Golden Tulip Riyadh Hotel

We have been staying at this hotel as airline crew for about a year now, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The staff here are extremely kind, professional, and very cordial, which truly makes this place feel like a second home. The hotel is well decorated, clean, and well maintained. The services are reliable and always delivered with a smile. Any request or concern is handled promptly and respectfully. A special thanks to the front desk team, especially Taraf and Arif, for their warm welcome and helpful attitude every time. They truly set a great first impression. In the restaurant, waiter Sohail, Zafor, Zubaer, Mohammad, Mahbub, always provides attentive and friendly service, making every meal pleasant. Also, appreciation to the coffee shop staff, especially Christine, for her excellent service and positive energy. Overall, this hotel stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and dedicated staff. Highly recommended, especially for long-term stays and crew accommodation.

I recently visited the Edge of the World from Golden Tulip Hotel, and I’m truly impressed with the experience. The hotel arranged a car for us, and our driver Shajid bhai provided exceptional service throughout the trip. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Not only did he drive us comfortably and safely, but he also assisted us with our BBQ setup, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. His cooperation and warm behavior really made our day special. The whole journey was smooth, memorable, and far better than we expected. I sincerely appreciate Golden Tulip Hotel and especially Shajid bhai for making our visit unforgettable. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent Service and Hospitality During our stay at the hotel, we had a wonderful dining experience thanks to F & B staff..they are extremely polite, humble, and always attentive to guests’ needs. This is my third stay at golden tulip and I wish to specially mention Fand B Mnaager Shorif under whose guidance we got exceptional service and help being vegetarian. Special mention to Their server Suhail, Zubair, and chef Matlub who took special care of me and my daughter and helped us to get vegetarian food as needed. Strongly recommend them for exceptional services

I made a reservation at Golden Tulip Riyadh on behalf of my colleague, Ms. Bahar Sunman, for an Executive Room. Before her arrival, I clearly informed the hotel that her flight would land early in the morning on October 27, and that even though the booking was for October 26, she would arrive around 6–7 AM. I also confirmed that we would pay for three nights instead of two to ensure her room would be kept for late arrival. Despite this, the hotel cancelled the reservation. When she arrived, she was first given a room with no window (Room 107), and after she refused to stay there, she was moved to Room 308 (a Superior Room), which was much smaller and clearly not the Executive Room category that was booked and paid for. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and not what you would expect from a Golden Tulip property.

Impossible to sleep peacefully if you have a room overlooking the avenue: despite the double glazing you have the impression of sleeping in the middle of the incessant flow of cars. In addition, the restaurant is of very poor quality

Mr Mahabub was a great person..He gave us the besi hospitality In restaurant.. All The person of Food and beverage was good.. Thanks a lot
