We would love to come back the staff was so kind and thoughtful. Food was amazing! Sparkling clean! I have severe food allergies (celiac disease) staff was knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. The living room was so beautiful and peaceful! Only things could be improved is the bed was firm and the pillows needed a little more fluff.

It is an excellent hotel, not only for one night but for the entire time you wish to be in Antigua. The attention from the beginning with the receptionist was a great person. It's a shame I can't remember his name since I would like to mention him in this comment. The shower, the beds, the food are those of a 5-star hotel, a great experience focused on the small details. I recommend it.

What a beautiful hotel. The loft style rooms and modern layout was amazing. Super clean and very friendly hotel staff. Free coffee and water station I. The middle of the hotel. Would highly recommend. Plus all the proceeds of the hotel go to the local community sending kids to school…amazing!

The Good Hotel Antigua was honestly the best hotel I've stayed at to date. The staff were so kind and attentive throughout my stay. Everyone greeted you with a smile and wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I never tell hotels when it is my birthday as I am usually out for the whole day but Good Hotel surprised me by decorating my room, giving me a present and leaving a heartwarming message. I also love that the proceeds of your stay goes towards helping children in the local community. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is in the old town and within walking distance to many restaurants and museums but still quiet at night.

The rooms are great, service even better. I will say that the mezzanine rooms are pretty dark and don’t get much sun, but it wasn’t a problem for me, as the room is so well constructed and decorated. Also the restaurant attached is great. Good stay, great mission, and perfect location!

This is a good enough hotel in the city. Nothing too special but clean and more modern in design. However, there's no place to keep your clothes - there are no closets of any kind. The staff is super nice though. But the reason for the poor review is that they quote in USD - charge in QTZ based on their 'own' exchange rate (conversion at 8 instead of 7.7) which gets converted at a higher USD rate - so they are making money on each reservation in a false manner. The vast majority of humans are not strong in math or finance and these folks are surreptitiously cheating their customers. Very disappointed.
