Golf Valley Hotel

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Golf Valley Hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. While the hotel has a good location, the service and attention to guest needs were significantly lacking. ​Here are the main issues we encountered: ​Breakfast Buffet: This was a consistent source of frustration. The food stations were very poorly managed. We frequently found trays to be empty, and the staff was extremely slow to refill them. Waiting for basic items each morning is not how you want to start your day on vacation. The quality of the food that was available was also mediocre at best. ​Housekeeping: The daily room cleaning felt very superficial. More importantly, the amenities were not replenished. The hand soap was never refilled during our 3-night stay, and on our final day, we were left with no shower soap at all. This is a basic failure in hospitality. ​Lack of Amenities: When we asked the front desk for an iron and an ironing board, we were simply told that the hotel does not have them. This is a very basic amenity that we would expect from a hotel of this rating and price point. ​Overall, our stay was defined by a consistent lack of attention to detail and guest comfort. We left feeling disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo travelers like myself. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The overall ambiance was calm, welcoming, and tastefully designed, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.||What really stood out to me, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone I encountered was warm and helpful, which made me feel right at home. I’d especially like to give a shoutout to Mui, the security guard, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and supported during my stay. As a solo traveler, that sense of safety and kindness meant the world to me.||Thank you to the whole team for making my visit so pleasant—I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay here . 2 nights in total . |All of the floor staff were great .|The buffet breakfast is a step up from other places.|Lunch and dinner was reasonably priced given the distance from town .|In the morning when I checked out, I want to book one more night but sadly the hotel was full and could not accommodate more guests. Luckily I met Khanh, Thach,Mui the front desk staff were very nice, I just wish I could have met them sooner,they are very enthusiastic and really care about customers. See you next spring.

Don’t let the name fool you -there’s no golf course next door- but the location is ideal: five minutes on foot downhill to the Night Market and ten to Lam Viên Square. Rooms are modern, beds warm, Wi-Fi quick, and TV full of channels. What really impressed us was the little “mountain-weather” touches: umbrellas freely loaned at the bell desk whenever Đà Lạt’s afternoon mist turns to drizzle, hot ginger tea in the lobby shop, and early luggage storage while we waited for our room. Staff also unlocked our room two hours ahead of check-in after a pre-dawn flight, which saved the day. If you want city-center comfort without boutique preciousness, Golf Valley is a reliable choice; just trade golf greens for a quaint town view outside your balcony.

Very friendly staff. Hotel rooms are very clean. Breakfast was ok. The spa service here is amazing tho. It’s about 20 minutes walk to Dalat market. Areas around here is hard to walk as constructions and wires are everywhere.

Great location, great breakfast, great service, great room. My Vietnamese-American family visited as tourists to Da Lat and this hotel contributed to our splendid experience during our visit. The staff were more than welcoming and accommodating to my family's needs. If we come back to Da Lat, we will choose this hotel again!

The hotel staff were friendly helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a good location walking distance to the da lat night markets. Buffet breakfast offered a variety of different food

The hotel's design looks very luxurious, the rooms are airy and beautiful. The breakfast restaurant has a diverse layout, from salads to pastries. And especially, I really like the pho served in a stone bowl at Golf Valley, it's very delicious and worth experiencing for tourists. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic in their support.
