Love the white sesame chunky multigrain ice cream. 😋 The black sesame bubble tea is a very unique flavor. It has a nutty taste from the sesame and the drink is not overly sweet like other bubble teas out there.

Definitely suggest the multi-grain and the salted black sesame. Those two together we're a great combo. If you like black sesame try the Rich as well! They have a sampler of all the flavors, but didn't realize until after we ordered. Haha. Would definitely come back.

Rich and yet still balanced (yes even with the triple rich). Some seats inside for quick eating, but too bad they don’t serve iced water. Would not recommend the cheesecake. Get the black and white sesame ice cream as each has its distinct flavour and both are good.

GOMAYA KUKI is an adorable hidden spot and only serve 2 flavors with 3 thickness of sesame levels. Their ice cream was amazingly delicious, creamy and even better with sesame oil and seeds. It’s definitely a must visit place if you are a fan of sesame.

Bought the triple sesame and it wasn't dense as I expected. I had more dense sesame ice cream else where. The only redemption is their sesame oil which has a good fragrance and together with the seeds to give a good crunch. That's my opinion but recommend you to give it a try.

Exquisite mouthwatering rich black sesame ice-cream in omotesando. Minimum serving of 2 scoops for yen500. I choose the normal and triple rich sesame plus a black sesame latte. As recommended i added freshly roasted sesame seeds and a little sesame oil to the ice cream scoops. The explosion of sesame taste in the mouth was unforgettable. I shall be back for more.

Ordered the Triple Rich Black & White Sesame ice cream and added some sesame seeds and sesame oil on top, and it worth every cent! My favorite ice cream beside the famous Cremia.

One of THE BEST black sesame dessert I have ever tried. The grinding of the black sesame was so fine. That as the ice cream melts in your mouth, it feels so smooth. Different levels of choices to choose from if you don’t want the taste to be really strong! Take a break from shopping and just enjoy the ice cream and serenity in the shop.

I had bookmarked this place and stumbled upon here as I was walking around. The ice cream was alright. I got medium black and white sesame. You get two scoops in a cup for 500 yen. When you pick it up there is sesame oil and sesame seeds you can drizzle on.

Definitely one of the best place for black sesame ice cream. This store is easy to find and has a nice ambiance in store. Plenty of seating area but not enough tables. There's a limited selection of ice cream flavors, but that's okay. What they're really known for, and what they called themselves too, is serving the richest black sesame ice cream. I can't say if it's the richest, simply because I haven't tried enough black sesame ice cream to compare, but it definitely had a rich and creamy flavor. I ordered the richest black sesame and rich white and salted ice cream. There was no detectable bitter taste for me, if there was any. The white and salted ice cream reminded me of peanut butter and the texture of the both ice creams were perfect and creamy. I would definitely come back again as it was one of the best ice cream shop I've been to. This ice cream place is a must try if you're coming to Harajuku.

They offer white and black roasted flavors with three grades of intensity. A definite must for those adventurous foodies looking for a unique tasting of Japanese sweets.

An ice cream with a purpose - sesame flavor only. We had a two-scoop black sesame and white one with our order. We topped it with some sesame seeds to enhance the taste. Ohmy!

The sesame used in Gomaya Kuki luscious ice cream comes from Kiku Sangyo, a company that's been around since 1869. I ordered the ¥1000 combo tray, where black and white sesame ice cream is offered in two intensities plus one creative flavor in each color. I recommend trying each flavor alone and then with the sesame oil and seeds available on the counter. Not too sweet - I would eat anytime.

World's richest sesame ice cream! You pick two kinds and get a small cup (500 yen ~ 5 USD). They accept credit cards. It's down a small alley right off of a main shopping road Harajuku. No other tourists there when we were. We tried the triple white and salted sesame ice creams; the taste reminded us of peanut butter and the textures of the scoops were different! Very unique place slightly off of the beaten path. Small seating area inside too.

Best black sesame ice cream in the world. Triple rich black sesame ice cream is what my husband and I loooove. Don't bother with the white sesame ice cream if you know you love black sesame. It doesn't have that same extra spark! I also like topping it with the sesame oil for some extra richness :) But that might be gross for some people :P Why 4 Stars? Because the ice cream shake was awful!!! It tasted like really watered down ice cream and I regretted it. I'll be back but just don't make my mistake--- don't get the shake!

The black sesame ice cream is divine! Add lots of sesame seeds for a slight crunch and be surprised but how rich yet addictive the ice cream is.

Favorite is the Salted (black) Sesame, because its light and not-so-creamy texture but still rich in sesame taste. If you like creamy, then Triple rich black sesame ice cream here is a great choice. Most wonderful sesame ice cream in all the lands. And shop keeper lady Kaho is really lovely and super nice.

I just finished my cup and felt compelled to write a review faster than usual. Definitely the best black sesame ice cream i've ever had. Got the black and triple rich black and wouldn't change a thing. I'll be back to try the white versions.
