Grazie mille for the GREAT HOSPITALITY.||Starting from the reception to the restaurant, all the staff was highly professional.||Despite the quite formal way to serve me as a client, all the employees were empathetic and nice.||Rooms are super cool and sauna as well!|Food was AMAZING. Really.|Sformatino di Melanzane was very tasty.|For wine lovers, you can also have top wines and local choices.||This cute resort is in the center of a small but super cool village founded by ancient monks. It’s great for a quick visit or longer hiking.||Also, people from the town looked gentle!||Looking forward to passing by again!

What a serene and pleasant stay we had at the Goldene Rose in Karthaus. Everything was wonderful and we were extremely well taken care of by the Grüners and their excellent staff. The facilities and food were top notch and the Goldene Rose and the valley are now one of my favorite places on Earth! The only thing I could've asked for more of was time there! I will certainly be back to enjoy more of the tranquility on offer! I can absolutely recommend the sharing menu as excellent and an incredible value and the pairings by Aleksander were phenomenal!

|If heaven is a place on earth, I think we may have found it !!!!|The Golden Rose sits within the most beautiful surroundings, peaceful, tranquil and incredibly picturesque.|The hotel boasts fabulous amenities, outdoor hot tub and whirlpool, saunas and gorgeous glass fronted rooms to sit in and just relax after using the amenities, no details were overlooked, citrus flavoured water to help you rehydrate, a fire in the centre of the room, making it cozy.|Our room was amazing, clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed , evening turndown service. Our suite also had a private sauna and a balcony which looked out into the mountains.|We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel each day of our stay and the food was superb. I would definitely recommend the sharing platter, with the paired wine tasting.|As if all of that isn't a reason to visit ...the staff, from reception to room service and everything in between, they were phenomenal. Always smiling and chatty, no ask was too much. Each of them seemed to genuinely like their job and made us feel so welcome that we didn't want to leave.|Alex and Johanna thank you for your recommendations each evening.|From the personalised welcome note to the goodbye, we felt pampered and relaxed from the moment we got out of the car. Thank you all and well done on creating such a haven.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back another time. The staff was helpful in identifying trails to hike on and they were an absolute delight, as well as the owner. Rooms were cozy and well decorated, bed was extremely comfortable and we were quite appreciative of the upgrade given minor construction that was happening on the street. The food was amazing too - I would recommend getting the half board added on - especially since there is not much in terms of other restaurants readily nearby. This is a place to go to relax and enjoy yourself, reconnect with nature. We were sad to leave but we hope to come back soon, and bring our family and friends with us!

We stayed one night at the Golden Rose Karthaus and enjoyed the property. It’s a small, luxury and very well-run property with awesome afternoon tea with treats, a delicious dinner, breakfast, parking, AC, and amenities. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful with making dinner reservations, offering helpful suggestions on hikes and beach ideas. After a long day, you can enjoy the spa services the hotel offers before sitting down to your gourmet dinner that is included with your room. ||Rooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding and AC. This by far is the best area to stay when coming to Certosa in the Senales Valley in the Italian Alps, and the hotel is by far the Best if you are looking for a low key, clean and quite hotel. ||Will come back! ||The Team at Jetsetz.com|

We had lunch in this beautiful hotel and restaurant. We ate probably the best canaderli of our lives and really appreciated the service. The place is cosy, and nicely decorated. The wine recommendation was just perfect.

My sister and I stayed here in August and would safely say one of the nicest hotels I've ever encountered. Charming in its location and decor, cosy and welcoming, staff were so helpful and nice. I was surprised by how good the food and wine was; beautifully presented and something different every evening. The owner went out of their way to help me on my last day when I forgot a piece of luggage behind, and I won't forget his kindness. This place is real gem.

this is the VERY BEST of a family business. You feel ALL the staff really care. It is difficult for them as German speakers in Italy with guests like us expecting them to speak a third language. They are really helpful finding local walks (they also have a mountain refuge with food) and can explain the many local buses or where there is car parking. The food is exceptional (small quantities so you can have many courses without getting chubby), and like the wood in all the rooms, it is made locally. (Rooms at the front a bit noisey but you are off the beaten track). All the valley is very loved (tidy, paths well kept and well signed as well as stunningly beautiful) by the people there and we had amazing meals wherever we went. Highly recommended and memorable
