The Engadin is one of the most entchanting areas in Switzerland and known worldwide for the gorgeous Alpine landscapes. There’s plenty to see and - in Summer - plenty of great hikes.
When you visit and end up in Pontresina and you’re craving for a genuine first class fondue or raclette you won’t find a better restaurant than Condolezza and yes, it is located in a real old timer gondola that once, in days gone by, carried you via steel cables to the top of Piz Diavolezza, high, high up!
The food is solid and good, with a choice of different fondues and raclette to make your mouth water.
And if, by chance, you get served by Diana you’ll have the best of traditional Swiss dinners with a more than excellent personal service possible.
