After multiple stops at other places I found Rick at golf and ski. He saw I was in a pinch, and he made my problem; his problem. He helped me get back on the mountain faster than anybody else in the upper valley cared to. Best service around.

Had a great experience at Golf & Ski Warehouse. Eric helped my Dad and me upgrade our drivers. He was so thorough and patient with us. He also customized our club lengths and grips. Very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be back!

Waited for 30 minutes trying to get a form to start filling out for a lease, the 3 employees in the fitting area, who apparently could only together assist 2 groups, ignored me completely. The manager stood at the front chatting to a customer the whole time despite a clear line of sight to the wildly ineffective operation going on in the back of the store.

Looking for a pair of regular womens ice skates. They do not carry ice skates at this store. I poked around for a bit, but wow the prices are steep here! I went on black Friday, and also looked through the clearance items. Even those prices were way out of my budget. Friendly staff.

My husband appreciated the service and knowledge of the sales representative upon walking through door at store opening on Sunday. He ended up buying a whole set at really great price and was able to get them all regripped while we waited. We were in and out in 1:30 hours. Highly recommend.

This is where I bought my new set of Irons. I enjoyed my experience so much I went back to buy a new shaft for my driver to fix an issue I was having. Instead of jumping right on the sale they showed me some things to improve my issue and was content letting me walk out of there buying nothing. Instead of leaving I decided to take that money and replace this 20 year old 3 wood I finally had to retire. I will definitely buy all of my golf supplies here from now on.

Brought a friend in to try out some clubs. Staff was super attentive to his needs. Helped him with every queation, even helped fit him with a set of clubs that felt best for him, not the most epensive ones they could sell him. They guilded me to a new style putter I liked and again not expensive vs some others. Deffinetly going back

Although it is a bit of a way out, I have been impressed with the customer service, price deals and equipment supply inventory at the Golf and Ski Warehouse. I went in today and had yet another excellent experience with them. But let's start at how I got to really like these guys (and gals). I was in need of new ski boots. After a disgusting customer service experience at a custom made boot maker which conveniently disowned their warranty, I spent a good two months researching and coming up with two finalist models. I may not be the world's expert on ski gear but I've been skiing for forty years, I know the type, brand and style of boots I want, and after all, it's my feet. So I went to my local ski store and I got a dismissive "you take what we have". A friend of mine clued me in to Golf and Ski Warehouse and I went in on the defensive, considering the two previous experiences. Their sales staff is not only knowledgeable but was actually concerned with what I wanted and how it fit and how I skied and what kind of skiing and a myriad of other parameters. I left so satisfied that I decided I'd come back. Repeatedly. I've had the boots now for two years and I absolutely love them. What's more, when I enter, I usually see the same salesperson who invariably asks me how they fit. That's customer service.... They also have a superb shop for ski maintenance. For the last two years, I've taken our skis there for pre-season tunes, specialty repairs and end of season tune. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I've been impressed at the entry and shopping protocols they have adopted. Max 20 people in the store, masks are absolutely required, sanitizer everywhere, and credit card transactions are contactless. It gives the customer a safe feeling when the staff is also taking precautions and enforcing safe protocols. Next purchase is a new set of skis. And I'm in the research mode.....

The West Leb location has quickly become my go-to golf club location. In the past 12 months, I've had numerous fittings for various parts of my bag, and feel good about every visit. Their selection is very impressive, and covers most, if not all the OEM's clubs that you would want to try. The free fittings are also more comfortable than expected, and I've never felt rushed, or "sold to." During an iron fitting, I ended up taking 2 hours and tried 16 different models, all trying to find our perfect fit, and never once felt obligated to get out of there, or to purchase (even though I did get the irons). Then they were very good about putting in a special order for the custom options we settled on, as well as shipping them to me for free. The driver fitting was equally about 2 hours, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. It didn't hurt that the rewards program they have made for a nice discount on the driver purchase. I've also been for two wedge fittings at different times, and the first time my swing was off, and rather than trying to force a sale, the fitter suggested reconvening at a different time, which was relieving. I came back, and am happy with the results. Great store selection, low pressure salespeople, easy custom ordering, and fantastic rewards program. With the driving range across the parking lot, it makes for a must visit fitting location that I recommend to all my VT friends. EDIT: I should also note, each time there, I've dealt with a different salesperson and each one has provided me with a solid professional experience.

Utterly blown away by the quality of customer service and hospitality. Rick helped us test through basically every club on the market and helped maximize the clubs using hard data. Couldn't be more excited for this season and couldn't recommend reaching out to Rick to get fit more highly!

This is a well-run store with consistent customer service! Recently Ben went above and beyond to replace my broken golf travel bag (that I had bought elsewhere). They also do a fantastic job hosting their women's golf and ski events - not to be missed!

I live an hour-and-a-half from the Lebanon store. Nevertheless, this is my go-to place for golf equipment. Three years ago I bought my first set of name-brand (Taylormade) irons/hybrids there. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This summer I wanted to explore the possibility of replacing the PING driver I purchased there about 4-5 years ago. I told the salesperson I wanted to try the Taylormade Aeroburner driver, and that I wasn't interested in trying out any other new drivers. I simply wanted to satisfy my curiosity. He respected that. For over an hour he worked with me on their simulator as I tried three different Aeroburners (shafts and lofts). In the end I decided to stay with my PING G20. Throughout the hour the salesperson helped me analyze and interpret my swing data, but not once did he try to persuade or pressure me to buy a new driver. He was a helpful professional, all the way. Within a year or two I'll be ready for a new driver, and within a few more years I'll be purchasing a new set of irons and hybrids. Without hesitation, I'll gladly make that three-hour round trip to the Golf and Ski Warehouse in Lebanon to purchase them.

Good stuff, decent prices. I would always rather shop at a snowboard shop, but these guys are good. I got new snowboard bindings at another shop and they offered to help me put them on my board. They have sweet soft goods too.

Scott, Eric and the rest of team at this store are great! I could easily buy from the internet but I prefer to travel to their store to make all of my golf purchases. They treat you great and offer a service you can't get over internet or phone. Love the store and all its employees. Jim Sault Randolph,VT

Not really a warehouse. Prices are a bit steep. From the second you walk in until you leave you feel pressured to buy.
