If you’re in the Montmartre area, this is a must go spot. We had a croissant and a tuna baguette.
The croissant was heavenly. To distinguish a great croissant from a typical croissant, look at it from the side and observe the layers. The Gontran Cherrier’s croissants layers are absolutely beautiful. This is food art. The outside was crispy, the inside was fluffy. Truly a pleasure to enjoy.
The tuna baguette was also very good. High quality tuna paired with goat cheese, ripe cherry tomatoes, and red onions.
We were there for a quick snack so did not try the tarts but they looked fabulous as well. Don’t miss this before, during, or after your trip to Montmartre. Bon appetit!
