Rooms set out nicely in semi detached style bldgs with a nice open view. A little dated in decor but spotlessly clean & comfortable. Food options were varied with a super selection of well thought out salads & accompaniments. Plentiful, well ckd & tasty. Staff very friendly & hard wkg. Definitely the place to stay if visiting Kolmanskop & Luderitz.

Delightful stay in the Namib. We stayed at Eagles Nest. View was fabulous. Room a little tight but very doable. Dinner at the restaurant lovely. Great selection including gluten free options. Value for money dinner for sure! I’d visit again!

We stayed at the campsite which is about 2 km away from the lodge. It was very nice and guests can use the pool and other facilities of the lodge. There are beautiful trails to walk.||Everything was perfect and nothing to complain!

We camped here and what a privilege this was!!! We had some great weather. Everything is clean and working. Staff is so friendly and always willing to help you. The shop have all the basics that you need in case you forget something. Great views and a lekker swimming pool, restaurant and bar with ys cold bears. We had some great lighting shows over the horizon and above us some great star gazing opportunities

Best dinner of the trip so far. The waitress Helena was amazing! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Loved sitting by the pool. I would not recommend the cocktails. We tried 4 and didn’t like any of them.

The management at this hotel seemed rather odd, somewhat unfriendly, and dressed in a rather shabby manner. There was little attention to detail throughout the stay. While the rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and eager to help, it was clear they received little coaching or support from the management. The run-down sign at the entrance is symbolic of the hotel itself – poorly maintained and badly managed. On top of that, the price is far too high for what’s offered.

We had the best time. Absolutely beautiful, and lovely location. Also the best lemons we've ever tasted (straight off the trees). Relaxed and the most thoughtful staff ever!

This is a great find of a hotel. Set up in a motel style, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and there is a lovely pool and lounge area. But it's the food and service that really stands out - dinner was genuinely excellent, with a great menu of fantastically cooked and flavoured dishes, delivered by enthusiastic and knowledgeable servers. Breakfast was similarly great, too.
