Google
super cute and nice server at the register :D my drink came out so fast and the boba pearls are soft and chewy! the server recommended me a drink (brown sugar oolong milk tea) and I absolutely love it!

Delicious drinks and fast, efficient service! If you’re looking for some bubble tea options while in the Eaton Centre, this Gong Cha location is the place to go! The lady working the counter was very kind and the service was fast. Despite the line, I only had to wait a couple minutes or so before my order number was called. I ordered a Large QQ Peach Green Tea. I loved it! It had lots of boba and lychee jelly inside. At 30% ice and 50% sugar, it was super refreshing, not too sweet and had the right balance of peach and green tea flavours. I’ll definitely be back to rehydrate here, so I don’t drop while I shop!

Ordered a strawberry milk tea with no ice and it comes out a bit unfilled. I came to the front desk and asked for a refill, the cashier said that it is supposed to be unfilled like this is because that I ordered no ice so here’s the amount for a “no ice” drink and then went to add more into it. Looking forward to some further improvements.

Here's your review in English: My daughter and I ordered milk tea separately—hers with 70% sweetness and mine with less sugar because I have type 2 diabetes. Her drink came out first, and while waiting for mine, she started drinking it. But it didn’t taste sweet at all. Since we weren’t sure what the correct sweetness level was supposed to be, we kept drinking, wondering, "Is this really 70% sweetness?" Before we knew it, she had already finished more than half. Then my drink came out—and it was sweet. That’s when we realized something was definitely wrong. We brought it up with the staff, but they said since we had already drunk too much of the first drink, they couldn’t do anything about it. How can two separate orders get mixed up like this? And worse, how is there no way to fix their mistake? It's really disappointing.

I ordered 3J earl grey milk tea and the straw would keep getting plugged up no matter what I tried. Every time I dislodged a pearl, a new one would plug up the straw. Got home, tried a wider straw. Same thing. It seems like this particular drink wasn’t well thought out. Perhaps the jelly consistency contributes to the problem with the straw getting plugged. See photo. I’ve tried other bubble teas at other places and I never experienced this problem.

The cashier suggested to me to order the croffle saying it would only take 5 minutes to make and it's food I can eat on the go. Turns out they were wrong because they took forever to make my croffle. No one was making my order so the cashier had to do it and I waited so long that 5 people got their drinks before me. Worst part was the container not being sealed properly, the croffle made a mess in my bag. It was difficult and messy to eat it with the spoon I got too. I wouldn't go to this location again, they also make their drinks so watery. I've had better experience at other locations.

Made a big group work order from here and they did not deliver enough straws. We had to go somewhere else to get big straws so we could drink the tapioca. The drinks were fine though, but ruined experience.

Great customer service. It was my first time having something from Gong Cha. The staff who took the order, Deeksha gave a good recommendation.

Yelp
Gong Cha is the act of offering tea to the Emperor in ancient China as a tribute. This tea consumed by Chinese Emperors is of the best quality collected throughout the kingdom. Gong Cha was originally established in 2006, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Now there are over 1,100 different stores in 20 countries with a worldwide reputation for serving the highest quality customizable beverages in the industry. This cute location in downtown Toronto serves a variety of teas, coffees, smoothies, seasonal drinks, etc...the menu is large and you can add many different toppings like red beans, pearls., lychee pearl, coffee jelly, pudding, etc. Refreshing and delicious....for an added touch of cleanliness and safety, they heat seal the lid to your cup so you and only you can perforate the lid with your straw for your drinking enjoyment.

Yelp
Gong Cha is a popular boba chain for a reason. Consistent and high quality. Sure there are better spots but Gong Cha has a strong foundation and can be found all around. It was nice that they also offered samples down in the food court, though boba definitely got stuck at the bottom of their small sampler cups, so I saw some people struggling but they had a good time. Royal Milk Tea with Boba - just a classic milk tea, super creamy with a hint of tea aroma. Boba was chewy and soft but more importantly, sweet. Flavorful boba is a huge plus because many spots have pretty bland boba despite good texture. Gong Cha really stays consistent and I can always rely on a good drink.

Yelp
It's Gong Cha. Located in the cafeteria of Eaton Centre, the escalator closest to it is the one in front of Fox Home. It's convenient and they have a kiosk you can order from. The cashiers are nice, the drinks come out very quick. Compared to other locations, I feel like their drinks are slightly watered down. It's a hit or miss really, but the service is quick and the bubble tea is generally good.

Yelp
it's a decent boba tea shop from Taiwan. It's nice to have a boba tea shop in the Eaton Center. The best of it is that it has self-serving kiosks. It doesn't mean we are introverts...You know...it can be very crowded and noisy in the Eaton Center's food court. In addition, there are so many different ways to customize your drink. You won't want to have a drink that doesn't match what you order. A self-serving kiosk can prevent you from that unpleasant situation. Just give it a shot.

Yelp
This is a gong cha in the food court of Eaton center. Gong cha is pretty consistent and this franchise is no different. It can get busy but the wait isn't too bad for how many people are here. Drinks are fresh, but a bit pricey. Overall, decent.

Yelp
Finally, decent boba at Eatons! Can't really go wrong here as it tastes the same as any other Gong Cha: simply delicious. Strong teas, perfectly cooked pearls, and a consistently correct level of sugar (get less sugar 30%)!

Yelp
Standard bubble tea. Gong cha is not my favorite brand, however it's located in Eaton Center so very convenient to get to as a pick-me-up on a downtown shopping day

Yelp
Amazing! We got two bubble teas and they were really refreshing for a hot summer day in Toronto!

Yelp
Don't know why it took me so long to finally try the bubble tea here but I'm glad I finally did! They offer so many different drinks, including milk tea, brewed tea, smoothies and seasonal drinks. I love how they have some unique ones like the Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte and Milk Foam Peach Green Tea. I had their Passionfruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly and Tapioca - I got 30% sugar and it was still a bit too sweet for me but it tasted amazing. The jelly and tapioca were so fresh and the tea had bits of passionfruit in it. I would recommend getting the large size because their regular size is pretty small tho. It wasn't too busy when I went there but it seemed like it may get really busy because it's located in the mall.
