The team at Golden Tulip Resort (Bububu) is something else. ✨ First of all, we got a free upgrade to our room. Simon at the reception is so helpful, Mariam, Aisha and Queen Africa were great service people, they took great care of us.||The rooms are clean and all the amenities were beyond sufficient. (You have to try the chicken Hawaiian Pizza, and the breakfast pancakes 🥞)||The swimming pool is clean, private and has a sunset view to die for. 🌅||The hotel is very accessible and is just 20 minutes from stonetown, surrounded by alot of culture.||We had alot of fun staying with you guys, see you soon 😊

It was really pleasant. I enjoyed every bit . The staff were very polite and helpful especially Mariam Trainee. They even organized a birthday surprise for me. I did not expect that for sure. They are so keen to details. The customer service is top notch.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and they did go the extra mile to put petals and creative decorations which was very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly, especially Rehma who made the dining experience pleasant. Great ocean view, clean rooms and loved the poolside and lazy chairs

We had a lovely four-night stay at Golden Tulip. The rooms were clean, the service excellent, and the ambiance relaxing. Special mention to Mariam, a trainee hostess, who was warm, professional, and truly stood out. She made our stay even more memorable.

We're writing to address the unsatisfactory experience you had with the inoperable elevator during your recent attempted stay.||Upon arrival, our staff failed to inform you that the elevator was out of service, forcing you to use the stairs to the fourth floor. Despite being told repairs would take 20 minutes, it remained broken for over 30 minutes. Given your evening plans and the prospect of another difficult climb, you opted to leave and requested a refund.||You were assured a refund would be processed the following morning, compelling you to seek alternative accommodation. However, upon your return, the refund was denied. It was later revealed by an employee that the elevator has been broken for a week, with other guests also facing similar issues and denied refunds

The service is very excellent from the security, reception, housekeeping and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the complaints are handled with professional and fast. Very helpful staff especially the trainees. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar

The stuff is very nice and gentle at reception. The bed & bathroom are clean little bit old fashion but for one night is fine Breakfast is simple but good the view is nice at the 5th floor

The first night in the room was infected by the presence of insects all over the place. It was absolutely disgusting !||||We spent the night in there because we checked in very late around 1am and they were not able to get us a room changes.||The morning receptionist was not very decisive and not at all friendly.||||The room lightening was terrible ||It was awful ||The location is a bit skechty||Most staffing don't even speak English || ||We left this **** stars hotel with a feeling that it's a SCAM
