I am from Easpointe (next to Detroit) Michigan. Stopped here on a whim because I love tamales. She gave me a sample of the horatcha which I have never had and that hit the spot too! They have a very simple menu which is great. The mini tacos (street tacos) are awesome and I had both tamales which were delicious as well. The service was great! I would definitely come back when I come to visit Texas again in the future. Thank you for such great food and hospitality! Good luck to you!

This place was awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The serving sizes are solid and it was delicious. The pork tacos were on point. The salsas were flavorful (we liked the green) and the tamales!!! Just the right proportion of filling and so tasty through and through. Plus the Agua fresca and the sorbet were amazing with it being so hot out today. We were just visiting, but will gladly come again!

Stopped here and got a dozen tamales and they were delicious. Pork tamales were really good and we also had cream cheese, bacon, and jalapenos tamales. Wow, they were good. Very nice folks running this place, welcoming and personable. Highly recommend.

I intend to make this place famous. First off, all of their food is top notch Authentic San Antonio style Tex-Mex. Their breakfast tacos are delicious and very generously loaded. But the thing that sets this place apart is a single inventive menu item that is deliciously and perfectly executed. I am speaking of their cream cheese, bacon, and jalapeño filled tamales. They are likely my new absolute favorite food. Imagine eating a delicious tamale and jalapeño popper at the same time. I cannot think of a more Texan and delicious dish. I hope they keep inventing new tamale fillings like these, because their execution is peerless. Oh, and they deliver to Abilene. Ask them about it.

This is my Favorite local spot. Love the tamales. Food is made to order and always perfect. We always get a strawberry ice on the way out... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Had the street tacos. Fire!!! Great sauce. Great people too. We were on the road back to Dallas and they hooked us up even tho they were closing. Whenever in town, this is a must stop for sure.

The tamales are delicious! I also love the green sauce and the barbacoa tacos! The homemade horchata is also fantastic!!!
