Returned here after last being about a decade ago. Labuan Bajo has changed beyond all recognition but this place is still an oasis of calm. Gorgeous views and a superb pool. Rooms have all you need with outside chairs to sit and look over the bay. Would always be my choice in LB despite the walk to the town (10mins downhill, 10k for a lift back on a bike)

Nice little hotel set on top of a hill with great views. Rooms are spacious and comfy with good AC and bathrooms were huge. Not as luxurious as other places in Bajo but great value for money with very helpful and friendly owners. ||Biggest downside is it's a 15-20 minute uphill walk from town (hence the hilltop location) so can be annoying at the end of a long day when you want to go out for dinner.

Absolutely gorgeous views from every room and the pool. Perfect for a chill day. We were a bit disappointed with the room itself though. It was a bit tired, and ours was infested with mosquitoes. Simple mosquito coils may have helped.

Great value hotel with big ocean views. Good breakfast and good staff. Rested here for 3 days and read some of their books. Room clean and well equiped including a good little fridge. Highly recommended

I booked two rooms at this little hotel for one night prior to a boat trip and was pleased with my choice.||The hotel is fairly basic, no frills, but clean and comfortable and with awesome views. Each room has a small terrace with 2 chairs on and I loved sitting on this watching the sunset. The only thing missing was a beer!! It’s such a shame that they don’t sell drinks! I think they’re missing a trick there, even if they don’t reopen the restaurant- currently only open for breakfast.||The swimming pool is another asset, also with great views, and my two grandsons and I all enjoyed a swim in it after our king journey to get here.||Breakfast was again quite basic but adequate. All in all, I thought our one night was great value for money and would definitely book again if n the same circumstances.||As an aside, we left a charging lead in the room and the owner kindly contacted me and put it to one side for me to collect after our boat trip.

Rooms are spacious, service is excellent. They helped us book massages, transport.. packed is a beautiful breakfast basket to go. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have a balcony facing the gorgeous bay of Labuan Bajo. You can see the sunset and sunrise from the room. However, this place is on top of a little hill just outside of town (20 mins walk). Taxis cost 60000RP each way into town even though it’s a 5 min ride. And there is no lift or elevator. You have to climb steps up to the reception. And another 50 steps up to get to the room we had.

This very graceful hotel has everything we need for an enjoyable stay. Basic but decent room with super great view, spacious balcony, air-conditioning, and even a fan ! The breakfast area will keep you hanging for long with its charming setting and wonderful view toward the ocean. It’s located in a very quiet spot , but many the nice bars and restaurants are just in short walking distance down the hill. We loved it here and will definitely stay here again when we revisit Labuan Bajo, hopefully in the near future. Staff are very friendly. 10/10 for the value this place offers.

Nice and caring service from the (family run?) hotel. They were really happy to go the extra mile make our stay perfect. The pool is very nice, surrounded by a well kept garden. The view on the bay is good too but you should go up to the topmost bungalows to get the best view. The breakfast is either fried rice or banana pancakes. Cereals with fresh milk is also available. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are not new but well maintained. (having a small library is nice but it's almost entirely Dutch with only a handful of French, English, German and Indonesian books)
