Goloso Restaurant

So I came to this place to try their $6 2 piece chicken and fries deal, the fries are decent but cold! The chicken was cold by the time I got home which is walkable distance. Everything was stone cold. I’m pretty sure when they put it in the box, It was cold because it wasn’t even lukewarm at al any of it, so even for a late night order, it should still be warmer.

I ordered a chicken cachapa and told the girl more than 3 times no pink sauce or mayonnaise she wrote it in the paper I came out the restaurant to eat my food in my car I started eating but I felt it tasted weird to my surprise it had pink sauce which is made with mayonnaise I am allergic to it, I told them about it the girl there was like it doesn’t have any ,I told her look into the plate she realized it had the pink mayo sauce,I told them I want my money back they were saying we will make another one ,they said I was rude by me complaining about them not following the instructions the kitchen cook came out and was like you don’t have to complaint we can just make you another one I told him it’s a big deal when some one is allergic to something. One other thing I been here more than 10 times and never had this issue but today

Very small place. Food is delicious. Ordered 1 chimi de Pollo. 2 chicken cachapa. I patongo. 1 mofogitos. Gave her 100. It was 45 . She gave me back 50. Now it was less than delivery but really? What happened to me 5? I guess that was tip?

This was one of the rare few places open at 3 in the morning and serving vegetarian options in Yonkers. I got myself patacón and I was not essentially pleased with it but hey I got something at such an odd time so I’m not complaining. #fattiesgottaeat lol

I received the wrong order today, and it's frustrating. I strongly urge everyone to double-check their food before leaving the restaurant. My experience has resulted in wasted money and time, and having my expectations unmet isn’t very pleasant. I hope future customers have a smoother experience!

Food was cold when asked for delivery the plate had barely chicken and rice and had ridiculous amount of oil!!!!! Empanada de queso looked like it was cooked in oil that hasn't been changed !!!!!! Absolutely regret it I ended up with food poisoning the next day. Safe to say will never eat here!

Food in case aside from empanadas loomed 4/5 days old.I played it safe and ordered Chicharron but that was so overcooked and dried out that it was inedible. The lady was friendly and price of everything here is cheap for a reason. Not my first time here as I have ordered the pats on and something similar during the scamdemic that were very good Only return if there's no where else to go

Well, I've ordered from this restaurant a few times on Uber Eats and was never disappointed. The food usually takes a little while especially if you're ordering late night. But last night Chiiiiile, the food came in 30 minutes and it blessed my household. LoL! What I love most about UberEats are the specials.....The mofungitos were 2 for the price of one. And for those of you who have no idea what that is; let me put you on. Mofungitos are green plantains shaped into a mini bowl with some garlic sauce, meat of your choice but we love the ground beef, pico de Gallo, cheese (ohhhh lots of yummy cheese, and the famous pink sauce. Let me tell ya, let me tell ya: "Try it and Thank me later". Okay, so we ordered the mofungitos which are very filling and comes in three, a slice of tres leche cake (wasn't the best last night) and a large Buffalo wings. I received a call shortly after placing the order alto inform me that they didn't have enough wings for my order and if I mind they substitute chicken chunks to fulfill the order. Now, despite the caller speaking mostly Spanish....I thought the customer service was top notch! I appreciated the phone call and speedy delivery. The food was delicious! I'm sorry folks, no pictures this time.

Went early in the am to get breakfast and some pastelitos and I have to say it was good. Service was attentive. I would try it again soon

Ordered res guisado through uber eats and literally 1 min later had to cancel. They claimed that they had already started preparing my food and charged me the full amount. Now if you have ever made beef stew or had your mom make beef stew you know that it takes more than 1 min to "prepare" so basically they dumped it back into the hot table and kept my money. This was on a Friday and my card only processes refunds on weekdays so now its Monday and still not posted to my card. I reach out to uber eats and was told that they can't refund me because I waited more that 48hrs. Pfft

The worse experience of my life they take orders out of their area with 2 1/2 hours delivery estimate I canceled 3 min after they confirm more the two hours,I still get charge for it $35.37 for food I never get I try to contact then through Uber eats no answer i don't recommend this place. I been working in hospitality industry for 17 years and I had never issue like that.

I've ordered from here many times and they are either always late or are missing items. I ordered a Combo (that includes a 2 liter soda) and the soda was not in the bag. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO BAG A 2LITER SODA?!?!. I called the restaurant to see if they could do anything about it and proceeded leave me on hold for 5 minutes and was able to hear the restaurant/workers noise the whole time. I spoke with 2 people and no one was able to say that they have no proof of my order and therefore can't just give me the soda. I was told to order another 2 liter soda (and be charged for it) when it should have come with my $35 order. Super disappointed.

Wait time is terrible.I ordered my food 15 minutes before I arrived.FOOD STILL WASNT DONE.unprofessional rude women working there.Food was gross.

Ordered from here three times and all three times they messed my order up. The first time, my food never arrived. The second time they forgot my desserts which were paid for and the third time I decided to go in person since I usually order through Uber eats. I repeated my order to them several times in both English and Spanish and they still managed to get it wrong. I called to let them know they need to be more mindful and that they need to do better, and the response i received back was "mhm". 2 stars because the food is good but the customer service is terrible and ruins the whole experience.. not to mention, I have been pregnant everytime I ordered from them so it makes everything even more frustrating when you're craving and can't even get what you crave or paid for. Save your money and time.

This is NOT OK! What so ever I'm eating than I find a little piece of hair to only flip the cheese and find even MORE HAIR! The food was good don't get me wrong but to find hair !!! That's not cool than to call the restaurant to complain and they told me for another plate of food I have to wait ONE HOUR?!? I'm sorry but this is my first and will definitely be my last !! I'm extremely disappointed !

Muy buen pollo frito con sabor Dominicano ,con tostone, el pollo esta bien sazonado y muy bien cocido,y y fresco y los tostone bien crujientes y sabrosos..Mucha higiene, y todo el personal que atienden y sirven las comidas a los clientes,son muy amables, y me saludaron cordialmente y con una agradable sonrisa. Volvere y recomendares a mis amigos y familiares. Cliente 100% Feliz.

My go-to empanada spot during my graveyard work hrs. Food is super delicious and filling also, I'm grateful that it's open late night.

Nice fresh fried stuff; not sulking forever under heat lamps. Their quipe (the Dominican version of middle eastern Kibbe) are the best I've had. Rotisserie chicken is killer and cheap, and steam table offerings are solid. Service seems brusque, but they're just being efficient (rare in a Dominican lunch place). They respond very well to friendliness if you make the effort or demonstrate that you're into their food. A (literally) underrated gem.

Everything I ordered was dry and did not taste good. I ordered chicken empanadas, steak sandwich and tostones and it all went in the garbage.

The empanadas are good but this one particular employee was rude so I don't plan on returning.

This place absolutely is a rip off. Don't order here might as well throw your money in the trash. I hate reviewing places but this place is such a rip off that i definitely had to review. Order a platter for 40 bucks, delivery showed up with a pan over half was plantains 1/3 of a salad and 1/3 of meat. We called to complain and the girl at the phone laughed and said she did not prepare it. I had order previously from here but never again. Rather take the trip to the bronx Melaos Restaurant wich has outstanding customer service, and you get what you pay for. Save yourself time and frustration and take your money elsewhere

Great breakfast and empanadas. Fair price. My go to spot in the mornings! The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Sitting in for breakfast in the mornings makes me feel like I am back in the dominican republic at someones home enjoying the spanish ballads and wonderful hospitality.

I kindly and specifically ordered a yaroa de papá con pollo. They tell me to wait 15 mins, in the meantime I go across the street to get something. When I come back the lady attending me tells me my order is ready. She gave me a plátano yaroa instead, when I literally told her papa 3 times and everyone there heard me. So now she's screaming at me giving me an attitude saying that is my fault because I told her plátano when I clearly said pollo.
