Golf Valley Hotel

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the center. We discovered so many hidden gems up the alley around the corner. Their buffet is gigantic and offers the best variety of dishes, compliment to the executive chef Thanh Phong. The staff is so polite, professional, and accommodating. The room is huge and beautiful, very quiet. Their gym is simply the best I’ve seen; it has all kinds of essential equipment. We highly recommend this hotel. Dalat is thus far our favorite city in Vietnam.

I had a very pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel in Da Lat. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The spa experience was excellent — the therapists were very skilled and the massage was relaxing and professional. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with a lovely balcony and stunning views. The bathroom is new and comfortable. The hotel staff were absolutely outstanding - attentive, kind, and helpful, including in the dining area. It can get a bit busy on weekends. The only downsides are that there is no swimming pool, and the sound insulation at the rooms isn’t great. But since Da Lat is generally quiet, this wasn’t a major issue.

The first hotel that matches all the descriptions and lived up to its standard in the 2 weeks that I've been in Vietnam. Customer service was on point rooms were clean bed firm but comfortable got a corner room with 2 balconies and views of the town from high up. Even the security spoke English well. There's free secured parking at the back for my rental scooter too. Special mention to the young ladies at reception who were helpful and directed me to one of my best meals in Vietnam so far.

Modern, spacious, clean rooms and a central location. The breakfast was excellent, but the highlight was the exceptional service from the receptionists, especially Thach. He was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless—highly recommend!

This is my third time staying at Golf Valley Hotel and it’s just as wonderful as the first. The room was clean and airy, the staffs were very friendly and caring toward children. Every night, they brought cookies and fairy tales for my little ones. I’ll definitely keep recommending this place to my friends!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Golf Valley Hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. While the hotel has a good location, the service and attention to guest needs were significantly lacking. ​Here are the main issues we encountered: ​Breakfast Buffet: This was a consistent source of frustration. The food stations were very poorly managed. We frequently found trays to be empty, and the staff was extremely slow to refill them. Waiting for basic items each morning is not how you want to start your day on vacation. The quality of the food that was available was also mediocre at best. ​Housekeeping: The daily room cleaning felt very superficial. More importantly, the amenities were not replenished. The hand soap was never refilled during our 3-night stay, and on our final day, we were left with no shower soap at all. This is a basic failure in hospitality. ​Lack of Amenities: When we asked the front desk for an iron and an ironing board, we were simply told that the hotel does not have them. This is a very basic amenity that we would expect from a hotel of this rating and price point. ​Overall, our stay was defined by a consistent lack of attention to detail and guest comfort. We left feeling disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.
