Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Resorts Collection

"Why book? Goldener Hirsch merges a charming Bavarian-style chalet with a chic, modern mountain tower in one property located in the heart of Deer Valley Resort’s village, and steps from the Silver Lake Express lift. The 66 room hotel offers an elevated homebase for any high-altitude escape, with construction recently completed on a steel-and-glass, six-story tower adorned with a rooftop heated pool and infinity hot tub that connect (via a heated bridge) to the historic European-style inn—both expertly designed by award-winning architect Tom Kundig. Aside from practically getting you two stunning boutique hotels in one, Goldener Hirsch offers an impressive roster of experiences that enable guests to get out and enjoy Utah’s year-round outdoor playground—whether it be horseback riding under a summer full moon or enjoying a warm fondue picnic after snowmobiling the backcountry. Set the scene The lobby’s bold pops of color feel worlds away from a typical slope-side property, but there’s no mistaking that Goldener Hirsch is, in-fact, a ski lodge when the Moncler-touting skiers rush by in the morning to get the first tracks of the day. There’s constant fires roaring in giant hearths (three in the lobby alone), and of course, impeccable views of the sun setting behind the rugged Wasatch Mountains from the rooftop infinity hot tub—where I took in the show while sipping High West with other big-city types on their annual ski vacations. Dinner is on the Bavarian side (more on that later) with a small lounge where I sipped a nightcap by yet another fire, and sat comfortably in a hand-carved chair. (It’s less lively-après, and more formal cocktail party.) The backstory The property was founded in 1992 by prominent philanthropic Utah family the Eccles (a name you will see all over the valley, from Salt Lake City’s Broadway-caliber theater to one of the main screening spaces for Sundance Film Festival). It was inspired by its namesake hotel in St. Mortiz, Switzerland—a favorite of the Eccles Family. Auberge took over the management of the property in November 2021, with an agreement with the Eccles family to keep the spirit of the European-style inn and restaurant intact: It’s filled with painted, ornately-carved furniture imported from Austria, antiques collected from around the world, and original paintings all from the family’s private collection. For the 2022 holiday season, you might recognize the hotel in the Netflix film Falling for Christmas, starring Lindsay Lohan and Chord Overstreet. The rooms Mine was on the tower wing, which the hotel calls “Goldener”—and hosts tranquil escapes in muted-pastel colors. Unmistakably mountain-inspired, interiors still feel more akin to a spacious Midtown-east hotel, which is a welcome departure from other Park City properties. If you’d like something a bit more European, book a room on the “Inn” side, which transports guest to the familiar mountain chalets in the Alps.  Food and drink There are two dining options on property. The Goldener Hirsch restaurant that serves up all-day fare, après, and dinner in a Bavarian style: Think melty fondue, red hen coq au vin with Käsespätzle, and, of course, veal schnitzel. For breakfast or lunch, head to the Goldener side to The Kitz, which is more akin to a Ladurée in design and serves up lavender-cardamom cinnamon rolls and gourmet sandwiches. The area Located in the heart of Deer Valley, there is plenty to do year round for any type of outdoor activity, a plethora of dining options, and some of the most beautiful strolls in the world. Just a short five minute trip to Main Street Park City on the property’s complimentary shuttle bus is world-class shopping, dining, and spas—best found in our Park City guide. The service A refined, casual approach; it’s not unusual for the staff to know your itinerary and greet you by name, but also talk about their personal lives and connect on an interpersonal level. The concierge is very knowledgeable and can get guests access to things like dinner or event reservations during Sundance Film Festival, and similar feats that otherwise would be impossible—and take that from me as an ex-local. For families Ski vacations and mountain vacations are meant to be enjoyed with the whole family—there’s little that is more connecting than a day on the slopes. Goldener Hirsch has a residence rental program that is extremely family-friendly with flexible sleeping arrangements, welcome kits for the kiddos, and babysitting services. Plus: Deer Valley has one of the best ski school programs in the country which is perfect for children learning to ski. Anything left to mention? New for 2022, the two-and -three-bedroom residences will be assigned a “Goldener Guide”—a personalized concierge who stocks the kitchens with your selects of groceries, assists with ski outfitting and shopping, curates custom itineraries, and more. The property has also partnered with the plant-based mixology brand Apotheke to lead its holiday beverage program and perform cocktail classes, as well as Lingua Franca, a sustainably-sourced, fair trade luxury cashmere sweater brand, hand-stitched by women in NYC, for a limited run in Goldener Hirsch’s signature bold red and blue." - Scott Bay

Wonderful summer mountain trip. Pivoted to Utah last minute due to hurricane. Wonderful service and great location in Silver Lake. We rented a 1BR Residence and were upgraded to a 2BR as we booked through Amex Travel. Seamless experience start to finish. Restaurant on the inn side not currently open (however they have set up a sort of temporary restaurant) but kitchen open and in-room breakfast was amazing. The property is beautiful. I think the only drawback to this property at all is that very few if any of the rooms have what I would consider stunning mountain views. Our room looked out at a 'very nice' courtyard, but if you are looking to have a coffee/drink and stare at mountains this probably isn't the place for that. Roof balcony/pool does have incredible view unmatched among other properties around silver lake (even Stein Lodge). Would stay again in a heartbeat and already miss the wonderful staff. Silver lake is the heart of the summer (and winter) activities at DV and the location of the GH cannot be beat.

Best hotel experience. We celebrated our honeymoon and couldn’t have chosen better. The front desk was professional and courteous, and upgraded us to the corner suite. They accommodated everything we needed and made our honeymoon perfect. Restaurant and cafe offered delicious food, infinity hot tub was superb, there are hiking trails around we could explore. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing stay! We did a little staycation at Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley for our anniversary and were surprised with some really sweet gifts in the room. We had a small issue, but Sharief totally took care of us and move us to a nicer room with a balcony and better air, and kept checking in to make sure we were good. Awesome service all staff were so kind, highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back!

Google
I had the absolute best experience at the pool at Goldener Hirsch. Ironically, I was reading a book about hospitality when my phone died—leaving me with a choice: head home or somehow find a charger. Enter Anastasia and Katerina, the incredible team working poolside. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they literally went above and beyond—tracking down a charger just so I could continue relaxing and reading. It may seem like a small gesture, but it perfectly encapsulated the kind of care and thoughtfulness that sets this place apart. The pool itself is a serene, luxurious escape—a true hidden gem in Park City. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience that combines beauty, service, and a sense of home, this is the spot. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for making my visit so memorable!

As a regular visitor to Park City, this as by far the newest and best hotel in Park City/Deer Valley. Hotel and room was beautiful and by far the best location in the Silver Lake Village up on the mountain. Everyone (the staff) was so attentive to us and our two little dogs. Even left us doggie pillows and treats which we really appreciated. We just re-booked for next summer 2026!

Yelp
Our stay here was amazing! My in-laws booked this hotel over Thanksgiving partly because of how neat it looked in the movie Falling for Christmas, and we were not disappointed. Our suite was absolutely lovely and incredibly spacious. We enjoyed the facilities we used, including the infinity hot tub. On Thanksgiving Day, a member of the staff gave us some leftover cookies from someone else's room service order. And after our meal, a cleaning crew came in (and literally started picking up the mess under our baby's high chair). We did have a few snafus during our stay. We couldn't figure out how to warm up one of the rooms on the first night, and our baby didn't sleep very well in the cold. And early on Friday morning, the valets lost the keys to one of our cars, making a member of the party unable to get to their work shift. But the rest of the stay was so nice that I decided not to deduct any stars.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to stay at the Goldener Hirsch Inn, and I am conflicted about how to review my stay. Here it goes.. The surroundings of the Inn are amazing.. it couldn't be set in a more majestic location! Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the car by a doorman/bellman who assisted me with my luggage & introduced me to the front desk agent. The FDA checked me in, and noted that my room was not yet ready. I had arrived around 1:00p, so I wasn't surprised by this. I was told that the room would be ready in 30-40 minutes, as housekeeping was just finishing their inspection. No problem, I walked up to The Kits to grab a quick lunch. (I wrote a separate Yelp review of that encounter) Upon finishing lunch, I meandered around the Inn to gain my bearings. One thing I noticed was a general untidiness of the public spaces. Crumbs on the floors & soft furniture, stains on most of the furniture (sofas, chairs, table tops, etc), accessories disheveled (accent pillows, coffee table books, side tables).. overlooked details which I just didn't expect from a property of this caliber. Around 3:00p, I approached the Front Desk, and inquired about the readiness of my room. I was told that it still wasn't ready, but it should only be a little bit longer. Approximately 3:20p - I was given the keys to my room. Up until this point, I would have rated the Goldener Hirsch Inn a solid 2.5-3 stars. I was completely underwhelmed with the experience. Upon entering my assigned "room" - I was completely blown away! I use the term "room" loosely, as my living quarters were more like a palace! I was assigned a Residence in the new part of the Inn. It was a (2) Bedroom, (2.5) Bathroom, Full Kitchen (complete with Wolf Appliances), Full Laundry Room - unit that was pristine! The Master Bath even included a Steam Shower.. which is much appreciated in the dry air of Park City. Everything was in its place, and the room(s) were spotless. The only criticisms I have are.. - The HVAC would not let me dial anything cooler than 72° F - None of the windows in the bedrooms open Both of these details led to a restless night's sleep, as I prefer a cool room to sleep in. The Rating I would give the Room Product is an easy 5-stars. It is by far, one the most finely appointed Hotel Rooms I have ever stayed. So, upon combining the two very distinctly different experiences.. I have settled on an overall rating of 4-stars.

Yelp
While at Stein, I had to stop in to see the new GH expansion, especially after it was featured in a recent Netflix film. You know you saw it, too. Elegant, modern, gorgeous.

Yelp
Honestly, this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible and the property was immaculate. The staff was so thoughtful, leaving toys for our kids the first morning. Housekeeping was fantastic as well. Great location, definitely recommend!

Yelp
Such a spectacular place. I was so looking forward to staying here after staying in St Rigis for a few days. Driving in and seeing the building the first thing that came to mind is that, "wow , sexy". That's my thought. Getting in and getting to the room oh mine. The room is wow. Super spacious, elegant, I love the sauna, restaurants. I love how there's a new and sexy European looking hotel then you go across the bridge it takes you back in the day. The ski stores area is so beautiful. The outdoor pools and hot bath is nice. I like it here.

Yelp
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. This place is such a gem. I would much rather stay at the Goldener Hirsch than the Montage or St. Regis. It has only 68 rooms so much smaller and much more intimate. It did help that it was end of the ski season (early April) . The service was top notch. They took our ski bags from the car and took it to the ski valet. The ski valet keeps your skis where the slopes begin. Right next to the Sterling Express lift. You only walk about ~200 feet from door to ski valet on heated sidewalks. All of Deer Valley seems to have free overnight ski checks, but the Goldener Hirsch ski valet is a cut above. They even brought our skis back to our room on our last day. You get a personal locker where we kept all our (family of 5) boots, helmets, goggles, and gloves (if not wet). We wore our flip-flips out to the locker every morning. The rooms were immaculately clean and top quality everywhere. Attention to detail. 2 remote control fireplaces. Dimming lights everywhere. Appliances were all high end. Loved having a washer/drier. Walls and floors were super sound proof. Couldn't hear the kids in the next room. They had radiant floor heating. Master bath had a steam shower (a little gimmicky but still cool). The beds were so comfortable. Very comfortable bathrobes. Tons of closets and storage areas. There was mud room with plentiful hooks for all our jackets and ski pants. The rooftop pool is a little small but don't need a big one as not many guests. The hot tub has a glass wall overlooking the edge giving it an infinity feel. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Like I said, I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Would love to stay here again.

Yelp
Just spent the most magical long weekend at the Goldener Hirsch. Justin and his team were incredibly accommodating to our group of 4 women, all with varying hobbies & interests. Between the concierge, spa, antler lounge & restaurant staff, we were so spoiled all weekend. This hotel was a fantastic location for a girls reunion, but I also can't wait to take my family to stay sometime soon! Our favorite features of this hotel were the beauty & comfort of the room, the ski butler, the ease of using the shuttle service, the rooftop hot tub & adjacent sauna, and the spa where Maggie & her Signature Service were one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. We loved the activated charcoal & chlorophyll water available all day on the cafe. Can't say enough about this resort & am so anxious to return soon!!

Yelp
Goldener Hirsch Inn is like 2 hotels in 1: there's the quaint Alpine chalet from the original property and then there's the modern annex. Both aspects of the hotel make a visit to the Golden Hirsch a charming experience at Deer Valley. Most importantly the service is top notch. Our shuttle bus driver deserves a particular mention for being such a professional when we were stranded during a traffic stopping snowstorm after dinner off the property. He literally saved our lives when he fought his way through the heavy snowstorm to bring us back to safety. His exemplary commitment showed us how professional everyone at Goldener Hirsch was and TBH, isn't that what separates a truly luxury hotel from others?

Craig S.

Yelp
My stay was part of a business trip and the it was a mostly positive experience. I was in the older building which had a more classic alpine lodge feel. The doors and locks to the rooms are traditional key entry with a latch. Tricky at first but after a few times the right combination of pressure and turning of the key, it is fairly quick to open the door. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom had a very large walk in shower and a separate jetted bathtub. Mini fridge was stocked with a selection of beverages for purchase. The bed was very comfortable at first but I found it tricky to find the right combination of room temperature to blankets and the first few nights woke up sweating. The staff was excellent from arrival to departure. I was greeted outside by multiple staff members assisting with my bags. The concierge greeted me upon entry and offered a few good dining suggestions both on and off premises. The front desk was very polite and professional. The housekeeper always kept the room stocked with fresh towels and turn down service. Random staff encounters always started with a greeting and friendly smile. The resort location is perfect for the winter being mid mountain and a chair lift to Deer Valley yards away. For the summer it is a little removed from downtown Deer Valley but they do have a regular shuttle service. Overall this was a tough choice between 4 and 5 stars but opted four four due to trouble I had staying asleep the first few night until I found the right combination of temperature settings and blankets. Staff was 5 stars. The staff was e

Best place to stay at Deer Valley! Concierge is top notch and the rooms are very clean. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to keep guests happy Highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
It's a beautiful place, of course, but at the end of the day I need a cold room for good sleep. Not here. The thermostat goes no lower than 68 degrees. That's where I set mine, but I'm not convinced it even got that low. Felt more like 72 and my poor sleep reflected it. If room temp doesn't bother you then no worries, but I won't be booking again. On a positive note, the people are great.

Yelp
We loved staying at this inn! It was beyond beautiful with the decorations in an Austrian style. The staff are very friendly and the inn is very well managed by Garrett. The customer service is wonderful and very accommodating. The inn is extremely close to the skiing chair lifts and it made our holiday easy and comfortable for a great skiing trip. We will definitely be staying here again.

Yelp
Amazing new rooms with matching service. Manager is young but does an excellent job providing a personable experience. Valet remembers and greet you by name, drop off your skies at the valet and it'll be slope side the next day, and an incredible rooftop pool with views, etc makes this a memorable stay.

Yelp
We had a great stay at the Golden Hirsch. Amanda and the rest of the staff were very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect in a 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived at the moment, we left we felt at home. Thank you, everyone, for making our stay memorable. We will be back. Keep up the good work!

Yelp
This review is for both the hotel and the restaurant. We've come here 2 consecutive years in a row during their "shoulder" season between the end of summer and fall, right before they close down until the winter season starts. This year, we stayed 3 nights. As part of a promo they were running, we were upgraded to a suite for the price of a regular room. The suite was large with a king size bed, two flat screen TVs, a very large balcony, and a seperate sitting area. The hotel features Aveda toiletries. And our suite even included a spa tub! Fluffly white towels and great robes were provided. The room was very quiet. All the staff we encountered were friendly and kind. The restaurant is a real gem. We ate there each night of our stay. The chef comes up with inventive daily salad specials and they usually feature a dessert special each night as well. The steak was delicious and they cooked my halibut perfectly. It's Park City so it's not cheap but the quality of the food as well as the great execution is worth every penny. The one negative I will give them is that I am not a fan of the breakfast buffet, as it is continental and so includes way too many bread/cereal products and not enough protein. They do offer cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs but some meat and regular cheese would be appreciated. Still, can't really fault them for this as it is included in the rate. And the berries were very fresh and sweet. I am already looking forward to returning again next year, or maybe sooner if I can afford the place during the winter season. :)

Yelp
We stayed at the Goldener on a Travel Zoo deal for two nights and included a dinner at their restaurant. We seriously loved our stay there, and will certainly be back. First the hotel - excellent and attentive service. We were taken care of like royalty. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. For the dinner at their restaurant I'll focus on two main aspects. Food: Delicious. For the starter we went with their classic Fondue which includes some broccoli, bread, and apples. It was very tasty and we could have filled up on it alone. Their complimentary bread was accompanied by a smoked sea salt butter that was incredibly delicious. We tried the Wagyu steak and the Colorado Lamb. Both were beautifully presented and equally tasty. For desert we had the Apple strudel (buttery crust surrounding tart apples) and the salted peanut marjolaine. Both were very good. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner and would definitely return. Service: The service was on par with all of the service we received at the Goldener - exceptional. Our server was attentive but not overbearing, and very knowledgeable about the dishes. Some of the best service I've experienced.

Yelp
Had a very nice stay at the Goldener Hirsch Inn this past December. The inn is very beautiful and clean - they meet every standard in terms of the minimum requirements to having a comfortable, nice stay. What sets this place apart are the warm welcoming staff members who go out of their way to making your stay extra special. We were escorted to our rooms by a very nice man who gave us a run down of the room (in room fireplace etc..) and tips on where to go and what to eat in and around the city. The GM introduced himself the next morning while we were having breakfast in the restaurant - very professional/welcoming gesture. The last evening of our stay we had driven back home (in the snowy cold) and had forgotten to grab snacks. The GM arranged for us to be delivered snacks through one of his staff. The popcorn was delivered fresh and hot to us! Very impressed with this place and highly recommend this to anyone!

Yelp
Dining expectations on New Years Eve are generally very low. Expensive jacked up prixe fixe menus with foo-foo food and rushed first seatings are the norm. Not at Goldener Hirsch. First, they were very accommodating when we showed up with six people and a reservation for only five (my fault). Great table. It helps that I love Austrian food. GH had a prixe fixe menu that had three great entree options, a filet minon, a lobster, and a Wienerschnitzel. Very approachable, traditionally and excellently prepared food. I had been to GH for a slopeside lunch a few years ago, so I remembered how much we loved it. Very pleased that we chose GH for our New Years dinner. The service was fantastic and the overall experience was over-the-top. I loved the apple streudel dessert with cinnamon ice cream. It was the perfect end to a perfect dining experience. I think that the Stein Erikkson Lodge steals the show at Silver Lake, and the GH sits right in its shadow. Too bad. GH is a great alternative, small, intimate, and friendly. Authentically Austrian hospitality.

Yelp
Bartenders with EGO....always the case. None seem very happy in their job. Sad. Love the atmosphere and the food....staff, not so much.

Yelp
My husband and I purchased a "deal" that included a 2 night stay, buffet breakfast each morning and a dinner for one night. When I made the initial reservation it was just for my husband and me but our daughter was in a local soccer tournament that weekend and happened to make it into the semifinals. We decided to bring her with us to Goldener for one night because she had an early morning game in Park City. We checked in at 9:30 pm. We were told that we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $75 for our 9 year old child to stay in our room! We told Kelly, the manager, that that was ridiculous to charge $75 for a child to stay in their parents room. We also told him that we wouldn't even be there in the morning to have the buffet breakfast that was included because we needed to leave by 7 am to make it our daughters game. He asked if she needed additional bedding and when we said no, he thought about it and said it would still be an additional $75! Why even ask then?! Instead of working with us he stated "rules are rules!" My husband and I decided that if we were going to be charged then we mine as well get extra bedding. Kelly bought up a roll away that looked like it came straight from the Salvation Army! My daughter and I shared the bed (we wanted her to be well rested for her early morning game)and my poor husband was left with the roll away. He woke up with a headache and a sore neck. It was also uncomfortably warm in the room with no air conditioning. We did open the windows in the middle of the night to cool things down but then were woken up by loud employees outside our window taking out trash early in the morning. My husband and I returned after the soccer tournament for our 7:30 dinner reservation. We had the fondue appetizer, Elk flank, and Wagyu rib eye. The fondue was very tasty as was the Wagyu rib eye which was generously portioned at 8-10 oz. The elk flank was mediocre at best and the portion size was literally 3-4 ounces of meat. I had to share my rib eye with my husband. For dessert we had the apple strudel and bread pudding. Both were just OK. We ordered 2 cocktails and 5 glasses of wine that were suited to each course. The server did a good job with helping us with wine pairings. The prices were reasonable for a Deer Valley area lodge. We checked out at 10am the next morning and asked where the Sunday breakfast buffet was located. We were told it ended it 9:30am. Really?! Who shuts down a breakfast buffet at 9:30am on a Sunday morning? So not only did we get charged $75 extra for our child for one night but we never received the buffet that was included in our package! All in all, the dinner was decent but it was not enough to make up for the $75 extra charge for our child and the lack of communication about the time for the breakfast. We agree that there should be rules but there should also be exceptions and a little flexibility (like children staying with parents) Yes, they did get the extra $75 but we will never return and will cross Goldener Hirsch off of our stay-cation locations. We will also never recommend it to local friends or out of towners alike. We will continue to frequent spots like Stein Eriksen Lodge and St Regis, where they value their customers.

Yelp
I travel quite a bit-this is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Fantastic!

Yelp
Nice hotel with good amenities. It is NOT ski-in/ski out as advertised, however it's less than a 60 second walk to the ski lift. So you really can't complain. Service is good. Manager is great, helped fix any issues we had. Free breakfast is very good and complimentary shuttle is a great peak. Overall, great hotel, which I would go back to.

Yelp
Recently stayed at this very lovely, intimate hotel. We were there to celebrate my birthday as we did last year for my birthday. We were treated like royalty. General Manager, Kelley Davidson, and Beverage/Dining Manager, Billy Williams, were both so gracious and hospitable making us feel special. This time of year in Deer Valley and Park City is amazing. Top this off with the ambience of Goldener Hirsch and the attention by ALL the staff...you know where I will be for my birthday next year. I do not give compliments easily...but this hotel deserves accolades.

Yelp
Like many others we got a KSL deal for a two night stay with a dinner one of the nights. I think this is way they fill up semi-filled rooms in the off-season. No problem with that, but they should commit to treating even us deal-getters very, very well to justify their awards and status. The hotel staff was great throughout our stay. The room, meal and management, however, were all diffferent stories. The room was beautiful, to be sure and very spacious. However, the shower stall had quite a bit of mold on the ceilings and upper walls. There was a ton of hair on the countertop, which is granite and has a pattern so couldn't be seen by maid staff, but should have been thoroughly wiped down between guests anyway, right? The mattress had a worn out feeling to it, though I'm not sure how old it was. It was so uncomfortable the first night that I turned in a quarter turn the next day to give us support from an area of the mattress normally not squished over time as this one was. Of course I had to undue and remake it all but it helped. Our meal was a mix of good and mediocre. The presentation of all was wonderful. The fondue, great. We ordered the beef and a lamb dish. Both were ordered medium rare. Both were greatly undercooked, which affected flavor. The apple strudel was relatively flavorless (considering the source), with very little pastry and undercooked apples. It had a "scoop" of ice cream the size of a golfball. It was embarrassingly silly. We brought back at least half our dinner to enjoy later that night and the next day. Unfortunately, we didn't get to it that night and the next day after a wonderful breakfast at the hotel, we discovered that the in-room refigerator froze (not like in the freezer froze, but like in a bad refrigerator froze...beyond use after that)everything we put in it, including other food we'd bought to nosh on throughout. So that was a pretty big waste,. The worst part was dealing with the manager, Kelley, who was so cordial when things were going well but not so great when the complains came. I told him of the mold, hairs, and ruined food but complimented the place on what I could. He put my issues on the back burner over and over until my repeated emails moved him to address me which he did politely. He ended up appologizing for the mold, bad refigerator, etc. and asking if he could reimburse me for the lost food. He ended up sending a check for $25.0! So the food we bought outside the hotel PLUS the food we got from the hotel resturant was only worht $25? NO, not at all. But that was his resolution to our problems. So they pump up the cost to us but minimize the responsibility to themselves. Not truly customer oriented Kelley. Not at all. Don't make keals to sell two night packages if you can't bring yourself to respect the riff raff who'll use them.
