the housekeepers, Hassan, remembers me every time I come. He even remembers that I need extra hangers in the wardrobe! He checks every day if I have everything I need and brings anything I might want. ||This hotel epitomises excellence in service, it’s like coming home. I love it.

We booked stay of two days at this hotel last week. What a hospitality!!!! They’re truly amazing. We were 4 girls..travelled from India. They took care of everything straight from vegetarian meals to the safety for us while we were walking outside the property( this is special thing to mention here..when we were walking at midnight they ensured to check on us). It’s difficult to find veg meal option in Oman but to the surprise they organised everything so smoothly. Chef made breakfast on our requests. Best part was that their kitchen was open even after midnight. From receptionist to the restaurant manager everyone was so kind, humble and were paying attention to every details. Apart from hospitality the property is beautifully maintained.Cleanliness was top notch. Loved the stay. Special thanks to the whole team.

A really comfortable stay. Ideally location as we were visiting Nizwa and Bahla from Muscat. The rooms are a bit dated but in a charming way. The foyer/lobby area is really beautiful with traditional decor. The pool is lovely and clean, nice gardens and direct access from the back of the rooms. We would stay again if we were in the area

Superb place. Very good spacious rooms. Sumptuous food & service with smile. Golden Tulip ticks all the right boxes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week at Golden Tulip Nizwa Branch, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.|The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. I Would like to thank Mr. Ali AL Mandthuri for his a nice hospitality and he organised everything on this trip, and Also Mr. Saoud Al Furqani as will, he was really a good man. The front desk team was fast and efficient, and the bellhops were quick to help with our bags. I would like to thank Mr. Faouzi AL Selaimi for his his help, he was very helpful man really. The kids especially loved the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained.|Our rooms (Suite) was spacious and had a great view of the Pool. It was cleaned perfectly every day, and the beds were very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was a huge plus, offering a great variety of delicious food for both adults and kids.|We had no issues during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Golden Tulip Nizwa to any family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Excellent service! Manager Mary and her team were outstanding, showing great teamwork, a positive attitude, and genuine care for customers. They made sure everything went smoothly and were always ready to help with a smile. One of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of service. Highly recommended!

Great location on edge of Nizwa with easy access to Nizwa town centre and Across Ages Oman museum. Peaceful ambience, spacious and friendly; lovely pool.
