Golf Valley Hotel

Gulf Valley Hotel in Dalat is an exceptional choice for travelers seeking luxury and comfort. We stayed here for ten days and felt so comfortable, like it was our home. The hotel features spacious rooms with high-quality bedding and linens, ensuring a restful stay. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring the area, while the atmosphere remains peaceful and quiet. We can’t praise enough the exceptionally trained and kind staff, who are always ready to assist. The buffet breakfast was amazing and offered a diverse range of cuisines, served in a delightful setting, enhancing the overall experience. It happened that we had a birthday during our stay and hotel management made it unforgettable celebration for us. Our visit to Dalat and stay in this hotel was fantastic, we highly recommend it!

The room was spacious, comfortable Vietnam bed, the bathroom was perfect and the TV was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. However, the cleaners did not really clean the room between days, they didn't sweep the floor and didn't even touch the toilet.

We choose this hotel for our business trip. |The most impressive thing is the cleanness, everywhere even though each corner very clean. Unfortunately there is the construction in the front, make the front of hotel building seem to be downgraded. We got some troubles during check in, however, Front desk staff-Thach handled quickly. |Room is so spacious, however, hot water not stable, sometimes turned to cold. Wifi is too weak. When we took a shower, leaking everywhere, we suggest to have rubber stick in the below of bathroom door glass.|Overall, clean hotel, nice layout, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The hotel is located in the city center, the breakfast at the restaurant has a lot of dishes, we had a great time here, customer service staff Ha was very supportive. The area is very large and there are many types of rooms with views to choose from. You can get around by calling a shuttle bus. The rooms are very large and fully equipped.

The room facing the street is noisy. With the door facing the balcony closed still not be able to filter the noises from the street. Need improvement from noise reducing facilities. Food is good and there are a variety of choices. Facilities are relatively new

Generally we like to stay here whenever we go to Dalat. This time, we really felt good because of warm welcome and full preparation for our anniversary (that I secretly asked Hotel's help to prepare flowers and special words on the wall before we came). We'd like to thanks to Ms. Sang for everything she did for us. We will surely come back to Golf Valley for next trip to Dalat as usual.

Golf Valley hotel provides very clean rooms and toilets with good and varied breakfast options. The only qualm I have is that the mud outside the hotel is quite inconvenient to walk around if we want to get a meal nearby. But otherwise good place. :)

I really don't understand if the staff really cleaned the room for us before we arrived? The room smelled of cigarettes, the toilet had a very bad smell and I reported it to the staff but there was no support. Besides, it is a 4-star hotel but the rooms are as old as 2-star ones, the quality is extremely bad. Will never come back and if my friends intend to go to this hotel I will stop them
