We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Golden Tulip customer care went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Luxurious Studio’s place to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

This hotel offers most of the standard amenities you would expect from a 4-star establishment, but it lacks some basic conveniences, such as a coffee maker in the room and power outlets near the bed, which can be quite inconvenient. One major issue was the hotel’s unfamiliarity with the Booking.com payment process. Despite having already paid for my stay in advance, the hotel claimed they had not received the payment from Booking.com. Instead of resolving the issue themselves by contacting Booking.com, they insisted that I call customer service myself. Based on my conversation with Booking.com, it appeared that the hotel had not yet charged the payment from Booking.com’s virtual card. This lack of efficiency and communication was frustrating, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, they did upgrade my room, which was a nice gesture. However, the overall service did not meet 4-star hotel standards. There was no clear signage directing guests to the lifts, nor any information in the room guidebook about the swimming pool’s location or operating hours. The room itself had another downside—the windows could not be opened, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. I called reception more than seven times requesting an air freshener, but my calls were mostly ignored. Only twice did they pick up, yet no action was taken to resolve the issue. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the lack of proper service and guest support significantly affected the experience. If they improve their customer service and attention to detail, it could be a much better stay

It's a good hotel, good room service, I had breakfast for one day during my 6 nights stay, I didn't like it very much, but I can say that it's a good breakfast. Rooms have plenty of space, it's most likely a Studio, with a small kitchen and a bathroom. Staff are kind, but they took long time for complting check in. Hotel location is surrounded by many restaurants and stores. It's close to Khaled lake corniche and Majaz park, they are nice place for walking especially at night. Hotel is not expensive, I think it's cheaper than other 4 stars hotels.

I missed a connecting flight with Air Arabia and they accommodated me in the Golden Tulip. It was a fantastic experience. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and the room was immediately available. I was on the top floor with an excellent view of Sharjah and had all meals included.

Zero star, Unprofessional, I contacted them for the refund, and since I booked through their website, They told me come to the hotel to discuss I came from Abu Dhabi next day It seems when they knew I'm from abu dhabi, and difficult to come again, They told me to communicate via mail, And they didn't reply until now. I will never think to stay in this hotel.

Experience at Golden Tulip Hotel, Sharjah I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Sharjah, and my experience was quite frustrating due to several issues. **Parking and Location:** First, the hotel is located in a busy area, which makes parking a significant challenge. There is no dedicated parking for hotel guests, forcing me to use paid parking nearby. The entrance to the hotel is very small, making it difficult to drop off or pick up luggage efficiently. **Check-In Process:** Upon arriving, I encountered a long wait. I spent over three hours trying to check in, only to be informed that my room was not ready. There was only one receptionist handling the check-in process, which contributed to the delays. It's disappointing to see that management is aware of this issue yet has not taken any action to improve the situation. **Luggage Handling:** After finally checking in, I was instructed to bring my car to the front to unload my luggage. This process took an additional hour, as I struggled to find a spot to stop in front of the hotel due to the busy street. Conclusion Overall, my stay was marred by poor management of the check-in process, lack of adequate parking, and insufficient staff to handle guest needs. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously to enhance the guest experience in the future.

I am Sharjah airport taxi driver.23 November 2024 at 2.24pm I drop a customer to this hotel and they give me a money to 3.00pm they wait to me for half hour. I asked for delaying and then I saw that they have no cash available and ask one employed to another employee that you have a cash and there is no parking for taxi. All time we drop a customer on the road because the pickup drop parking is always full.if police fine to me then how will responsible? Note these date and time if police fine are come then I will go to waset police station for complaint about your parking and you will be responsible for that fine . You could check the reception CCTV camera recording. Thanks

A nice place to stay in, with a great location and view. Helpful and polite staff, a clean apartment, the furniture is a bit outdated though. Valet parking was a huge plus with the busy and congested street. Would definitely go back!
