⭐ Very Disappointing Stay – Pathetic Service
I had a very unpleasant experience at Golden Tulip Sharjah. For 6 days, the room cleaner did not clean the kitchen at all. Dirty dishes were left untouched and started rotting, and by the third day flies were flying inside the room.
Clean towels were not provided regularly, and whenever we asked for an extra bedsheet or blanket, the staff bluntly replied, “We don’t have.”The blankets, bedsheets, and towels were unclean, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
Despite "continuous complaints at the reception regarding room cleaning", there was "no proper response or follow-up" from the management.
Another major inconvenience was that the "cleaner took away the extra room key every day". This meant if one person had to step out, the key had to be removed from the switch panel, leaving the others sitting "without electricity" in the room.
Overall, the service was extremely poor, unhygienic, and stressful. This stay was not worth the money at all. I would "not recommend this hotel" to families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness and hospitality.
