Golf- und Sporthotel Hof Maran

The Hotel is very Romantic specialty when snow falls! The room is new renovated The bed is so so comfortable. Toilet is big balcony also very big The Reception is very helpful friendly 😊 The bar and bar design give some how feeling like in Nursing homes 😂 The Sauna room is under ground floor nothing special small panic attack for someone who's scary of narrow 😆 The Gym I love it new equipment We was one for Dinner Oh dear God the service is very unmotivated The food was very cook without emotion! Not need to talk about the test! The Breakfast is also the same Not much option no fresh fruit! Just Apple and 🍊 Fat bacon Some eeg cook with Butter But the view of the hotel very good 👍 The Reading Room that where I love the most For the price what you pay and breakfast what you received they very need to improve

We very much enjoyed our 3 day stay over Xmas 2021. The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding, especially at the Breakfast room and receiption. The hotel has an excellent location for skiing with kids (1 bus stopp to the Honigland), is perfect for golfing (summer) and nordic skiing and hiking. To refurnished rooms are very nice. We can recommend the hotel to all families with kids who love the alps, enjoying outdoor activities in summer or winter.

Great ski in resort with a very friendly Swiss staff. We got breakfast and dinner included and was a very smart move. The food was Excellent and featured choices of local dishes that changed every day. I would recommend tacking a tour of the Kitchen, very impressive. The Chef took pride in everything he does and it showed with a large number of locals that visit the restaurant The rooms were a good size for Switzerland and update with a modern decor with a walk in shower room. They had some nice local entertainment that added to the fun. I highly recommend this Hotel

I'm a regular guest at Hof Maran because it combined the best of everything, no matter the time of year. Rooms are extraordinarily large and clean, staff is always pleasant, the food and service is fantastic. Hof Maran is great for people who enjoy sports, enjoy a calm place to sleep, enjoy access to hiking, slopes and golf, and also for people with kids. It's an all-round hotel that still doesn't ask for much compromise. A rare gem! Oh - and unlike 95% of hotels, it has a huge fitness area with amazing equipment and large windows with great views.

I have been before, and loved it as much if not more this time around. The upgraded rooms are lovely. Stylish bar. Warm, welcoming and very helpful staff. The cuisine is superb. The quiet setting outside of the main village is only for the good. The views are wonderful. There are cows in the pastures, and a dairy next door producing wonderful cheeses. The free bus to and from the village is half hourly and it is possible to start/finish some walks from the hotel itself. ||The train ride from Chur to Arosa is breath-taking, especially on a sunny day.

Hotel is a charming combination of traditional Swiss style with modern updates. Renovated rooms have top-notch bathrooms with separate rain shower and tub - perfect after a day's hiking. Wonderful views from balcony. Food quite good, and the drinks in the bar are innovative and delicious. Hotel is outside of city center, so very quiet, Accessible because local bus stops right at the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I planned the trip to Arosa for an hockey match of my son. I've chosen the Hof Maran seeing the good review on the net. The receptionist was very friendly.The room was very clean, and modern. The dinner... superb 👍 Little story: initially I had planned a 5 person stay at the hotel, and payed in advance. But at the last moment my wife and my 2 daughters were ill and stayed at home. During the checkout I received a incredible surprise, they had refunded me back the money for my wife and the two doughters 👏👏👏|This is what we call "kundenzufriedenheit". |Good job.

The location is a bit far from the main station, but the buses are free during the day, and it's easy enough to go hiking/skiing from the hotel. The room is surprisingly large, the sauna is a bonus, and the restaurant serves good food / breakfast. Overall, a lovely stay.
